Don't stay here: bed bug infestation 🪲 and flys everywhere. We booked 3 rooms: all three had caterpillars, bed bugs (ticks), and other insects on and around the beds. They switched one of our rooms and it also had the same problem. We weren't able to use the rooms at all. We had arrived at the hotel at night, and we had no choice but to move to a different hotel - at great cost and annoyance to us. The hotel management refused to refund us and took 50% of the payment for our entire multi-day stay (even though we weren't able to use the room a single night). They should have refunded 100%. The reception staff was very friendly and nice and I suspect the issue was the management. The rooms are basic and were a bit dusty. The road leading up to the hotel is rugged and at a very steep incline. I would highly recommend you avoid this place.

It looks good in the photo but the reality is worst. Even it’s hard to booking too because of renovated but when we went there the room is not renovated yet. Still dirty, so many air freshener in the bathroom like 3 ( not a good sign ) and we need to wait for check in like 1 hour from 2pm. The staff didn’t say sorry or even a welcome drink. So many flies here. But they have a cute dog Poci that waiting with us at the lobby. The management still bad, we booked a boat tour at 5pm but the tour guide came at 2 when we still wanna check in. He said got tell by the owner at 2😅 which is not right. And the boat tour is not great. I’ve asked first is it safe to do the tour while the weather like this. He said yes it’s fine and it turns storm and big wave on the lake, our boat’s almost flip! It’s crazy. Never again and not sleep well.

Arrived at night and while parking the car, the staff were standing by waiting to carry our luggage. Fast and easy check in and were led to our room. Fantastic spacious room and bathroom. As it's dark, we can't see much of the view. Woke up in the morning, we were greeted with wonderful mountain and lake view.

We didn’t want to venture far from the hotel because we were only in town for 3 nights and doing the Batur hike. Our young guide Gidde was awesome and we hiked straight from the property all the way to the top. The property seems to be fully renovated now and they offer an all day food menu. Yeoma at the front desk was lovely - nothing was too hard to sort out or menu items to difficult to modify for vegans. The food was very very simple but delicious. Made with care in the tiny kitchen by the young staff. We got a couple of free scooter rides on the house to take us to the hot springs. Our room was right by the pool and massive. They put a queen bed on the floor for our daughter. Amazing views out of the pool and windows. The farmers were clearing fields and burning leaves so we got smoked out of the pool area but I guess that’s what you get when you stay in the middle of a bunch of farms!

Superior Double Bed Room with pool access.. room is spacious also the bathroom. All good but maybe for the flies that I had to have 4 stars only. Service of the staff, I know that they really try their best, kind and informative. Location of this guest house is the best, great view of the lake and mount Batur,.

Stunning place. The rooms are just fantastic and the whole look of the place is amazing. They have 2 infinity pools for everyone and another small private one. We rented 2 nights in the Deluxe Queen Room with the private pool and had an amazing time. You have an insane view of lake Batur and the montains behind it. The bed is super comfortable, BEST sleep we had during our time in Bali. Breakfast and food in general aren't really the best thing, but they are not bad. Coffee was excellent. Service is super friendly and they offer to bring everything to your room all the time, they were really nice to us. The only downside is maybe the area, if you want to leave the hotel, there isnt really anything to do. Its close to the Hot Springs and you can do the hike to Mt Batur from there (with the hotel or other companies in the area) but not many restaurants or areas of interest other than that.

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Bali, nestled near the mountains. The spacious rooms provided breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, boasting fresh and fragrant bedding that added to the comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly the private pool, offering a refreshingly invigorating experience. As dining options were limited within walking distance, the hotel helped arrange car bookings with locals. The use of WhatsApp for communication was incredibly convenient. While the breakfast had to be ordered the night before, the menu had great potential and I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and avocado; however, slight adjustments like toast thickness or freshly baked bread could enhance the experience further. Despite this, the peaceful location and overall tranquility made the stay truly memorable – I'd highly recommend it. Please note there must be renovations recently here as the google pictures dont match where we stayed! its totally been done up!

This resort exceeded our expectations! Location is absolutely perfect, close to attractions and with incredible mountain views. Room and bathroom were very spacious, modern, and clean. The many pools available are so clean and warm. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious and with big portions. Stayed for 2 days and didn’t want to leave. Such a wonderful and comfortable stay. Staff member Nyoman was especially wonderful with her smiles and helpfulness.

The view is very good. The cleaness it can use a lot of improvement. The shower room there were a lot of stains on the wall. The drainage in the shower room smelled so bad that the stench dominated the the entire room even though I have closed the shower room's door. There were tons of flies racing to our food. It can be maintained better. The hotel is a pet friendly hotel , well that was an advantage . The breakfast was just so so
