They don't have a nurse, they don't have clear hygiene standards, they don't provide disinfectant mouth rinses or at least aqua mouth rinses... before going home they charge a consultation fee (which 90% of patients already know) IDR 350,000.

Drg. Felix was kind enough to help me change my power chain eventhough I’m not his patient. Thorough and easy to understand explanation about my teeth condition and my braces progress. Overall really satisfied experience. Since pandemic you have to book an appointment first and strict health protocols were imposed in their clinic.
