The staff are really nice and friendly. I did underarms and Brazilian laser, it has been a week now and my hair grew back and didn’t fell off so I cant tell how effective their laser as it should be. (This isn’t my first time doing laser, I have my laser routine in Thailand so I know how it works, Im in Bali for vacation and don’t want to skip a session) The price is expensive so I expected more quality result and service, when they did my Brazilian, the lady who did the laser got some tissue put it on my bikini area and ask me to hold it while she is doing the laser, and after the laser she hand me a tissue so I can do the after-care and wipe the excess gel on my bikini area! Staff are friendly but could use some training procedure wise. So yeah, the laser result and how the procedure is done Im unfortunately not happy and cant recommend this clinic.

I didn't actually try the laser hair removal so can't speak on the effects etc. My review is about the professionalism of the staff. I turned up here accidentally. I had booked an appointment at a different clinic but came here instead not realising. Instead of the staff point out my mistake to me, they pretended they were just running behind schedule and offered me a massage while I waited - basically tricked me into staying. Was nice of them to offer the massage but I would much rather have been told I was at the wrong place and given the choice to stay or go.

I had an incident in this salon. When a therapist put a cream with chili pepper on me I had a very strong skin reaction. Strong pain and burning sensation and emotional shock. Nobody knew what to do. How to help it or soften the symptoms. All they had to say that it was normal, but obviously it was not normal for me. I was suggested to BUY an aloe Vera cream to calm down the skin. As I asked for the name of the product the staff refused to give the name. All I knew there was a chili pepper in it. And I had to google myself the symptoms and what to do. As I contacted ( myself) the manager all I got from her is apologies ( by message, she said she was driving) and advice that I was not supposed to take a shower (but the pain and reaction started before I took shower) and that she will check on me tomorrow. Manager told me it’s a normal effect but I did this few times before in this salon and it was nothing like that before. This means it’s a new product which probably was not checked. No compensation was offered from salon side. And as I asked for it myself, as a fair thing for my huge discomfort, pain and shock, manager responded that I shouldn’t extort them. Manager refused to pass the owner’s contract.

They have alexandrite, which is rare in Bali. Nice salon and good stylists

I have been there once for eyebrow removal and had a good experience from Indonesian lady, she was very detailed, session was like 10 minutes, and removed all my hair. I went for the second session and I have been treated way worse by a tall lady from Russia with brown hair. The session was like 30 seconds, and I still have a lot of hair, I asked to correct it and no improvement has been made. Moreover I have been charged doubled in comparison to the first session. Do not recommend

I availed the promo package on brazilian & underarms and was looking forward to having a good experience given their reviews. However when I got there I was not even greeted upon entering. The owner, just rushed me to go inside already and was just busy on her phone. Then the one who did my service, Diska, was the rudest I’ve experienced - I was squirming in pain and she did not care, even when I told her it is too hot. I told her to stop she still did not. It was a very transactional experience I understand staff was perhaps tired but was quite appalled with such rudeness for a service oriented business.

The staff named Amanda was very professional and kind, the therapist were all polite. I had Face Treatment and it was a nice experience. The place was very clean. I pay attention that there is no parking place for cars, bikes only. As for the treatments I bought a package anti-cellulite including massage and endosphere, it was good. But during the procedure you feel uncomfortable as there is loud music playing, I asked to make it less, but it was still rather loud.

Lazer is not working on blonde hair. I’m giving 2 stars based on my experience, not the result: 1) salon doesn’t keep your data. During 5 months I was there once in a month and every time different master started from setting up power. To hear on a 5th time question from reception “is it your first time?” pretty annoying. 2) From what they advertised Brazilian procedure should last 20-30mins, I’ve never been more than 17 minutes in a salon including all preparations, payment and etc. After bringing it up I was ensured that it is enough. 3) you have to clean gel and apply aftercare cream or whatever by yourself. Overall I was ready that lazer wouldn’t work but I don’t like the service provided

I've got laser hair removal and endoshere treatment here.The administrators were polite and patient. Answered to all my questions before the treatment. Also i was excited that they use a machine i've used before. Because as i know a lot of "beauty salons" on Bali work on fake machines. You get A from me. See you soon girls!

I had 5 full body hair removal treatments here after 2 treatments at another hair removal salon.(total 7 sessions) The treatment time is about 2 hours. The pain was quite strong and made me sweat every time. The results after 5 sessions were not as good as I expected, but it works. I can see a big change in my armpits, legs, and bikini area, but I still can't see the effect on my face and back hairs. I was planning to take 10 sessions here, but I finished it after 5 sessions because of the long and painful treatment. The staff I recommend is called DISCA. The one time I had it done by someone else, it was really painful and burned a little. And She was not polite. The price is a little cheaper than other salons and it is easy to get an appointment.
