I came here due to all the good reviews. I now believe a lot of it is placebo. The practitioner did not even introduce himself or what he will do. I came with lower back pain. He started putting needles in my forearms, hands and feet with no explanation why in those places. He made a comment about what I was wearing alongside his strange behaviour which made me very uncomfortable alongside my husband. I would not come here alone as a female! He then put needles in my lower back and burnt something around them. With no warning or explanation until my husband questioned this. He did not improve my pain or symptoms. 400,000 for a 45 minute session that just left me feeling uncomfortable nothing else.

Small place, max 2 people for acupuncture at the same time. So you better book in advance before coming here. The place is quiet, far from the crowd. Came here twice, first one for facial acupuncture. Facial acupuncture felt nice, didn’t feel any pain at all, but i think need more than 1 session to know whether it works or not. Second time, i took my father here because he had headaches for days and often had cramps. After 1 sesh, he felt a lot better, less headaches and no cramps until now (hopefully never again). I am infinitely grateful to God for meeting you! Before that, they lived in Turkey and chose an alternative method for treating themselves and children - hijama. After moving here, my son got sick. Fever is high, cough. I started looking for someone to help me. I found you! Hijama was not needed! You have introduced our whole family to acupuncture and your method of treatment. After the procedure, the body works by itself for a day. The temperature is decreasing. The cough is getting smaller. My three-year-old son is lying quietly, feeling the care of your hands. Got last minute appointment for really bad tennis elbow treatment. Could not move arm. Needling, acupunture, moxibustion, vigorous massage. After a few hours, loosened up. Next day no pain 80% mobility! Reccomended

I visited Boddhi Citta twice during my stay in Bali. I came in with a shoulder and arm pain due to misalignment during yoga class. Mas Bayu treated me with care and I felt much better after the treatment. I haven’t been able to sleep for about 10 days prior to my visit to Boddhi Citta due to the pain. Mr Gede helped me with a hidden imbalance in my body. For the last past year i had been struggle with cramps and a swollen leg, only left leg. After doing a lot of exams and nothing pointed, inconclusive results, i went for a teraphy session last week with Mr Gede, and he unblocked the kidneys & Bladder channel, the whole body, and told me that, there is "something" to heal in the right kidney, something out of balance, so i steped in the healing process just in time. At the same day i expelled cristals, purge a lot of toxins and started to feel better about the leg, no more swollen, pain and water retains, and the whole body start to heal! So it was a very precise, accurated consultation, just one session and it was detected the inbalance and i am feeling realy better now. Truly recomand Mr Gede, Terima Kasih🙏

highly recommend if you are in Bali. Relaxing, beautiful atmosphere, clean space, in a lovely rice field neighborhood. Always very precise, Gede is an extremely skilled practitioner. I worked with him mainly for tune ups, and it helps me to connect with my body, and become attuned to the subtle shifts in my health, and my organs, internal parts of the body that can receive more love and care and reconnection. At one point during my months in Bali I did get an UTI, and an hour after our session, the symptoms were gone. Overall for self care I prefer acupuncture to massage sometimes because your body knows how to heal itself, and it’s nice to just aid the process by pinpointing and bringing your awareness to any pain points, small disturbances in your bodies systems. Edit: I ended up having to find another acupuncturist after I drove from Uluwatu to Canggu one morning & Gede was at another location. Honest misunderstanding. Gede told me he would make a special house call for me. I waited all afternoon & finally got a text at 9pm saying he fell asleep & was coming down with a cold. I received this after waiting all day, expecting to receive treatment for my ailments. Better communication is needed. I really needed relief that day and was let down & stood up twice without apology, remorse or rescheduling. ************ Gede is the best! I originally went on for Sciatic pain that had been aching for weeks with no improvement despite getting deep tissue massages, cupping, KT tape, yoga, etc. In just 1 session, my sciatic pain went away. I followed up that visit asking him to calm my emotional anxiety and I walked out of that session feeling calm, more tranquil. My 3rd session I had Bali belly and wanted to see what could be done before having to seek medical treatment. In just 1 session my symptoms disappeared and I felt so much better! 10/10 I would highly recommend Gede! Thank you so much for your expertise 🙏🙏

I absolutely recommend this place, it was my first time getting Acupuncture done and I was a bit nervous since I didn’t know what to expect. It was not painful at all and I felt safe and very good taken care of. My neck and shoulders feel so much better after just one treatment after years of pain :) already booked my next appointment

I was in excruciating pain with a strained neck and shoulder. I am skeptical when it comes to holistic remedies, and visited Bodhicitta Acupuncture & Holistic Health only after all other methods had failed to provide relief. I will need time to heal and have a full recovery, but with one treatment I felt immediate improvement and was able to sleep through the night without intolerable pain. The office was clean and sterile and the staff professional, knowledgeable, caring, and highly skilled.

Quite powerful and fast. My lower back pain came back again while on our Bali trip. With these acupuncture sessions it helped me to reduce pain and give larger part of my mobility back after just a couple of sessions. Typically back in UK that would take 10+ sessions and many more weeks. Wish we had this guy in London.

Therapy with Bayu is very relaxing and makes my body feel back in balance. The aches and pains disappeared after an hour session. Bayu's hands were very warm and felt soft to heal, the blue light appeared so strong and warm during the session. Can't wait to be back to Bodhicitta !

We went there with 4 of us. Non of us had a good experience. There was no explanation while the male therapist was checking our bodies. The females didn’t feel good while he was checking our bodies cause he wasn’t explaining anything while he touched us in (private) parts of the body. Also when we got the needles he wasn’t explaining anything, even when we got electricity on our needles. Also the problems we had didn’t went better after the acupuncture. Wouldn’t go again.

I was treated here when I had serious problems with my neck. For a very long time nothing helped. As a result, after several sessions it became much better. Now I just come here from time to time for my health. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you doctor 🙏🏻

I had really bad (and sudden) back and shoulder pain and no amount of painkillers could stave off the feeling. I went to Gede as a last resort, but in reality I should have seen him first. He was able to assess my situation and quickly (and skilfully) get to fixing it. If you have a problem - Gede is the guy for you.

Easiest 5 star ever. Gede is absolutely amazing, so good at what he does, he just KNOWS where and what to do. I came in with super bad chronic wrist pain and after one session I was changed, the pain was almost gone and it was magical. #pregnancy Wonderful experience. Small but very affordable place. The therapist is skilled, thoughtful and kind. He often went over the one-hour time for me, using all kinds of traditional methods. You can see how important his work is to him and how much he wants to help you. I came here to try to induce labor after I went past my due date.
