We
have
been
going
to
radiance
for
a
few
years
now
and
have
had
some
great
work
performed.
Like
each
year,
we
booked
in
for
our
yearly
teeth
clean
and
this
year,
my
wife
also
needed
a
mouthguard
for
night
time
sleeping.
It
was
a
new
dentist.
She
cleaned
my
teeth
and
advised
that
my
teeth
are
loose
(which
unfortunately
I
knew).
She
suggested
that
I
have
splints
installed
and
after
explaining,
I
agreed
to
this.
Took
about
an
hour
and
a
half
and
there
was
no
pain.
When
I
went
back
to
the
villa
and
had
something
to
eat,
I
noticed
there
were
sharp
edges
everywhere.
I
called
radiance
and
rebooked
another
appointment.
I
was
in
the
chair
for
another
hour
and
a
great
deal
of
composite
was
put
in
my
mouth
to
cover
all
the
sharp
edges.
Went
home
again.
Had
dinner
again
that
night
and
noticed
that
a
chunk
of
composite
had
been
lost
or
fallen
out,
so
super
sharp
edge.
Again,
returned
to
the
clinic.
It
was
also
obvious
that
some
composite
covering
the
fibre
on
the
top
jaw
had
gone
???
and
I
could
feel
the
roughness.
The
dentist
just
put
alot
of
composite
in,
we
picked
up
my
wife's
mouthguard
(which
is
fantastic)
and
left
(it
was
our
last
day
in
Bali)
We
flew
to
Thailand
for
the
2nd
half
of
our
holidays.
I
noticed
that
the
top
splint
was
extremely
rough
and
that
I
could
fell
fibers
with
my
tongue.
Booked
in
to
see
a
local
dentist.
He
had
a
look
and
advised
that
the
splint
is
broken
in
three
locations.
He
asked
how
long
had
I
had
it
for
and
I
advised
three
days.
He
advised
it
was
an
extremely
poor
job
and
it
had
been
located
on
the
bite
line
so
he
expected
it
to
be
damaged
straight
I
informed
radiance
of
what
had
happened
and
whilst
the
replies
are
always
nice,
The
first
reply
was
Thankyou
for
letting
us
know,
because
we
insert
a
very
long
fiber
and
the
main
risk
is
that
it
can
be
broken,
please
be
careful
when
you
bite
a
solid
food.
We
hope
you're
doing
fine
there.
We
apologize
for
the
inconvenience
I
then
advised
them
off
what
the
dentist
said
together
with
letting
them
know
that
a
piece
of
composite
had
come
loose
and
was
flapping
behind
one
of
my
top
teeth
to
which
they
replied
Hello
Paul,
Sorry
for
the
late
reply.
We're
so
sorry
about
that.
Honestly,
it's
not
in
the
wrong
position,
like
the
dentist
here
said
we
insert
a
very
long
fiber
splint.
Which
means
we
need
to
adjust
with
arch
of
the
teeth,
because
you
also
have
a
deep
bite
so
we
need
space
between
the
fiber
splint
and
composite
glue
to
put
in.
That's
why
the
dentist
said
the
composite
glue
may
fall
out
because
of
your
bite.
We
really
appreciate
your
understanding,
thank
you
My
bottom
splint
seems
fine
although
lots
of
composite
and
again,
the
mouthguard
my
wife
had
made
is
100%
