Great clean medical clinic! I got a cut on my face 5 days ago and went for a check up and they noticed something the clinic I went for my other check ups didn't! So they are super thorough! Also really nice and kind staff 💗

We ask for home visit and the doctor and nurse was amazing! Professional and very kind! Also the prices are transparent and fair. We ask for other optional treatments but the doctor clearly told us that this is not necessary! So a big GO for them because they don’t sell you unnecessary treatments or anything!

Surprisingly it’s best clinic that I’ve visited so far around Canggu. At first it might looks underrated as the size of the place; but their service is really good. The doctor and nurses are all very friendly and professional; the price is also very reasonable. Good thing is now they luckily has their branch also in Berawa that is closer to where I stay

Extremely professional doctor, I would say the level of expertise and service was at lease as good as what you would expect in the west. I came in experiencing shortness of breath and fatigue. Within 30 mins I have an ECG report and and regular follow up on test results. I was also provided a referral to a hospital (BCIM) for specialist consultation. Overall, impressed with the service. Expect to pay western (unsubsidised) prices - but you get what you pay for in Bali.

This place is the best - I had a double ear infection, got seen in two hours of whatsapping them. Prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatories, and followed up 5 days later. Detailed medical report with fit to fly status followed an hour after both appointments. I wish my regular doctors were this good!

I got the bali belly IV treatment. Excellent service, reasonable price. Would recommend this to anyone who catches this heinous illness. Nurse was friendly and had great English.

Very professional and friendly, lots of in depth explanations. Both doctor and nurse speak English well, and one of the doctors also speaks French, so going deep into descriptions of symptoms is entirely possible without any misunderstanding

I was there the other day and had my last dose of rabies vaccine, the staff were very nice and professional. I wrote to them on whatsapp the day before to make sure they could help me with my visit and booked an appointment!

Me and my friends had Bali Belly and went over around 9pm, the doctor and nurse was so attentive and accompany my friends and I till late night - 2am+ to be exact - especially for me as i had to take longer for my Iv drip. really thank you and appreciate for attending to us to feel better 🫶🏻 very patient staff

We came here with our 2.5 year old daughter after a splinter became infected. The doctors and nurses were so wonderful with our little girl and tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible. They also listened to our concerned about injecting an anesthesia and instead applied a local numbing spray. They were able to remove the deep splinter with flat tweezers. We had gone to a doctor in the States prior who only deepened the splinter. This team was 10x better. Highly recommend for children.

I've done an antigen test here. That was an excellent service. The doctor, nurse, and all of their staff are very competent, gentle, and amiable. Especially the doctor, he was not just good in treat the patient but also kindly educating the patient. This is the best clinic in Canggu. Five stars and two thumbs

I’ve had mixed success with with clinics in Canggu area, but The Medical seem competent and responsible. In particular, they did the pathology work to check what the underlying cause was to make sure I get the right treatment, rather than just prescribe medicine without checking first.

I just had a Bali Belly Basic service with your nurse named Common (or similar, I’m not sure how to spell his name sorry). He visited me at my Villa in Seminyak. The response time on WhatsApp was excellent. I was replied to within minutes. The services were explained and pricing listed. He arrived within the time agreed upon, with great communication via phone call on arrival. Common was very professional and explained the whole process to me. He was very skilled in insisting the cannula, and it didn’t hurt at all. Common explained all medicines to me and ensured I was aware of what medicines I was taking and what they do. He made friendly conversation whilst the treatment was occurring which made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Common, he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I hope this can be passed onto him for recognition. Thank you again Common, all the best.

Went to the clinic a week ago, as a I had to continue my therapy that I started receiving in Thailand. After meeting the doctor, and after Dr explained the whole process, we agreed, and I got the first of three vaccines. When it was time for the second dose, which was booked by the clinic, I went there, just to be informed that they don’t have it in stock anymore, and that I should go to a different hospital/ clinic. I am finding that unusual to say at least, on the border of unprofessional. Either you are committed to the process, or you dont start at all.

I was completely misdiagnosed. The doctor didn’t listen to me at all and prescribed me the wrong medication. Careless and unprofessional.

Do not go there if you want professional advice. The doctor barely listened to the front of my chest (not even the back or lower lungs) and declared that the lungs were clear and I only had a URTI. It turns out I had pneumonia but I had to see another doctor to get the proper diagnostic and treatment plan. Dangerously unprofessional!

The doctor is really good, came in with an ear infection and they sorted me out really good. Diagnosis was thorough and they gave me options with the treatment plan - they also follow through on whatsapp which is amazing thank you 🙏😎

Unprofessional dentist Dian, unprofessional service. My front tooth crown fell down and I had to fix it with a glue. I should walk away at the beginning when dentist asked me to take off the crown with my own hands without being washed and wearing gloves. I replied to her that this is her job and have been asked again to do it myself. I had to wash my hands put gloves and take the crown out. At the end she glued it in the wrong position. The front tooth is outstanding from the line. The glue was all around my crown. I did ask her to clean as it was uncomfortable. After I looked in the mirror and saw the tooth in the wrong position I ask her to fix it. Doctor Dian said it is not possible because the glue is too strong. So sad to have such service. Simple job couldn’t be done. I had to contact clinic in the same day to explain what happened. There is a call center which receives information and nothing happens. The management didn’t even contacted me or gave a call. I ve been charged for this 700,000IDR about 45USD The dentist cabinet is not clean. The sink to rinse your mouth after treatment is dusty and has visible dirt. Local service is still very primitive.
