    I am actually very satisfied with the result and the services of the doctor and nurse. But the customer service is that bad so i think its only fair to give one star. As my long treatments from Zap ended up wasted since it’s that hard to make an appointment or to even simply confirm the membership. There were too many times i decided to just dropped by cause the customer didnt reply or did not giving me a proper response or just let me hanging there without solution. What a shame tho with the reputable brand i was expecting some good quality of customer service. And as i read all the reviews i am not the only person having this bad customer service experience. I really do want to have a treatment again, but i dont even know if its worth the bad experience of talking to the customer service from Zap Bali or not. Please provide proper training for the customer service. Thank you

    + Did laser treatments for acne. Doctor was very responsive,polite,suggested treatment that you actually need,very professional. One of best doctor I've ever met. + Fully equipped laser clinic + Clinic was very clean(registration area,treatment room) - Toilet wasn't nice. Was super dirty and smelly. - Something that I dont like is they charge you already about next payment(they called it "deposit"). Very new for me about clinic asking kind of guarantee money like that. Maybe that's their bussiness supposed to work but will be so much appreciated if they could tell you before. Not even written in concern form. Wondering how other client who came and not happy with the treatment?? Are they really need to be charged as well for the deposit? In my opinion,it is not necessary. The customer just has to pay the treatment that they got,not the treatment that they haven't got.. i hope they will be more informative for the next client.

    Did three time brazilian hair removal, First treatment was good really value for money,but second and third treatment was not even hot and not feeling anything during the treatment. Feeling I lost my money for nothing, I don’t know maybe this is their way to not make fast results so customers have to come again and again. And nowadays they they remove underarm removal (only combo option) When I asked why no usual underam removal anymore the lady said “yeah because we premier and only has combo treatment” Whaaat ? At the first time I came I used twice usual underarm hair removal and I can choose between basic and combo (now they doesn’t gave any options for customers) Will not gonna come back anymore!

    The customer service of the branch in Bali is super unreliable. I was trying to reschedule my appointment, but they never got back to me. I have paid for the whole pack of treatment, but i had to reschedule it. After the third day they still haven't got back to me regarding the treatment or rescheduling.

    Sorry to say that underarm hair removal combo not value money, usually 2-3 days after laser hair is easily fall, but twice I did laser (which is 2 months)my hair even growth faster, thicker and also still strong. I don’t think that I will do underarm hair removal for next month. Definitely will choose others clinics where value of money

    This is not even joking. I read a review about the result of the treatments and the customer service, and I felt that. I did my treatments and scheduled for the next one, and they reschedule it without even letting me know until I reach out to reconfirm my schedule. I remember clearly because I set it in my reminder. I am working 9-6 and I need to arrange my working schedule to match the treatment schedule, but they did this to me like I have all the free time in the world. I requested another slot to move my appointment (that was changed by them previously) and it took one whole day to reply one single line of chat. I understand they are busy and they only have 1 clinic in Bali, but they also have 3-4 staffs in the front desk. I bought a package treatment and I can do nothing but finish it. After this package finished, I am not sure if I want to come back. Sorry.

    The treatment is comfortable and carried out by a professional team. The booking process is fast and easy because the team actively reminds you via WhatsApp. We are still not sure about the results of the treatment because in the first treatment there were no visible results

    Was a member of ZAP series. I usually done it at my homecity branch but this time my appointment was due during my holiday at Bali. Was skeptical at first since for some reason this place has a low rating not like the the other Zap branches that I've been to, but I can't miss my date appointment so I proceed. Doctor was actually kind, but the nurse she doesn't even gave me some time to change by my self, said that the clinic is busy so need to prepare for next patient already (was v awkward to change). What worse, I really don't feel a thing during my session. Told the doctor, but she said that it might be because of the hair roots is thinner already. As a result the session did none progress. The next month (which is now) I'm back to my usual Zap branch and the session is waaaay different, I definitely can felt the IPL I know. Only then I write this review after I know for sure that something is "wrong" during my session at Bali branch. Definitely regret but stuff happened and can't be changed. Hope that it can be improved soon by Zap Management.

    You really need to improve your service on WA in Bali. They took more than 1day to reply, only to tell me that they have no more slot available and another 2 days to let me know that there’s slot available in another 1 month. Very disappointing

    Definitely disappointed, bought a series package but the cust service here is the worst. When i first came, they dont even explain any of the service, the doctor was confused why the front desk didn’t explain anything to me. The promo on ig said free consultation, but when i came they charge me 125k IDR for one consultation. But the service was okaay

    Never disappointed with the treatment from ZAP but the customer service was horrible, took 1 day for them to reply my whatsapp which was so unprofessional, couldn't make my booking. So many complaints for customers services but nothing improve. Please do something about it.

    idk why some people said you have bad customer service but i feel like you’re pretty welcoming and professional enough, the online booking through the web is also helpful so yeah. 1 thing bothers me is the changing room lmao, i’m used to the ones in surabaya/jakarta/makassar where you don’t have to use the changing room but everything else is okay 🫶🏻 i’d come again

    Four stars because the treatment suits me, it can deal with my skin complaints effectively and the results are really good. But for the WA admin, please really improve the response time, to be honest, as a customer, I have a really hard time getting product information, schedules and making appointments for treatments because they take so long to respond. If you just want to have treatment, it will be difficult at the start, so you will be lazy to go to Zap for frequent treatments. Hopefully my suggestions can help Zap Bali to improve the quality of service, because the treatment results are very good

    Before my client and my sister they told me to try treatment here .. first time I feel embarrassed, because I have a lot of hair under my chin but all the staff and the doctor very friendly and really nice so make me comfortable .. and I’m so exited now so many changes already ..and i’m so confident now thank you somuch very helpful

    Always enjoyed my monthly laser treatment here. So far, it has been effective. Bu Sri, as the manager, always made sure all operations were taken care of excellently. The team of doctors and their assistants also performed the treatments very swiftly. You would be in and out in a ZAP. Haha, I guess that's where they got the name from. It was truly done in a zap. Very quick, very professional. I'm a very happy client. :) - @gloriafeliciaofficial

    very professional, hygiene & super safe. during this pandemic you need to do Swab antigen test to have treatment here. for min 30 min treatment you get free swab test. this is my 1st time to any Zap, and now i know why they are famous. good service. I heard their laser to remove body hair is excellent. so here i am.

    Just got my 2nd IPL Underarm Hair Removal treatment today! So happy with the result. I’ve tried another place for 4x IPL but it’s not as effective as ZAP Treatment, I instantly feel the difference in my underarm just by 2 treatments. Decided to buy membership for 1 year & got 750k cash back! Super happy Thank you ZAP!

    3 days after the spot blocker treatment, I used moisturizer from here, my face broke out, and these 3 days, I used a concoction of cream, my face burned like crazy😭 irritation😭

    Just want to give some input, for some of the nurses who handle treatment at Zap Bali, please try not to overly offer products to customers while the customer is having treatment. For example, if he offers product A, we say no first, he is forced to use medication B again, for acne, not all customers are suitable for what is being offered. How about we go there for treatment, even if we don't want it, there's no need to offer anything else. If we need it, we will definitely look for it. You know, while selling, but no one immediately checks out to buy the product, you know. It's not comfortable. Please improve the service, we don't pay cheaply there, you know. And one more input, the CS when responding to WhatsApp takes a really long time, in fact it's quicker to reply to Zap in Jakarta. The service at Zap Bali is really lacking
