I visited the shop twice. First time I had torn an ear piercing, and the lady was amazing at helping me look after it. She also gave me another piercing and was precise and gentle, and had excellent sanitary protocols. I came back a second time to get my healing ear checked and buy more jewellery. 😀 I only dealt with the lady there, but they all seemed nice. She was totally awesome. Usually, you would pay hundreds of dollars to get this level of service. Do yourself a favour and only come here for your piercings. You won't regret it!

I just wanted to say how lovely the people are here......especially Pamela! I went to have my ears pierced and was a bit nervous. Pamela put me at ease instantly. She was warm, freindly, communicative and very professional. It's super clean in the shop and I was completely reassured about the hygiene of the needles which were sealed and dated. The guy who worked there, perhaps the owner was so so polite and helpful. I had a swollen ear from pervious piercing elsewhere and he helped me to change it for a longer bar, and talked through the cleaning process. He was amazing! Thank you

Actually a very nice little shop with a good selection of tunnels at good prices. Unfortunately, they are totally uncooperative when something doesn't fit. I bought a tunnel that was 2mm bigger on the outside and therefore didn't fit. Unfortunately, I couldn't exchange it for another model or size the next morning, even though I hadn't even worn it. So before you really buy something try it on, there's no goodwill here. And that even though I bought other products.

I loved the place. My septum hole closed up a bit and the shop owner helped me put my ring on for a very affordable price. Loved everything about the place, got two more septum earrings!

Really good impression. I had spontaneously remembered my piercing wish (2 for the ear) and just walked in. The piercer managed to find time for me and was also very friendly. He showed me the packaged needles and expiry dates. Everything was clean. It's not been long but the piercings feel fine

The place is new, clean, hygenic, and cozy. They have plenty of high quality piercing jewelry.
