A bit disappointed.. the pictures that we saw online were not reflecting the room that we got. Even though the staff is nice and welcoming, you can really see that the hotel doesn't meet the standards. Swimming pool's floor was broken into small pieces, the room's wall was partially covered with mold, and our door wasn't closing. There are still a lot of things to repair/fix to get a good quality/price ratio

I stayed here for 3nights. The photos look really good but my bungalow very disappointing and not clean. Its very run down. I had ants and insect’s and had to constantly ask them to clean it. The housekeeping was not great at all. The pool area is good but all the boards are falling apart and my foot went through one of them. Very dangerous. So the good things the cafe area is beautiful and breakfast was nice. I’m however disappointed in what i paid as the standard wasn’t great. If it was touched up with new paint job and they cleaned the rooms well my stay would have been great.

We went to this hotel with jimbaran with my wife and child (4 months old). We arrived at the hotel, no one was going to help with things until they asked. we went to the bungalow. paid for 3 nights 3.079.000 rupees with breakfast included in cash through booking.com. The bungalow was immediately met with small spiders and cobwebs in every corner. but that's okay, we thought. There is also a musty smell. we stayed at the hotel from lunch to evening, ate at their restaurant: delicious food and beautiful presentation, there are no questions about food, good guys work and cooks. in the evening we decided to go to bed early, and I was very surprised when I lifted the blanket and crawled out a HUGE COCKROACH the size of several fingers. THE BED SHOULD BE THE CLEANEST AND SAFE PLACE IN THE HOTEL! And we also have a small child. After that, we were offered to change the bungalow or clean up. But after this you will no longer feel safe in this hotel. we asked for a refund, canceled the booking not booking. Booking approved the return. after 2 days we were returned 2.053.000 rupees, they charged for 1 night. even for breakfast they took money, which we did not eat! In general, if you want to live with a bunch of insects and cockroaches, you are here. We have been living in Jimbaran for 2 weeks already, we pay half as much for rooms and it is very clean and cool there!!!!

Our day 1 of our honeymoon today, made us wait until it was check in time and as we entered the room only to discover there was fresh pee on the floor in the bathroom and the room was stinking due to poor ventilation. Extremely disappointed as we booked for five days and I'm dreading the stay now as we may not get a refund.

An absolute nightmare. We entered on a Friday, my wife noticed marks on the towels. Pulled sheets back and there were blood stains on both pillow cases and sheets. I went down to complain, standing there watching housekeeping change the linen, there was a huge urine stain on the mattress protector. We gave up the second night and switched to a more expensive but CLEAN hotel. Terrible experience.

It is an excellent, quiet setting. Good customer service. The cleanliness of the bungalow next to the pool that we reserved fell short of our expectations. Not having a mosquito net in the room, no hot water, and constant noise from the air conditioner. The restroom and toilets would have been kept cleaner.

The staff were laughing and joking when we arrived. They only glanced and did not bother to help us with the luggages until we asked them to. Check in lasted longer past check in time. The bed sheet was damp and stained, including the replacement sheet. Towels and tables are equally dirty. The positive things were only the swiming pool and breakfast. Shame that this hotel is poorly managed.

Great big room with a massive comfortable bed, very clean and spacious. Beautiful grounds with a good sized pool. The restaurant is staffed by very friendly and helpful staff, good menu with great tasting food. Our breakfast is included in the price of the room, loving the breakfast. First night we woke to no power due to a thunderstorms, 3am the staff attended our room and fixed the issue without delay. They are very accommodating with any requests and very friendly. No complaints from me, i would stay here again.

Such an amazing place to stay, with fantastic hosts and service. Everyone was extremely polite, well mannered and punctual. From ordering a taxi to the airport or getting pickup from there, to the food service and tab allocation to your room, it’s a breeze staying there with beautiful nature and atmosphere. Highly recommend for couples

We stayed in a pool side bungalow and didn't believe this property was worth the money. We had a broken toilet, the bum gum broke and leaked everywhwere, we had to keep asking for toilet paper, the sheets and towels were stained and when we asked for replacements were replaced with more stained ones, we had ants falling on us from the ceiling and found cockroaches in the room. No hand towels or face cloths were provided. There was tea and coffee in the room but no kettle or way to make hot water, when we asked reception they told us they don't have one which was so bizarre. The staff really tried to make things right but management need to look at these finer details. We decided to leave 2 days earlier and stay elsewhere, we were promised a refund for the 2 days but this was a lie, after a month of waiting we still have not been refunded and will not respond to our requests.

Beautiful villa in Seminyak. Nice place, quite and good for relax. But we need to wait for 1 hour because we early check in. The food was good. Not much to do here just relaxing and the pool was nice

The actual property seems a bit different from the pictures. The normal delux room seems a bit brighter than the bungalow. The pools was the main attraction of the hotel they open until 10 pm. Breakfast was delicious but alacart not buffet so you have to choose from the menu.

