I had an issue with a delayed delivery that the manager called me directly to discuss. He was very apologetic and explained the situation as to what was causing the delay and offered a reasonable compensation for my inconvenience. Can’t ask for more than that!

Beena was so very helpful and understood our needs. There were many great pieces available and she helped us narrow down to the buffet we selected that was best for us. Purchase process was effortless.

My husband and I had a horrible experience with Kat. We were mislead multiple times on delivery dates etc. we also were sold a $700 protection plan that does NOT cover what she told us. I would never recommend this. We spent $8000 that day and regret it. I wish I could have given my money to somebody more honest. You can tell the story is only there to make a commission. Will never go back.

I purchased a queen upholstered bed. Shannon was my Sales Consultant. He helped me finalize my style choice and engaged the store designer, whose name I’ve forgotten, to assist in helping me choose the best fabric for my guest bedroom. Both were knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was in the store less than an hour and left a happy customer. I’m looking forward to receiving my bed in about 4 weeks.

In search of a specific style of recliner after spending more than an hour at another retailer unsuccessfully. My Haverty's associate took me to the appropriate area of the large showroom, showed me fabrics, provided delivery date (by showing me manufacturer's timetable on their website) and I was on my way in about 30-45 minutes. What's not to like?

Edward and our designer were extremely helpful. This would be a large important purchase for my family. I expressed that the furniture material/texture had to feel a certain way and be durable. I believe they understood this furniture needed to be comfortable for guests to enjoy sitting on, but more importantly for living on and relaxing into the new furniture! My designer recreated my room on the computer screen, showing how furniture would fit in our room visually. They were both instrumental in providing valuable feedback to my concerns and asking the right questions. The right word is they "cared" about me finding what I was looking for, down to picking beautiful throw pillows that will enhance my new furniture and room colors. I don't believe I would have made my purchases without them both listening and caring about what my needs were. Thank you so much for not giving up on me!
