😠 EMERGENCY = NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. I was 12 weeks pregnant when I was rushed to this hospital because of bleeding (which is sign of miscarriage). Arrived there at 11am, no Obgyn was there at the time (their Obgyn have a morning and night shift), they told us they TEXTED the obgyn, 2 hours waitin... People often mention hospital, doctor, wait, time, registration, care, hours, waiting, emergency, service,

EMERGENCY = NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. I was 12 weeks pregnant when I was rushed to this hospital because of bleeding (which is sign of miscarriage). Arrived there at 11am, no Obgyn was there at the time (their Obgyn have a morning and night shift), they told us they TEXTED the obgyn, 2 hours waiting and no sign of the doctor (not even 1 doctor is there, I only got my tension checked by a nurse) and they told us that we will have to wait until 7pm (because its their Obgyn's schedule). When my husband want to check us out and find another hospital they FINALLY CALL the Obgyn. Obgyn came 1 hour later, all the nurse are confused with everything the Obgyn said and ask them to do. Their 24hours emergency is useless when a sign of miscarriage treated like that. (imagine if i have to wait 8 hours to get checked??) If you have flu, yes sure, the hospital is clean and easy to reach. But if you got into accident or anything that requires immediate care / attention, please go somewhere else.

Amazing patient care! 30 minutes of ER wait and the (looked like a) doc simply said "Well as you can see all (6) beds are full, so if you want to wait, please wait, but no promises." Good luck.. (if you're a patient visiting here).

It is not a hospital in its general understanding. If you need help... urgent help you cannot get it here. Only a general practice doctor in the emergency room and no surgeon at all in hospital. It could be so funny if it were not so sad. They have bilt a so huge bilding but don't have any specialist there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Arriving on time for my appoint, has been asked to wait for the nurse. After 20 minutes, asked politely when I will be invited as my appointment is already overdue. The employee at the front desk tells to keep on waiting. For the question when am I going to be invited, she replies to wait in the center of the hall. And then raises voice on me. Unacceptable treatment from the front desk and no respect for customer time.

DO NOT go there! It was literally the worst experience. They were more interested in getting as much money out of me as possible than actually treating me. They charged me 3,000,000 in medicine expenses before I was even seen by a doctor. I was merely an ATM to them, not a patient. The worst part is that when they released me, they gave me an unnecessary amount of medicine (maybe to make up for the unreasonable cost of medicine), but actually forgot the antibiotic I needed! The only medicine I needed, was NOT sent. The room looked like a dungeon, blood stains on the wall, the bed was more of a jail bed than a hospital bed, food looked rotten (didn't dare to eat any of it), insects in the room, and bathroom didn't even have toilet paper. If it sounds like a horror story, it's because it was a complete nightmare. The nurses didn't speak much English and wouldn't even come to the room when I would call them sometimes. DO NOT go there. Go to BIMC Hospital instead.

Avoid this clinic. You will have to wait for the appointment β€” 1 hour delay in my case. After the examination they can’t send the results and just ignored my messages and calls. Unprofessional and the communication is poor

you have the worst service in Bali. at first I couldn't make an appointment with a doctor for 2 days. Now I've been waiting for the doctor for almost an hour. I postponed work and arrived in advance. tell me how do you work like this?

This hospital is completely a mess. Registration system is slow. They don't even know if the doctor going to come or not. This place is a joke.

My pregnancy journey with Dr. Oka was very pleasant, Dr. Oka helped me a lot going throught my first pregnancy especially when I waited for 8years, he was always there for us . Dr. Oka always makes sure everything right, he is so kind and the most caring Doctor Ive ever known. He treats his patients with kindness, compassion and Dr. Oka always takes good care of all his patients. For the past 9months was very hard for me but Doctor Oka always made sure everything went well and smooth for me, Dr. Oka gives the best medication and solutions. For me Dr. Oka is the most amazing Doctor in Bali, I don’t believe you can find any doctor that has highly skilled in Obstetric and Gynecologic practice like him. I can’t thank enough to Doctor Oka, he helped me a lot and make sure I delivered my baby safely even though I needed to have a C-Section but all when smoothly because GarbaMed hospital has the best nurses, midwife and Doctors. Thank you GarbaMed Team for making everything so perfect and easy for myself and my family If you need help for your pregnancy until giving birth or wanted to have baby start your journey with Doctor Oka Husada, trust me you will never regret it. Highly recommended 5 stars even more.

