Lip fillers aren’t my first time, but this was definitely the first time I experienced hardly any pain. dr Josie was so so honest about expectations, results etc and even then she did an absolutely amazing job. MASSIVELY recommend cocoon medical clinic. I had doubts about going; especially as it’s not my ‘usual’ but genuinely felt so comfortable and was in extremely good hands 😃😃😃

I received the Oxygen Facial package and Botox here and the entire experience from the time they opened the door to checkout was top notch and incredible. Every single step was thought out, very professional, and I felt very taken care of the entire time. I love how they explain exactly what they're doing and why for each step. I’ve had great experiences with the treatments at Cocoon. I’ve been there a couple of times with a different kind of treatment, mostly for massage until I tried the PRP treatment or you can call it vampire’s lift and was ecstatic with the results. Please do some research or get a free consultation first, the doctor is an expert in what she does. Another treatment that I did in Cocoon was Colon Hydrotherapy, it wasn’t the best feeling during the treatment but what you feel after and the benefits you got that matter. And I also like the ambience, so relaxed and everything can't forget how friendly the staff are. Highly recommended!

Every time I visit Bali I make an appointment to go to Cocoon. It’s very luxurious and the treatments are a fraction of the cost in Australia. You also get treated by doctors too. The way they inject Botox, I wish they would do it that way in Australia. It’s so caring and calming. They also have a great salt room.

First class experience. I have done hydrafacial here. My session was with Agus, he is beyond professional and good at what he does. The session was for about two hours long, massage for face, neck and shoulders was included. Relaxing atmosphere and music. Feels like a spa not a medical center. Definitely recommend it if you want to have a professional relaxing service.

Amazing service, came over from Australia. Nurse Rita was gentle and sweet, all treatments are thoroughly explained and nutrients sighted by patients prior to being administered. Honestly, way more professional than back home. Definitely coming back here again, customer service is wonderful :)

I LOVE Cocoon! I've been to the Ubud location a bunch of times for various treatments, and I've popped into the Legian one a handful of times to pick up derma rollers and product. LOVE their gold leaf hyaluronic acid serum and gold leaf moisturizer although I think those have both been discontinued. It looks like they've got some great new stuff, though. I made my appointment through Miranda for an upcoming treatment in Legian and so looking forward to it! She was so super sweet and helpful. They always are at Cocoon =)

My new place to do my facials and treatments! From the very beginning, Miranda gave me super service and prompt answers of everything, guiding me to my appointment- that I got a few days later. Dr Josie did my injections- and she's amazing! She's an arts woman, so experienced, skilled and solid within this area. Never been so well taken care of,- and so happy with the results (5 days later now, and it's all setting in very well). Very happy, and will be back in a few months. I got a massage and natural skin package: facial and PRP “vampire” facial. The services were fine but I was expecting a much more of an aesthetic experience not nearly as plush of a spa as I was expecting more of a clinical / doctors office vibe with an indoor/outdoor feel to the decor. Again, the services were fine but have not been keen to go again, would rather go to a smaller boutique clinic.

My best facial spa experience in Bali so far! Definitely worth the price. Professional and clean area with complete tools. I tried the facial and it makes my skin soft & very smooth, I will come every month to deeply cleanse my face. Recommend after outdoor activity in Bali, deeply cleans your face here.

I've got my Cocoon 24k Gold Hydra Facial yesterday and this is honestly one of the best treatment I've had in months! I was soo refreshed, this is exactly what I needed after riding around in my motorbike the whole day. The staffs were amazing and really knows their stuff. The serum by Cocoon and also the moisturizer is the real hero. I can't wait to tell my friends and families about this treatment!😊

I had Yuila for a colonic and it was amazing. She was very thorough and made me feel really comfortable and safe. It was my first time doing one in a long time so I had a little nerves. The sauna was a treat for after the colonic too. I will be back for another session or more!! I recommend here

I went there October 23rd . I had $450 Australian dollars botox . It was great for 6 weeks then all my lines are now fully back by the start of Feb in forehead in particular. If l had spent $450 in Australia which l have done 13 times now they would still be gone

Had an amazing reflexology massage today done by Krishna. I warmly recommend cocoon medial spa also for colonic treatment. I did one few years ago, as an “uncomfortable” and intimate treatment, I was a bit stressing out. The staff was amazing and made this moment easy!

The Spa experience begins as you walk through the door, where friendly staff greets you with a smile. The building is very modern, maintaining intimacy. The doctor invites you to the office to choose the most suitable treatments for your skin. Although I spent two hours on the treatments, I completely lost track of time. I didn't feel like I was in a hurry or needed to go home. A relaxing massage, microdermabrasion, which removed all unnecessary epidermis, and my skin became perfectly smooth. The equipment appears to be of good quality. I highly recommend it if you want to take care of your skin in a different climate and under the scorching sun.

Had a lovely colonic hydrotherapy experience here with Elizabeth. Everything was explained to me really well, I felt taken care of. After the treatment I received 3 different health shots which was such a nice touch. I also received a printed document with after-care instructions which was very helpful. Went to this clinic to have a Cleopatra II facial and it was marvellous. The products and machines they use are wonderful. I noticed the change in my skin instantly... my skin became super smooth and sooo glowing. Also, the staff is really nice and hospitable. They explain you the whole process and products very well. And the clinic atmosphere is calm, clean and natural. Highly recommended.

The hygiene protocols are amazing, so clean and I do not feel any risk at all during these Covid times. I cannot recommend Cocoon higher enough. Excellent staff, treatments, professional standards, and machines are top of the range, including the Qanta laser from Italy.

I’ve had facials and Botox all over the world but I’ve never had a better experience than the one I had with Dr. Lin and his lovely staff. I did the Cacoon Signature 24K Hydra Facial treatment. It was so delightful! First of all you will get a warm welcome at the entrance, of this wonderful building. Love the staff! Then you will go to your pod, for your treatment. There is where the magic happens. They explained very well what the process will be, and the steps they will take. Just everything you need in your me-time! Definitely worth the money. I think people should do more of these treatments. It's an investment in yourself.

Wow I just had my first prp treatment at cocoon and I am blown away! It’s such a beautiful clinic and the staff are incredible. I did so much research before deciding on getting PRP and I can’t wait to see my final results. However I’m pleasantly surprised with my immediate results. I can see a difference in my under eyes already which is exactly what I was hoping for! Could not recommend Cocoon medical spa enough!

Visited Cocoon Spa in Legian to have microneedling for the first time. Doctor Yusta helped me decide which treatment was best for me, took the time to explain my options. Nurse Dita was very gentle and explained everything she was about to do and checked in regularly. Very good value, very friendly service.
