Smile Ready really has the service very pleasant and excellent! The staffs are nice. The price might be a bit more expensive compared to any other dentist clinic, but sure you get what you pay. The waiting room is comfy and it has free drink station. I got myself tooth filling and the treatment was fast and very good. I was treated by drg Tamara, she was also nice—explaining what was the cause, how to treat it better, and what do I need to keep my teeth healthy. I had myself covered by blanket as I said the room was too cold for me—a nice service. I am going to recommend this place absolutely!

I wanted to share, I was in the clinic a few days ago, my tooth broke and I need to put a complicated seal with a pin as soon as possible. I was satisfied with the doctor's work, he explained everything to me, took photos before and after treatment. it was very important before me. then we decided what we were going to do, everything was friendly and professional. the price also pleased me, I recommend this place. We have travelled from Australia. This dental clinic is very professional. I had an implant done and my partner had 4 extractions /implants done and two bone grafts. I did extensive research before choosing this clinic, visiting three other clinics in person. This one was by far the best in our estimation. The communication every step of the way made us both feel informed and well prepared for our procedures. The pricing is higher than less professional clinics but we were both having complex procedures and needed the additional technology available here to avoid nerves. Very happy with the end product and will be getting all future work done here.

chipped my filling and got a slot last minute. customer service was excellent and clear in booking appointment, dental assistant was very attentive and dentist was very careful and worked on my tooth with so much patience and details. facility and dental unit are clean and quite new. price is also reasonable for what you get. they tell you approximate cost ahead of time — no surprises. honest and professional business. definitely returning when i am in bali.

Amazing dental clinic, I have made about 15 tooth fillings here (yes my teeth was in bad condition 🥲) with Dr. Cynthia. She is the best! During all my visits (6 times) I never felt pain or anything negative. The doctors and assistants are very attentive and caring.When x-ray was necessary for the further treatment, it was carried right away. Also I had ultrasonic cleaning and fluor protection. If you are trying to find place to solve your dental problems - choose them. Totally recommend.

Whilst on holiday in Bali from Australia I booked in to get some work done, a scale and clean, filling and whitening. I could not recommend this dentistry enough as it has first class doctors, equipment, staff and cleanliness. Was walked through every procedure with before and after photos which I have never seen before at home. Was amazing at a fraction of the price. World class.

Great communication from the time of my initial enquiry all the way to my booking. Reception staff excellent communication via "what's app" The dental treatment I received was second to none. Excellent care. Every step was explained to me. Smile ready Bali exceeding my expectations in every way. It was a little tricky to pay my deposit. I had to do a bank transfer to Indonesian bank. Would be easier if I could have done it with credit card.

I was so impressed with this clinic! Super ultra modern space and machines, very professional service, attitude and approach. Everything was explained perfectly down to details. I went for a dental hygiene (scaling) and they did an excellent job! I also had a consultation for braces and it was so helpful to get all of my questions answered. The worst experience, I had an emergency because I needed to fix the crown to my implant again, I contacted this place because they present themselves as specialists in dental implants, after narrating my situation, I informed them that it was an emergency, they asked me for my X-ray and the brand of my implant and after my doctor sent me the information I sent it to them and they told me that I can make an appointment with them, happy about it later it came that they did not give me a date and I had to insist on a response by phone to tell me that there was no availability until after 3 weeks. In my situation as a tourist you will understand my surprise that after 2 days of exchanging messages they tell me that there is only an appointment 3 weeks later

Best dental studio I've ever been to. Very detailed service from start to finish. Dentist took photos and showed and explained what needs to be done. Personally I think Cynthia not only fixed my teeth but cured my dentist phobia aswell 😀 Hands down going to be my regular dentist, can't be happier with service and results!

Women at reception desk are really informative, everything is listed in detail and they keep on top of your personal needs regarding teeth work needed. The dentist are extremely observant and professional. The entire clinic is super clean. This is my first time, I’ll be back every time I come to bali.

I went to 4 Dental clinics and decided to go with Smile Ready. The team is very welcoming and professional. Dr. Maureen answered all the questions I had, and I feel very comfortable and confident in her and the nurses. Their facility is also very clean, new, and has very up to date equipment.
