Phenomenal experience all the way around. I’d come back to Bali & do this again.

Shared the road with their Alphard (plate number 444) who was a danger on the road, forcing their way to switch lanes and going back as they changed their mind. Definitely turned us off using their services if this is how they regard safety.

Lived in Bali over 2 years now and have experienced rafting before..Mason Adventure tops the list by far. From checking in to the end of white water rafting, the customer service, food, overall experience and even after the rafting…just amazing! Clean shower rooms and a hot shower (cloudy and cold when we went) at the end…oooff! Perfect. Book with Mason!

Went to the mason adventures elephant park. It seemed nice until we went to wash the elephants, the guy keeping the elephant in the area yanked HARD at its ear to drag it a few steps to the side and punched it in the eye when it stepped away a little (hard enough to make its whole head jump) I was in shock and refused to get any more pictures. Horrible way to keep an elephant from leaving the area. Every time it took a step to leave the area the guy put his hand up to its face half as a stop sign and half as if to slap his face, the elephant every time immediately stepped back which made me wonder what it’s scared of and what happens behind the scenes.

Great communication and pick up. The rafting was playful and fun as well as longer than other tour groups we saw in the water. We then went to the elephant safari and got to enjoy the elephants up close and hear about the care and life of each elephant as well as ride them as part of their daily exercise. The elephants seemed happy and well cared for. If you have time check out the elephant sanctuary! The elephant trainer I was paired up with said that Covid dried up a lot of funds for places like these that need tourists to keep it running and to keep people employed. There’s also signs and plaques explaining how the elephants are treated and what their lives are like.

One of the best things we did in Bali! We did the white water rafting experience in the Ayung river and absolutely loved every minute of this 2 hour experience. Our instructor was hilarious (unfortunately didn't catch his name) and the rafting itself was perfect for a novice like myself. The rapids were fast but easy to control. There were plenty of opportunities to stop for refreshments if ever required and our guide had good knowledge of the hotel's we could see through the jungle. The experience as a whole felt like it was straight off a movie set, incredible views of the jungle, never a dull moment. We started the experience with a 400 step decline which caused a few peoples legs to wobble and a 400 step incline at the end so be wary if you're not good at climbing steps. We were treated to lunch too which was buffet style and had a few options to choose from although it seemed like they were running low when we arrived. All in all a must do experience whilst in Ubud and appeared to start a lot earlier than some of the other rafting experiences available as we passed their starting points further down the river.

Completely ruined my honeymoon. Tried to book on their website twice, both times failed. PayPal payment went through and they took over $250 and won't return the money. Avoid. Currently trying to go through PayPal dispute process and they deny receiving money despite it leaving my bank and being in PayPal as successful.

Bathe & Breakfast + Elephant Ride is very recommended for spend your day at the Sanctuary, location in Taro Village about 20 minute from Ubud or 90minutes from Seminyak or Kuta.

We had a great family adventure on the bikes. This isn’t super easy, my joints were certainly saw afterwards. But it was worth the effort.

We did the Mason bike tour today, it was great. Our guide went at a great pace, through small villages and rice fields, stopping along the way to show us many things of interest. We met some wonderful locals and finished our trip at the Elephant park, where we had lunch and got to walk around the the park and meet the Elephants….. all in all a great day! Highly recommended

Took part in the dirt buggy experience and can honestly recommend such a professional business. Guides were safety conscious and our group was split to differing abilities. Lunch was fantastic, facility fantastic will do again.

My husband, my friend and I experience packages of The Jungle Buggies, Jumbo wash & Bath with elephant and Elephant ride. That was great. Staff are very profesional, friendly and very helpful. They really treat us we'll even we are local. Huge place. Modern toilet and clean atmosphere. Both at buggies bamboo restaurant and Mason elephant safari. Hope next time I can try their rafting..

Did the Nusa Penida tour, Very bad. Extremely rude drivers. Was told over and over again to rush. Did not get to spend time on any of the beaches even though I was told 1 hour per beach. False information provided when purchasing the tour.