We had a really good, professional experience with the doctor, nurses and registration officer here. It was easy process to use BPJS, they made it super smooth. My husband condition is better immediately after discharge. Thank you!

Visited a little hesitant about the standard of care and cost, after gashing my head requiring stitches. Pleasantly surprised by the efficiency, standard of care and cost. The doctors I dealt with all spoke enough English for me to understand what was required during my visit, and after care.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! They are not a medical center, but a thieves center. Tried to trick me into paying 20 million IDR for a simple treatment that is taking 15 minutes. Not even mentioning I was waiting 3 hours because of the total chaos and incompetence of the staff. Went to BaliMed right after and it took me 30 minutes from the time I entered the clinic to the time I paid 1.2 million for the completed procedure and the medicine.

Pros: Clean and brand new hospital. Polite staff. Cons: Just like many others hospital, the administration process is horribly slow and painful. Registration takes 20 mins per person! And they still do it with paper and hand written. Expect long delay when you come here especially during peak hour.

Registration: 0/5 Nursing Staff: 0/5 Administration: 0/5 Rooms: 0/5 Lobby Seating: 0/5 Electrical Work: 0/5 Cleanliness: 0/5 ER: 0/5 Dr. Oka OBGYN: 100/5 This hospital is a disaster. The rooms don't even have proper electrical installation. The electrical box doesn't have breakers, everything is hardwired, a genuine fire hazard. Nurses do not always respond to the emergency button. A nurse once said she didn't respond to the emergency button because she thought we pressed it by accident. Every wall, every floor, every ceiling is dirty. All waiting room seating will hurt your back. Not ergonomic, uncomfortable. The cobblestones in the front driveway are not secured to the ground, and are prone to tipping. I've seen many people tripping on them. Someone will break their hand or face because of the pavement. The nurses are rude and impatient. The registration. Lord, almighty, the registration. Everyone at registration is incompetent. In person registration is slow and useless. WA registration is slow and useless. Early registration is slow and useless. Honestly. By American standards, this hospital would already be shut down. It's a disgrace to medicine. That said. Some of the doctors are excellent. We love Dr. Oka, he likely saved my wife's life during a C-section. He's the only reason we come here. Everything else is a travesty.

Excellent care and very thorough . Friendly, tried so hard to communicate. Stitched a finger and follow up two days later was so easy.

Hard to communicate with this hospital (for a registration/appointment): WhatsApp number is not really β€œshown”, and when I got the number they didn’t answer at all. Worst part is when we finally came. Registration process was unclear - where to go, where should we ask first, who was queueing and who was next. Updated in Oct 23: Journey is still unclear, but service is better especially about time.

Used this hospital as referred from BPJS. Very new, not crowded, worked with my limited bahasa Indonesian. Another good Indonesian hospital. Very happy.

Delivered my second daughter at Garbamed using BPJS insurance, the process was so simple and smooth, they treat everyone equally, and the hospital is generally clean and well maintained. Whenever I send wa message for inquiries, I'll get the reply immediately. I only go to Garbamed now whenever I needed the treatment, Thank you Garbamed, I hope you all can continue giving your service to everyone equally.

Waiting 2 hours for nothing. They keep saying that the bed is full. Can’t imagine if we bring our baby with anaphylatic shock or more serious cases and need to wait for 2 hours and more. Decided to move to other clinic. TOO BAD

Book/appointment via WhatsApp you still have to register again even though you have already booked 1 day before. you still have to register again even though you have already booked 1 day before. Doctors are often late Service is less than satisfactory and needs to be improved

I regreted telling a friend of mine to go here because it was the nearest and it was emergency. Agree with other reviews about poor services by the nurses, and the fact that they dont honor patient's time. And yes, scam (RIDICULOUSLY overcharging because of insurance even though my friend's insurance is not 100%).
