We stayed at Cicada Townhouse last for 7 nights. Good and bad: Bad: - our toddler got splinters from the old wooden beams around the pool. - motorised loud gardening takes place very early (pre 8am) - no handrail on stairs and very slippery due to tiles (husband and toddler slipped!!!) - sewer near pool smells horrendous, there must be something they can do? In the hot sun it’s very bad smell - pool not very clean at all, they need a proper cleaner for the pool, lots of “bits” floating and my toddler got algae under her nails from the sides - no decent pans for cooking, we had a milk pan that was it! I felt very bad asking for something useable like I was putting the staff out by needing to cook. They did find us one pan but we needed much more for a family of 5. - cooker didn’t work properly, kept turning off - shuttle only runs from midday so if you want to do anything in the morning you’ll need to walk down a road without a footpath (not great of you have kids!). Good: - staff are all excellent and very friendly - staff wonderful with our toddler - daily cleaning very good, turndown service appreciated - bed very comfortable including baby crib - breakfast in the villa is very convenient and plentiful. - water cooler and bottled water provided daily - location good, quiet but also very close to beach, beach clubs and shops - airport was good, but why not do two ways?!? - birthday cake given for sister’s birthday which was very sweet OVERALL I think it’s value for money and I’d stay here again just small things needed to make it a 5 star experience.

Super impressed with this townhouse!! Great service, food, neat room, & last but not least they have great location that very closed by with the beach club and other activities in Seminyak. You can choose relax and enjoy their amazing Balinese massage or shopping in Seminyak. They also provide shuttle for us to travel around in Seminyak area. Tips to get special price or offer better book using their website instead. Definitely will come back again

Location is everything for this villa so don't judge the place from the outside! The reception might look small, but once you walk in, you'll see a massive swimming pool and how large the common area is! We went here to shoot content for the villa and stayed at the 3 bedroom townhouse, which was enormous! Two-story townhouse with a private swimming pool and my favourite thing is the outdoor bathroom in the master bedroom! My favourite part about this place is that the location is extremely central to Seminyak's famous establishments like The Sea Circus, Potato Head, Mrs Sippy and many many more.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! Villa was clean and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Located just 3min walk to the main road with loads of restaurants and bars. The main shopping street is only 10min wall away. Breakfast is served in the villa and the spread is huge! Only downside is that we have to choose the breakfast on a piece of paper everyday before 9pm. The private pool in the villa is kinda small but there’s always a big common pool if you get bored. They even provided huge floats when we requested for it. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Bali!

Super staff! Everything worked great. Beautiful hotel. Nice and calm location with great restaurants and the beach at walking distance. The rooms have 10l water dispenser, which are such a simple but great extra. Recommend this hotel, especially for bigger groups!

This villa is a great place to stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. The spacious rooms, private pool, and quiet location make it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The best part is the staff, they really make the effort but not with the security on september 18 2023, at 9 AM, when I asked which way to the beach, the security guard was busy with his cellphone, then he tell me without any smile and with rude attitude. such a poor security services

This is one of the best places to stay in all of Seminyak. The service is outstanding, the rooms are everything you require and more, and the location is amazing, I highly recommend it to anyone!

Awesome experience, very supportive and friendly stuff. The food service provided in rooms make it super convenient for families travelling with kids. We will definitely revisit in our next holiday.

A girls trip to Bali, we stayed 6 nights at Cecada. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. They always went that ‘extra mile’ to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would stay here again and I highly recommend anyone visiting Bali in staying here.

Everything was great. Staff was super friendly, the pool was a great place to relax. I didn’t even feel like I wanted to leave my room. Loved the modern design. Had two massages inside my room and they even delivered ginger tea to my room after. Negatives: food orders stops at 1pm but not an issue since plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was also right above the office so I was waken up by men chatting outside/downstairs at about 7/8am but it didn’t bother me. All other rooms should be really quiet and fine.

Located at the heart of Seminyak, this place has gorgeous, clean and spacious rooms. The food they served was beyond expectation. Fabulous in room breakfast, mouth watering burgers and the local cuisine was amazing too... The price was worth it. I would choose this place everytime I visit Bali

A private, yet elegant townhouse we were allowed to shoot in! My team and I stayed at #6 and had a lovely time shooting to our hearts’ content. The rooms were presented elegantly, and the bathrooms were incredible - it was a sheltered open air space with a large bath in every room. That was a huge plus, as we got some really nice shots with the flower bath :) This townhouse was a quiet space and enclosed to just those who lived in the space. Butlers were on call and came on time, were efficient, kind and friendly. It was an absolute pleasure to have come to Cicada!

This is the single greatest complex I've ever had the privilege to go to. Enormous apartment big enough to live the rest of your days in here. Private pool. Room service ordered via an iPhone where the friendliest staff will appear with incredible dishes at such a cheap price. Private excursions available at a very fair rate. Massages available to your room and you should absolutely take advantage of it as it's very cheap and of a high standard. We were made to feel very special here, if they make other guests feel half as welcome as they made us you'll be in for a treat. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional. The minute you step out the door the villa is getting cleaned up for you. The only thing I would say is it's so good staying here you won't want to go exploring Bali - but you absolutely should! Would give this 6 stars if I could!

We just enjoyed a holiday at Cicada with our children. The villa was beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us with baby gates and last minute crib. Housekeeping was brilliant, even lighting mosquito repelling things each night. The shared pool was beautiful and was especially nice as it was rarely used by anyone else during our stay so nice and quiet. Having breakfast served every morning was a nice touch, however my only suggestion would be that the breakfasts options and quality could be improved upon. But apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay with Circada again. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the Hospitality. This is extremely splendid stay. The experience, pool, views are all exceptional! They are good at paying attention to details, the goose-feathered pillows are very comfortable; also, amenities are fully refilled every day. The swimming pool is very great too, it was not too deep to allow better swimming experience. It is indeed a very great pleasure at staying in Cicada Luxury Townhouse, you'll never get enough!

Great service and our room was gorgeous and cleaned everyday! Staff very friendly and free transfers into town.
