Pros:
-
staff
very
polite
and
friendly
always
willing
to
help.
-
breakfast
(buffet)
quite
good
and
tasty
with
different
options
to
choose
from:
Indonesian
food,
homelettes,
benedic
eggs,
toast,
bakery,
fruit,
pancakes,
juices,
coffee,
tea..etc
-
sunny
pool
on
rooftop
with
great
views
-
good
location
surrounded
by
loads
of
shops,
restaurants,
bars
and
walking
distance
(10-15minues)
from
the
beach.
Cons:
-
bit
outdated.
-
noisy
Aircon.
What
really
makes
this
hotel
stand
out
from
others
is
their
staff,
always
smiling,
polite
and
willing
to
help
as
much
as
possible.
I
asked
for
a
quiet
room
with
views
and
they
made
it
possible
even
though
there
was
no
availability
at
the
moment
that
I
arrived
at
the
hotel.
The
lady
who
checked
me
in
was
very
polite
and
professional.
The
room
was
very
big,
spacious,
with
loads
of
natural
light
(5th
floor)
and
very
quiet.
The
only
negative
thing
that
I
can
say
is
that
in
general
the
hotel
is
bit
tired
and
outdated.
For
example,
heavy
furniture
with
small
cracks
and
marks
(stool,
desk),
stains
on
bathroom
tiles
and
ceiling
at
shower
area,
unpolished
floors,
dark
corridors...etc.
Everything
was
clean
but
for
the
state
&
style
of
the
furniture,
bathroom
and
corridors
you
can
clearly
see
that
the
hotel
has
been
operating
for
quite
a
few
years
already
and
needs
an
update
to
fresh
things
up.
Pics
posted
on
social
media
are
bit
misleading
as
they
don't
show
the
reality.
If
management
invests
some
money
to
update
and
improve
these
things
it
could
be
a
5*
hotel.
Would
I
recommend
this
hotel?
If
you
are
not
looking
for
the
newest
hotel
in
the
area,
then
yes
I
would
recommend
this
hotel.
The
staff
will
make
your
stay
very
pleasant
and
you
will
enjoy
a
good
breakfast
and
the
convenient
location.
But
if
you
don't
care
about
friendly
and
polite
staff
and
you
want
the
newest
and
a
more
instagramable
hotel,
then
you
rather
look
for
other
hotel
as
I
don't
think
this
will
satisfy
you.
Overall
is
a
decent
hotel
that
could
be
great
with
small
refurbishment
process.
