Wijaya was our next guide and he was very informative with his deep knowledge of the culture of the people and explained things we saw on the road in addition to giving us the history of the historic sites we visited. Their packages are all inclusive of the activities you plan on doing on the trip and nothing additional needs to be paid for once you get to your activities. I had such an awesome time with Pak Ena (Bali Custom Tours). I booked a solo trip to see the waterfalls and do some ATV riding. It was a little expensive, as I was by myself, but it didn’t matter. All worth it. Pak suggested an early pick up at 6am and it was a great idea. His English is very good and we had a good conversation on the way up and the way down. The drive was ~2.5hrs from seminyak but only felt like an hour. Pak waited for me whilst I saw, swam and jumped the waterfalls and went ATV riding and even whilst I had lunch. I highly recommend his tours. Waterfalls are a must. It’s definitely worth the trip all the way to the Buleleng Regency.

My family and I often use tour services for both domestic and international travel. From our experience, the tour services we have used are less flexible in setting destinations and times. There are even tour services that arbitrarily cancel a destination because it is too far away. But not with the Bali Custom Tour. As a family, we were given the freedom to choose the destination we wanted and Alhamdulillah, we were able to visit all the destinations we planned. Everything is designed in detail with the linen time and distance so that guests feel comfortable. Even after several discussions about disassembling the destination, they still didn't mind. The drivers also deserve a thumbs up for their time flexibility and friendliness and patience👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Very patient, especially with me who sometimes likes to ask to take a short trip to some places that are not on the schedule😁😁👏👏. At the beginning of the trip, the big boss himself, Mr Ena, was the one who took us for a ride.
