Nice place to have karaoke with family. You can held a community gathering as well in the big room they have. I have come here with my community for almost 30 people and the room is still big enough for us. They also have big cafetaria in the lobby room for waiting. The sound in the room is great and the choice of the music also have many variation from. Old school music until trending topic.

Didn't accept cashless payment under Rp 100.000. They gave no solutions and forced me to pay with cash instead. Fortunately I have some cash at hand, imagine if I don't, what a hassle. And the cashier was a little unprofessional, her smile ceased after this little incident.

Best place for Karaoke in Denpasar, from the sound quality. This branch is big with plenty of private rooms to rent. The smallest room can take up to 4 people. Nice song collections, from Indonesian, English, Korean, Chinese, and even Javanese. Enjoy your time with friends here!

The service was BAD. Maybe the one who can smile was the security. The staff, in reception was look alike she underestimete their guests. Maybe they change their service into “other type of karaoke”. The guest must pay one drink before they when they book the room which is funny. The room was nice, song update, but the mic was not work for several times. And the staff who coming to check it look underestimate his guest. Well the staff need more educate about what is hospitality is. Since they sell alcohol, i didnt think this place would be recommended for kids

Booked a suite room which was nice and clean. But the wireless mic goes on off too often due to the battery life. Very uncomfortable.

I had no complain regarding the services but I went with family and children and found out that they sell alcohols and there were some LC standby at the 2nd floor. Should change the jargons instead of family karaoke.

This is calmer and more favourable than LIBBI. we left the room little late accidentally because they didn't call us and they didn't charge me anything extra.