The room condition was the most disappointing part of staying at Kashantee. The first thing I noticed was a toilet. The toilet flush didn’t work properly. Sometimes we couldn’t flush at all. The shower also worked weirdly. It was either cold or hot, but never just warm. The towels were always dirty. Within 4 days of staying at Kashantee, we have never had towels without some dirt marks or yellowish and brownish spots. Another thing I noticed was dirty bed sheets. It also had some spots and dirt marks. Considering the fact that the bed sheets were dirty the hotel charged us for staining bed sheets. Even though we paid the fee which was 1,400,000 rp, it was ridiculous to pay for “damaged sheets and duvet”, because they were already dirty. I doubt that the hotel will replace the “damaged sheets and duvet” after I saw the condition of their bed sheets and towels. Not to mention the condition of the room which was old it seemed fine. Speaking about the food, I would say everything was fine: neither the best nor the worst. The pool was dirty as well, there were always leaves and sticks from the trees, nevertheless, there were not a lot of people, which made it better. In general, I would say that the hotel lacks good cleaning service and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Older accommodation with nice pool area. Matters was big but not level and noisy. If you are after good night sleep, you should consider different accommodation as all the rooms have a same mattress.

I would not recommend this place. We checked out 4 days early due to how dirty the rooms were. Our aircon did not work and I woke up with bites all over me. Horrible experience. Pool also slimy. The whole resort is very rundown and does not look like the photos advertised!! Very expensive also. The staff and management refunded the rest of our stay.

We stayed for 1 night, we checked in at 8 pm. The staffs were laughing and joking when we arrived. They were like gossiping us. Room: the room vibe was nice, minus: soundproof. Hotel vibe was absolutely perfect, we like it. We will back again, and hope all those mistakes will be fixed.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff are very nice and happy to help with anything, the property looks incredible and is well kept.

We have been in this place for 4 nights and we overall enjoyed our stay. At our arrival (late night) the staff was very welcoming and helped us with luggages and providing key information for our stay. The room was overall well maintained and cleaned up, even if I would suggest to better take care of towels and bedsheets cleaning as they had some stains due to poor washing process I assume. The breakfast and dinner were really great and tasty, also the dish presentation was super. The location is close to the beach and Seminyak area. I suggest this place especially for the price-quality ratio, breakfast and staff.

Kashantee Village is a cute hotel, quiet and relaxing with amazing staff and a very chill vibe. We stayed in a very cute bungalow with free Wi-Fi and a One-Time Minibar. The outside is GORGEOUS, the yard is clean and the pool-area was a great spot to relax and read a book at. There are a couple of maintenance-issues (some of the tiles in the pool were coming off), but it didn’t bother us too much, seeing that Kashantee is quite affordable. The pool bar is so fun and we enjoyed nice dinners as well (all though there are plenty of other food-spots to try around the corner, since the menu is of course limited). Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again! If you’re able to ignore minor maintenance issues this is an absolutely amazing place to stay at! 🙏🏻❤️

The best place to spend our last days in Bali. We got there and got straight in the pool - which was just beautiful. Our room was lovely and spacious - the bathroom was small. Our room had a little sitting area out the front which was very nice. The food was good and we really enjoyed the swim up bar (a little too much). The lychee martini was to die for. This was in a great location - walking distance to a really nice beach. The place was quiet but the service was excellent. We would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone visting Canggu.

The rooms are not clean, everything smell so bad. The staff not so helpful, they didn’t clean our room properly, we needed to ask to clean our room and it was not clean, they just made a bed. Everything is out of date, there is mold on the walls. For 5 nights we paid 500 euros for nothing!!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel! The photos on the internet looks good but the hotel doesn’t look like that, it’s worse. So disappointed.

Same as other travelers opinions, the reality doesn’t aligned with pics on website at all, not in good maintenance tbh. The pics looks amazing, but once you walk in the room, will be disappointed. The location it self was super nice tho.

Beautiful villa in Seminyak. Bit of a hike to get to from the airport but still worth it. Easy walk down to the beach and plenty of spits around to go out for dinner and visit without all the usual overwhelming vibe you get in places like Kuta. The staff are lovely and in house chef is fantastic. Great coffee also! Highly recommend.

We had a great lil vacation at the Kashantee village, the owners are super nice and on our night they had a family birthday BBQ, they invited us to join and it was all time! Their staff cooked us great food and made us amazing deserts. It was nice to observe the owners with their staff and see the relationship with them was like family! We love this lil gem and the people who run it, will be back for sure! A review of the grounds. The cabins are perfectly spaced giving each one just the rite amount of privacy. Very well situated to the pool and the Resto/kitchen. Oh and its close to the beach and couple nice night life places. Kashantee is the best kept secret in Seminyak! We can't wait to go back and we hope they always have that birthday cheesecake! ;) Sea yew next time!

We stayed at Kashantee for 5 nights in the bungalow which was nice. Very aesthetically pleasing. There was quite a bit of noise during the night so we didn’t get good sleep. We ordered for breakfast included but there wasn’t many options, the advertising showed much more and we didn’t get what we expected so we had to go out for food every day. I think once Bali becomes busier their quality of service will improve but our own experience wasn’t the best.

The place it self has great location as it is very close to the beach, nice pool area and lush gardens, great breakfast, kind and friendly staff and lots of potential but it desperately needs renovation for deluxe rooms, especially their bathrooms. And the biggest disadvantage was poor cleaning as when we checked in bed sheets had some stains and we had to ask to change the towels daily because otherwise they will not do it
