Came here to make retainers urgently, but had a rather unpleasant experience. I was looking for good dental care - the price of retainers here is similar to what I pay in Singapore. They resolved it in the end. But I cannot recommend this place because of the multiple points of incompetence. In total, I made three trips to the clinic to get one working pair of retainers made after a week. First visit was fine, but they broke retainers #1 (I don't know what that means), so I had to go down to take another mould. Was made to wait for 35mins even with an appointment. They double booked me. So I got assigned another dentist after asking, but boy, she was rough and dismissed me even when I told her she was hurting me. Went back another day to collect retainers #2. It was handed to me over the reception and looked incomplete, but I trusted them. Went home and realized I could not remove them. My nail and gums were bleeding from trying, so I had to seek help from a nearby dentist. I told them to just break it if they have to. They ended up having to use metal pliers to pry it off my jaw. I should not have been issued retainers over the counter... I messaged SG dental again to tell them what happened. They said they made the second pair like this because my jaw was small and they didn't want it to break again. I was in disbelief. Do they not have the necessary expertise in Orthodontics, or was their lab not able to handle it??! Making retainers is pretty straightforward, I've had many done over the years. They offered to make me a third pair for free so I accepted. I didn't want to drive 20mins each way again though, so they delivered it. The staff made sure I could put it on and remove it myself before leaving. I thanked her.

Can I give 6 stars?!? Amazing. Best cleaning I've ever had...and painless! Sonic scaling. I'm a coffee drinker, and my teeth haven't been this clean in years. Professional, modern office. A little more expensive--my cleaning was IDR 900k ($65)--but worth it. So satisfied. Trims Dr Adis!

I am amazed at the skill and care of the dentist. I broke off half off half of my teeth and I was expecting the worst and yet she managed to patch everything up slowly. Everything was perfect and there was no pain at all. The medical equipments and techniques used are some of the most advanced i have seen and yet she charged very reasonable price. Highly recommended

I really recommend this dental for few reason. Service is excellent. They always reply for booking on whatapp pretty fast. And Always asked my teeth condition after treatment. No worries about treatment. They have 2dentist for crown, treatment teeth. Both of dentist very kind and good english for communication. I can feel they very care patient, they have a lot of assistance on treatment. Basically my one front teeth broken from accident. So i need to nerve treatment and crown. Dentist recommend to me saving my teeth to using the fiber stand. Their price is little bit expensive, but i think this price was not so expensive than other country(I am from south Korea). Location not so far from Canggu and Seminyak.

I thought I needed my bonded retainer to be replaced (would have been 1.5 million), but they informed me I only needed extra cement on a single tooth, which was 1.3 million cheaper. The prices are very reasonable, and I would say they are a very trustworthy clinic, and I was very happy with the service I received :)

I did dental cleaning today, the place was clean and comfortable. I was scared to go to dentist due to bad experience that i have, but apparently the staff, doctor, and nurses here were very nice. The nurse I was with even let me hold her hand the whole time cause I was scared. The treatment itself was good for the price. Thank you for the service. Please keep up the good work🫶🏻🫶🏻

I just went there today, and i have to say absolutely top notch. Very nice clean looking place. Very nice doctors, and dental cleaning absolutely 100%, zero tartar left on my teeth, on top i did whitening 40 minutes and my teeth looks completely different than 2 hours ago. Amazing and ill be back in 4 days to fill in little cavity. Recommend 100%, not the cheapest, but definitely the best, which always comes with its fair price!

Excellent service in a very modern docgors office and treatment have been done in a reasonable timeframe. There was absolutely no pain during the session of the teeth cleaning and filling of teeth. Incredible experience! I flew over from NZ to get a root canal and they exceeded my expectations. It’s been a month since I’ve had my last session and I’ve had 0 pain. I’ve had so many troubles with my teeth in the past that I was extremely nervous but cannot recommend SG dental enough. Amazing!!! Got me in quickly for a root canal and filling whilst on holiday from Aus. The care from the team was perfect and easy to understand. I will definetly be coming back for future work when needed, and at more then half the cost we pay for dental in australia, could not go wrong.

They are SOOOOOOO good, I'm from Australia and came for dental cleaning as well as cavity filling. They made the whole experience so comfortable and pain free.

Clean and well-equipped dental clinic. However, the dentist that handled my case is subpar. Don't be fooled by a nice reception and clinic. Sadly, this happens often in Bali, both medical and dental, nice new, building, but low quality doctors. Dentists' capability, experience is way behind as compared to western standards.

This was by far one of the best dental experiences I have had. Better than any dental clinic I have been to in the United States. I was fairly nervous to go to the dentist outside of the U.S. but these guys are amazing. The place is very clean and they are very professional and friendly. They filled two cavities for me and it was almost painless. They showed me what they were doing and the before and after and answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend them!

Really great dentist experience. Prices as shown. Went in with a sore tooth for a check up and clean and was assured the problem didnt require additional fillings or dental work which is very rare indeed. Great communication and will come again next time Im in Bali.
