Just visit to do covid 19 rapid test in 2nd floor.. Its simple clinic, no hassle, no queing, and effective. The cost is idr140K and waiting time less than 30minutes.

Very Very Bad Waste Of Time Wrongly advised to go here for allergy test. Called and made appointment. Told to come at 9am Drove 1 hour with my son Arrived and checked in Sat down for 1 hour with some other people. Went to desk and ask is the doctor here? Girl replied sorry the doctor no here yet. I have a job so i had to leave,, clearly a 1 star and very poor service 1 hour drive home with my son. 3 hours wasted luckily on 3 for me getting up and asking. This is not a free healthcare Klinic services are paid for,, do better. I went back to the doctor we have a we found more options for a allergy test, i advised go eleswhere.

This is a 24hr clinic. If you don’t see anybody in, just ring the bell. The staff is probably asleep 🤷🏻‍♀️ but they’re there. Ring aggressively until somebody comes up to the entrance 😂 Went there at at 6AM, nobody was seen in the clinic and the bar gate was closed, but the door was open (we can see inside) and the lights were all lit. Asked someone outside of the clinic if it was open, he said it was then proceeded to ring the bell and basically bang on the gate very loudly 😂 after a while, someone came up looking startled and sleepy lol staff was cranky because I woke them up, but the doctor was friendly and appeared alert and ready. Overall nice service, albeit a little funny 😂 I was just glad I got the help I needed.

I have mixed experiences when visiting them. When you visit the "Poli Umum" di Siang hari you should be aware of the lady doctor with short hair who I think doesn't even care about the patient, she doesn't even want to touch me as her patient, only perawat doing her job. Just question why she should stay there..? , and she needs to be nicer I think, even we use BPJS Kesehatan, we paid it's not free :) I will recommend you to visit "Poli Gigi" there, Perawat is super nice they willing to help you there :), the Dokter Gigi is also super-nice, I have just gone there 3 times, she helps with no complaint, she is straight to the point.
