A couple things about the TAT: - I stayed for 2 months in the studio suite room which is nice - the cleaning service is mediocre at best - the WiFi is incredibly SLOW and instable, so don't even consider moving here if you work online - currently (January 2024), they are renovating the floor above my unit which is extremely noisy and can last from early morning until late evening EVERYDAY! - the overall noise level at the TAT is very high, people talk loud in the hallway even in the early morning (7 am) - tenants of the studio suite apartments constantly forget to fill their electricity which results in a loud beeping sound. This sound can sometimes go on for days and nights if the tenant is gone/ too lazy (and no, administration does nothing) But above ALL ELSE, the absolute WORST THING about living at the TAT are the EVENTS which are being held right under the studio suite rooms in the courtyard next to Argos. These events can go on for 2 days in a row and include people making a lot of NOISE as early as 6am on the weekends. Today is Sunday and I work full time from Monday to Friday. Sunday is my relaxing day which I need to prepare for the next week. Right outside my room (as seen on the picture) is a group of people from the event finishing the day with drinking and extremely loud dance music. I have contacted management about all of the issues multiple times. Their typical response was just "We are sorry about the inconvenience." 1/5 stars from me mainly due to the noise level. Price is absolutely not worth it and it is impossible to find peace here. I cannot wait to move.

Room was good with strategic location. Still on going construction so you can hear the noise almost all the time on day time. Lack of hospitality from the management stuffs I guess. Tried to contact them but they’re responding late every time when needed. When we first arrived, we saw a couple of someone’s hair hiding under bed sheets and seems like they didn’t change the bed sheets so I asked cleaning stuff for change which they refused since they don’t have a stock for it. Always saying that they don’t have a stock for towel and bed sheets when we asked for which kinda so weird. They hesitated to give us one even they have one. Wifi was slow. Can’t get work done because of bad network..

While The Ambengan Tenten (Apartemen Bali) is situated in a strategically secluded area, there are a few significant concerns that arise from within the compound itself. It's important to note that you may not be able to enjoy a peaceful weekend rest in your own room. On most of the weekends, the public spaces in ground level (read: gallery/ function space) tend to get overcrowded with noisy activities that continue late into the midnight. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the major red flag come from the construction work that is often carried out during the weekends as well. Furthermore, the construction work is carried out without any prior warning or notification to the existing tenant, lacking both a schedule and a designated point of location/ PIC. My take: Invest on proper ANC headphones, or get yourself a nice desktop speakers. Your ears (and brains) will thank you.

Brrrrrrrrr bzzzzzzzz brrrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr bzzzzzzzz brrrrrrrrrr... That's the sound that i heard every morning 9 or 10 AM!!!! Anoying.. The building wasn't finished yet so there is still people working building the places with wild noises every morning! Very anoying, the wifi wasn't that good enough and sometimes it is down every sunday when we need it the most for watching netflix on a weekend.. The TV doesn't have international channel, quite pricey that we pay for the room but there is no international channel. The plus on Ambengan TenTen is the laundry is free and they clean your room everyday. The rest of it? If you don't mind wild noises every morning to upset your head! Enjoy your stay here.

Great location, good coffee, quiet yet productive workspace. Sharing my office photos here for references for future tenants. Best option if you're looking to get the work done without any unnecessary 'tourist traps' but still want to enjoy Bali.

I stayed here for a good 5 months. The room was super nice and clean, the services was great! All the staffs and guards are really nice and the food at the cafe was soooo good. And they held art exhibition or talk session almost every weekend. You would enjoy staying here

My very first time to visit this place and I could tell this place is good. The place has different seating area where good for work individually or group. They provide power socket in each table but I didnt see it attached to the long chair setting in the back side (probably only me who not see it). The price of the food and drinks are affordable. I order fried banana unfortunately it is overcooked (bad taste). I let my plate full and none of the staff are aware if something wrong with the food until I reach them. They can improve about quality of the product and build an awareness from the team in order to reach customer satisfaction.

Worst Experience ever during my training session. No idea where the organizer nor speakers came up with the idea to rent this space that on daily basis is the yoga studio inside the gym area to function as training space with participants are sitting on floor with just yoga mat. They put the projector to close to front row that my neck cramped within 30 minutes of constant looking at the wobbly uncentered projector screen. The silly thing is, there was a sort of bazaar with loud music at the property and there were 2 person exercising Muay Thai that is causing loud thuds that can be heard inside the yoga studio that was causing high stress for me when hearing it. Not sure if the venue has inform about these 2 things prior to organizers or not, but has definitely causing high inconvenience for me Toilet inside the Gym is only one and NO TISSUE inside or at the sink !!! (and the day has not even started yet! don't your OB has check list to go by to? unbelievable!!!) Parking space was FULL !!! and it was just 8 AM !!!! Advice for organizers, STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENUE TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE TO YOUR CLIENTS And hopefully TAT could review their service in the future

I was stay at the suite room apartment for a month. It was a good apartment with swimming pool and there is coffee shop too. The receptionist, house keeping, and security are nice and so helpful. We got a free drink voucher to claim at Argos. I'll definitely will stay here again in my next visit. Thanks TAT Team.

Enjoy the last time in Bali which is very pleasant and mind calming. if you are looking for a comfortable place in Bali downtown, This might be the place you are looking for. there are a few suggestions that might be a positive input for the property manager, *banner signs on the road might be lighted to make it easier for people to find this place, internet connection in some rooms is also very slow even though the staff is very responsive to help. besides that the program activities in this apartment are quite interactive, all the residents are warm and you need to try my fav drink at Argos Cafe, charcoal latte with honey <3 success for TAT's team !

I stayed here for 7 months during COVID. Could not have asked for a better place. Super friendly staff, really helpful manager and an amazing location. The rooms where cleaned everyday and the surrounding where well maintained and kept up. Finding this place was, for me, was the best thing that came out of COVID.

Great location, great building facade & surroundings, friendly staff. ‼️But for you who are working from home, it's not a good choice because the internet connection for residents (at the room) is SUPER SLOW, sometimes can run, sometimes cannot at all, very uncomfortable to work online, and they seems can't do anything about it. They need to fix the wifi not just focusing on creating events that honestly make the residents feel uncomfortable

lots of small children in the neighboring village of the apartment and they play firecrackers every day literally EVERY DAY!!! it is very disturbing for those who want to relax and calm down, they play firecrackers sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon the hours are erratic and the sound of firecrackers is loud very sound pollution, and the apartment management seems to be doing nothing where management should act so that consumers who have already paid to stay feel comfortable.

It was a very nice apartment to stay in Denpasar. The place is spacious with with a modern decor. The AC works well, and the shower is great too. Daily housekeeping with free water refills from the communal areas were very much appreciated. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me but was easily rectified with a mattress topper. The staff in the reception area and coffee shop are excellent, approachable, and friendly. They speak good English and are always happy to help with whatever they can. Overall, I'd say this place is extremely good value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

I’m in love with this place. Very calm, clean, new. Swimming pool, cafe where you can work and order food and nice coffee. Smart TV, new interior, hot water in the shower. Very nice!

Lovely co-working space. Friendly staff. Good coffee. It is a little bit far out of the way but peaceful. I got lots done.
