I visit Dr Ivanna every time I visit Bali. She is very experienced and professional. She is fluent in English. She listens and advises with respect and kindness but overall uses her medical judgement on what will be the most effective and cost effective treatment. Her clinical procedures are sterile with all packaging opened in front of you at the time of your treatment. She also checks the use by date too. I highly recommend Dr. Ivanna. I value her honesty and her ethics. I am shocked to read a scathing post by Sarah whose post was not honest. All patients are required to give honest and accurate health information on a contractual patient information form as required in Australia before any treatment is recommended and performed. My cousin is the so-called fake nurse who will attest to this woman's disturbing and threatening behaviour. She did not disclose any info re heart condition.

My kid had an infection due to a caries. The filling went off once while in Bali and needed to be fixed again Once in our country the filling went off again. We realized that the infection was again there because the nerve should have been refilled too and it wasn't. So the treatment received in Bali was not right, so we had to do it again. I thought such a simple thing could be done by any dentist but actually doesn't. I don't give one star because the doctor was nice and the clinic clean, but COVID measures were not taken.

Best experience ever with a dentist clinic. The reception staff is very friendly, prices are genuine, location is easily accessible. My dentist was DRG Alfadri M. Adli. I can't thank him enough. He was very patient and gentle when doing my treatment. No pushy sales for whitening etc. by the clinic. Very modern and relaxing clinics. Highly recommend them.

I can not speak highly enough of Rani, Dr Alfadri and the entire amazing team at Starlight Dental! I have just recently had 10 porcelain Veneers fitted and after more than 40 years of not liking my teeth or never smiling I now can not stop smiling. The professionalism, kindness, beautifully clean and well presented clinic made my multiple visits a pleasure. From the initial consult through to Dr Alfadri being not 100% fully satisfied with the outcome and asking me to return for the final 2 Veneers to be fitted a few days after the mock ups had been made shows how committed he is to his patients smile makeovers. I would recommend Starlight Clinic to anyone. 10/10 and again I thank you all so much for making me so happy. Steve

Very clean dental clinic with nice equipment. Pricing was good for cleaning and aligner blocks removal. Paid 850k for both. One thing that I can say is that the cleaning was done quickly and not same quality as what I would get in Canada. Definitely can improve on that aspect. Overall I am satisfied. Very modern dental cabinet and relaxed atmosphere. I came to recement a crown and there was zero pushing to redo all of my teeth. Very professional service.

Excellent Service. I have a wisdom tooth that needs extraction. They saw me, diagnosed the issue - used a little camera in my mouth to show me what's happening, and had a clear conversation with me about the issue. Then they recommended me to a specialist for the extraction. I was very happy with the service.... and then they didn't charge me! Amazing.

Having some treatments here for root canal, and a couple of fillings. Arie, the dentist is one of the best yet in the island, thorough explanation, and not to mention his work is superb! Oh one more thing is, the place is unbelievably comfortable and super clean! Highly recommend this place.

I got composite bonding and my partner and I got our teeth whitened. We were both really pleased with the result. I was never that happy with the composite bonding I had a few years prior in UK and this dentist redid it ensuring it looked perfect. He spent a lot of time talking through different options for my teeth and didn’t push me into anything. I felt he gave the advice based on what would be best for me rather than sales.

I had a fantastic experience at Starlight Clinic. It was very easy to make an appointment to see the dentist. All email correspondence was professional and straightforward. The clinic itself is very modern and clean. But the absolute highlight was meeting Drg. Alfadri Marley Adli and his assistant. Both extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and made me feel at ease. I needed to fix my chipped tooth and very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this place. I had 2 crowns put on my implants a few weeks ago and they will need to be removed back here in Australia with additional costs. Very bad quality job, the food is getting in between and under the crowns, they are wobbly and not secured at all - I can floss underneath the crown that's not normal. I did message the clinic to ask for a refund and no answer. I did leave a bad review online so got a replay to contact them to discuss it - contacted them again and messages are being read but no replay again. The clinic is clean and pleasant but they have no idea what they are doing, waste of money :(

The most horrible clinic. The so called doctor did not explain side effects of a tablet she prescribed when i warmed her of a heart condition. She then refused to give us our money back and called a fake nurse from Australia who called me mentally unwell all because I can not take these pills and was not told they can cause heart attacks. Please do not come here. Save your money there are many other places to go to. This was a shocking experience!

I came for cleaning and laser whitening. All services with a lovely smile and very professional. I love the results, my friends have commented how great my teeth look. Very recommended dental clinic!

Dr Ivanna has such a great bedside manner. She is well researched, confident and experienced. Having skin tags removed and working with dark skin, things can go very wrong. But she is a master at her craft with a gentle touch, almost 100% painless for an otherwise very painful procedure. She is calm, patient and delivered exactly what she says she will.

we came to this clinic with a terrible toothache. yes beautiful lobby and staff. but the doctor does not know how to take an x-ray of the tooth. I took a crooked picture, half of the tooth was not visible on the ragtrain and made a wrong diagnosis. do not recommend
