Avoid it by all means! I was referred by my medical insurance company to go there. After the examination of 5 minutes (that was done by GP, not specialist as requested) they informed me that I will have to pay 45US$ since they are not cooperating with my insurance company. After 40 minutes of waiting (they took my passport) they finally received confirmation that insurance will cover the cost. Completely unprofessional!!!

Went here because my daughter has an upset stomach and throwing up They informed the doctor fee is 400 thousand rupiah and i was ok with that, after examination they come back and told us the total cost will be 3 million something rupiah I was shocked, what a ridiculous price... It's a basically a rip off

Im a Malaysian. i went to this clinic because of stomach upset. They informed me that doctor consultants will be 400k. That is a reasonable price for a consultation. I’m also a staff nurse working saudi arabia but this is totally not acceptable. after the consultation the total sum they gave me including medicine really gave me a heart attack because the total was 1850000. Initially I didn’t realised because i paid in credit card then i received msg to my number it’s already 500 bucks in malaysia currency which is very very expensive. I never paid this amount in my life for a normal stomach upset. The good part, the doctor is very nice. she’s was very kind and polite. But this price is too much for stomach upset. how if patient come with heart attract, they have to sold the property to pay ? to the manager DON’T charge as per your wish.

Great service..thorough examination..an iv drip but paying 2.5 million rupiah for 3 lots of tablets is ridiculous.....my total bill 3.8 million of which 2.5 was for medication Beware of medication costs from here ...

Avoid this place as much as you can, unless you wanted to get ripped. I went there because I had food poisoning, I asked them beforehand how much the doctor will cost, and they said 400-450k (can’t remember the exact number, 28€++) rupiah, which is quite expensive for a doctor, I know the pricing standard because I am Indonesian my self. But wait until you know how much is the medicine price! 1,250k (78€) !! That’s a total rip-off, overall I was paying for 1,8++ million, more than 110€ for generic medicine. To give you a perspective on how much one of their medicine costs in a local pharmacy, 10 pcs brand Oralit: 1€!!! That’s already telling how much they are making money here. If you don't trust me read the other's reviews they are also saying 1, 8millo for the overall cost.

I had a great experience here. I had blocked ears and couldn't hear. They were very fast and professional. They asked if I had travel insurance and explained what the costs were and that I could claim it back. They gave me the price for the initial consultation, which I agreed too. The Doctor was professional and well spoken. They then explained the procedure and the cost and asked for me to sign a waiver. The procedure was successful. I paid and they provided me with a receipt so I could claim with travel insurance. Thankyou

Absolutely shocking service, Went in with bad foot ,no specialist available that day but needed to go to clinic as so much pain ,GP only available said sprained foot ,turned out to be Fractured and ligament damaged so was weight bearing on it for 3 days before saw specialist to give correct details of injury, medical reports took 7 days after taking 8 million rupiah, still waiting after 4 days for Ct Scan and medical report. Better to go straight to BIMC hospital this place is a total Joke ,promise everything and provide below standard service. Avoid this place as everyone I talked too having 2nd appointments said exactly the same. I will be reporting them to the relevant department in Bali as these just grab your money and run and need education .

Complete rip off. Went there with some wounds that were probably infected. They did a consultation with a doctor on WhatsApp (he was not present) taking videos of my foot. They advised an X-ray which was completely unnecessary. Left paying 800K for a remote consultation and a simple bandage. They wanted to charge me 1.5MN for antibiotics, I bought the same amount and brand from the pharmacy for 126K. After reading the completely irrelevant other reviews that mislead me into choosing this place: yes the clinic is clean and everyone is friendly but this is not what a medical center should be rated against. Medical competence is what this should be rated against, and this was close to 0. Strongly advise against.

Don't go here if you don't want to get ripped, paid 7mill just for nothing, this to much anyway, my friend been here 4days after take medicaments didn't get any better, still high fever and more worse, finally she need to stay in hospital and she get better after 4days in hospital.

Smooth experience (made appointment through my travel insurance). Receptionist, doctor and his assistant spoke good English, were polite and attentive. Did the examinations needed in my case, explained thoroughly what my treatment should be, gave the medicine carefully packed in the clinic labeled boxes with the take instructions written on each. Not sure about the prices, since it was all covered by my insurance, but the service is at a high level!

Came quickly to our villa for a skin issue with our son. Very professional and polite. Medication helped well. Will call them again in case we need.

24 hours clinic which able to help you. Here has female doctor and professional service. Credit card accepted. As tourist, highly recommend here if u need a help.

Tourist trap, if you must let them check you and write you a prescription to buy medicine from a pharmacy, the medicine prices here are 10 times more than pharmacies

The chef doctor is very helpful, I used insurance. Nurses are not accurate with needles, I had to receive infusions. Bad lighting in the clinic which is not good for serious manipulations with the body. I suggest going to big international clinics, like Siloam, they are more professional.

The best service Clinic ever... The doctors and the nurses was very charm and so delicated to take care my son when he got fever. Very recomended clinic in bali.

Major infection on my foot I wish I went a few days earlier. It could of been very bad if left unattended and the service, from surgery to a week follow up appointment were amazing.. Thank You..

High quality medical care. You get what you pay for here. Can’t beat the convenience of the hours and location. I came here a number of times after my scooter accident and they fixed me right up.

Great staff and service. Needed help for my Bali Belly and received IV treatment, vitamins, sugar water and prescriptions to take with me. Left there feeling a LOT better. Thank you!

Amazing little clinic. I had my first date with a girl who I was going to meet but she had just crashed her scooter and the little ambulance picked her up and bought her here. They were so nice and even gave me water while I waited for this girl I had just met. For her, not the best day but for me, a memorable date. They put the cast on her arm and were very caring. They even drove her back in the little ambulance for free back to where they picked her up from.Such a crazy experience I had to share a 5 star rating for my own memories and because so many people gave this place 1 star and complaining about prices. If you have insurance it's fine. Enjoy bali everyone ❤️

Avoid this clinic. I attended with gastro symptoms and potential typhoid. I was told that the test results would take 6 days. My parents who were on the phone at the time as I was very ill, requested that the blood results confirming the diagnosis to be sent to email. Three days later, after chasing, I was informed that a blood test was never taken. In addition, the place was grossly over priced which was later confirmed when I contacted a number of other places.

The service is average, location is perfect and convenient. However, the oral medication is way more expensive than what it should be. It’s about AUD $96 for 7days quantity. Should give a script to the pt for us to obtain from pharmacy.
