I am so happy to have found eterna clinic. It is the third time I have visited dr Rosa and her team. Every visit I feel very comfortable and at ease, all the staff are extremely professional and gentle. Dr Rosa is very professional and knowledgeable, offering expert advice for my skin concerns. I’ve had several laser treatments now to treat my acne scaring and a vein under my eye. The vein is almost gone after one session and my scaring is improving with every visit. The services were effective and one staff member was nice. Dr Rosa however was rude and and the other nurses were dismissive. They talked amongst themselves throughout the whole treatment and were overall not good at customer service. that been said the treatments worked and they were cheep, so if you are not bothered by a lack of acknowledgment and “factory esque” vibes.. go for it!
