Had Botox at Mysa and had a very lovely experience here. The premises are very beautiful and professional, and all of the staff were really friendly and sweet. First I had the consultation after which I was very well looked after and talked through every step of the process. I felt super comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. Mysa Clinic puts a lot of care and spirit into their work. Dr. Ricky is a kind, meticulous provider who takes time to explain his procedure in great detail. He also has his own style, which I would describe as natural and subtle, perhaps even understated. I respect that. You get the results you want without looking or feeling artificial. The technicians are a great support team, too.

I did the HIFU under eye and Meso for under chin area here. The clinic is clean and very professional. The staff were all very lovely, and the doctor was very patient during consultation to answer my questions and allow me to consider options. Not once did I feel rushed. She also did a facial mapping to determine the placement and amount of botox I would require should I choose to do so. This is such a lovely place! The clinic was beautiful, modern and super clean. The team was the nicest and very professional, Dr. Monica explain me everything before the treatments and she answer to all my doubts. I did, HIFU , EMS and IPL , no pain at all. I had fillers done by Dr. Regine Tanaya and I’m super happy with the results. She took time to answer my questions and was very thorough. She was also very gentle during the process which made the entire experience better. Consultation was free and they also didn’t charge a 2-3% fee for paying with a credit card which is a plus. Highly recommend this clinic. I have never tried any procedures in the past but wanted to try the vampire facial with my friend. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcomed and comfortable. I was so nervous but the staff took the time to answer all of our questions to help ensure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. Also the sterility level was 10/10. Amazing! What a great experience. Customer service was extremely good even when I missed an appointment due to traffic. They rebooked me and I had an amazing consult with the doctor. It was very caring and informative with no pressure on what to choose or upselling which is really nice compared to at home. The whole experience was more hygienic and professional than western standards even and I felt very very happy leaving. Results are great and I used the Korean formular options which are already looking fantastic! Definitely recommend

I just had the best experience at Mysa Clinic in Canggu with Dr. Ricky and his staff. Lia who works the front desk helped me arrange a free consultation with Dr. Ricky. We made a beauty plan, and Dr. Ricky was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease about the upcoming treatment. I was very pleased to hear that Dr. Ricky has a lot of experience using a Juvederm Ultra Plus, which is my preferred filler. When I arrived for my appointment, nurse Aris and Dr. Ricky greeted and prepared me for the filler and Botox. The facility is immaculate and the equipment is new. They made sure to apply numbing cream and a complementary nerve block to eliminate the pain of the procedure. Most other clinics that I interviewed here in Bali don't offer the nerve block and I can’t imagine doing lip filler without that option. Dr. Ricky made sure to ask me if I was comfortable before he started. The procedure itself was comfortable and thorough, and the nurses comforted me with rhythmic shoulder tapping and playing my preferred music on the speaker. I honestly had the best experience I’ve ever had, including the follow-up 10 days later. And the results are wonderful. He did a great job of keeping me looking natural and feeling beautiful. Incredible clean facility and doctors. My favorite in all of Bali. I have received countless treatments for Botox, Filler, Radio Frequency, and Muscle Tone sessions and have experienced the utmost professionalism. When getting filler they make sure you get what you want and ask lots of detailed questions and don’t make you look overdone. The doctors are very cautious and are not pushy to give you what you don’t need. Every nurse and doctor is extremely caring and skilled. Hands down should be the first place you consider for aesthetics.

I had some Botox at Mysa and would definitely recommend. The staff were all lovely and very thorough at explaining everything. The procedure itself took a little longer than back home (no wham bam, off ya go) and it was the least pain from the injections ever, couldn’t hardly feel them.

Before leaving Bali I just passed by Mysa Clinic because I was interested in asking few questions of how can I remediate an undesired result after a Botox treatment that I had in a different clinic few days before hand. I was impressed of how welcoming they were and that I could get a consult right away. I got a consult with Doctor Ricky and Indah, who were not only making sure to clarify and answer to all my questions but they were also very responsive to my wishes and try to build up different treatments that I can choose from. The whole procedure was very smooth and I m impressed on the results. Not only that my problem was solved but the contour and overall facial image is up to perfection.
