You're paying for the view. The sunset view here is excellent. After we arrived it took 40 to get a couple mediocre drinks. An hour to get a tiny, two bite appetizer that wasn't good. Main course arrived 77 minutes after we got to the bar. The duck was dry, we have had better. My wife was starving .. at a restaurant. Most expensive meal I've had in Bali and it wasn't good. But the sunset view was great and the DJ had a pleasant chill trance vibe. I would just watch the sunset from the beach next time.

Really a good spot for sunset dining and it’s quite romantic. I really like how each and every staffs that we interacted were so friendly and welcoming. Ordered a beef tenderloin which was very tender and goes well with mustard. I got a Balinese duck too and the portion was huge. It came with very fragrant rice and the duck was so crispy and tender. Ambience is 10/10 as well and I would be back again next time! Price is higher than outside definitely but I think it’s worth it.

This restaurant is a great place to enjoy the scenery and watch the sunset. The meals were also delicious👍 Although the price is on the high side, it’s well worth it!

Amazing view. Highly recommended if you wanted a great sunset for drinks. Cocktails and bar food was amazing. Staff were very professional and helpful so much so that we booked to have dinner later that week. The dinner didn’t disappoint. Again, with an amazing view. They have live acoustic music from 7pm. Dessert was average, but you can’t win them all.

One of the better Seminyak places for food with a view, the rooftop kind - where you won’t be bitten by mosquitoes! LOL Haha, you won’t be raving about its food quality which is decent, but view wise, you are set… if only the weather will be good and cloud cover is ideal, you will get your sunset shot of Bali. (No luck for us, 2 days in a row of fails Food wise, it’s on the pricy side… you are paying for its location!! It was an ok tasting affair. It still is unbearably hot, thankfully there is some breeze at the beach front, but it’s highly dependent on the weather, so your milage will vary. Do note, this is a dead end for cars, so they all have to u turn at this junction so getting a cab out could be tricky. Getting in was easy. The Seminyak beach entrance is right there, so you could just have your meal, view the sunset then grab an ice cream from the nearby dolce and take a stroll down the beach at night and enjoy the lights and crashing waves.

One of the best sunset points in Seminyak. The view on the rooftop is amazing. I ordered steak and fries, they was really tasty. The steak was tender and juicy. Also, the juice was rich in the taste of fruit. The staff is super friendly. They are really helpful. Better you do a reservation to get the best place to watch sunset. I love the vibe so much and will come back in another chance.

A great restaurant and bar.. amazing cocktails and a very nice view from the rooftop bar. I was not dressed in formal clothing and they did not care at all. I was escorted upstairs so I could watch the beautiful sunset. Also I had the sweet and sour pork with steamed rice.. omg this is how it should taste. Never eaten anything this good. Not to sweet and a little bit spicey..oh yes! Five stars for service, decor , cocktails, food and view!

We had a sunset dinner at MoonLite on one of the front row tables. The views and service were fantastic. Our host Yudi was very kind, and together with the other staff members they took some lovely photos of us and the sunset. For drinks, we had two cocktails. For dinner, we had the beef rendang, beef salad, pad thai and Chinese stir-fried veggies. The first two dishes were very tasty. The last two were a bit bland but still ok. There are better places in terms of food quality versus price, but the stunning views, modern interior and great service are the reasons you should come here. Btw, we also had a few fun games of eight-ball after dinner.

Great location, Best view to see the sunset, friendly staffs. Special thanks for Mr. Yudi who was taking care of my dinner. Pomelo salad was good with the fresh seafood, Pad Thai it was sweet and salty I was expecting bit spicy and sour like the authentic one, it could be different flavor of Pad Thai but I felt it was too salty and I couldn’t finished it. timing from the starter to maincourse it was taking to much time.

finally - outdoor non smoking rooftop 💯💯 the ambience is so good! you can see the sunset around here ive ordered mocktail 9/10 its so fresh chocolate lava cake 9/10 the texture is perfect with coconut ice cream

We had our Anniversary Dinner here. Although it was short notice and it was raining, the staff did their best to make the occasion memorable for us. All the people who work here are friendly, efficient, and go the extra mile for the customer. The cream of the crop is Trisya, who attended us with great charm and affection. The rooftop ambience with wide ocean vistas is stunning, the decor is classy, the vibe is chill, the cocktails are delicious and the food is lip-smacking. As it was Friday, there was live music and they were also taking requests! Truly a special time! Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed it. Great good, great value, great service. Right on the beach on the 5th floor looking over the beach. 3x people and we ate like Kings, spent approx $95. Crabs, ribs, local food including my favourite pad Thai.

An amazing dining experience on a rooftop with a spectacular sunset. Service is 10/10 and food is delicious. Many options available and great seating. The Australian beef tenderloin steaks were cooked to perfection. Must try the jimbaren prawn salad and corn fritters too!

5 stars place to have a drink on a rooftop for sunset. They also had a live singer inside which is adding a great touch to the atmosphere. Expensive compared to Bali standards but you are in the Anantara so no surprises. The view is astonishing for sunset We did not try the food so can’t judge.

A bit hot there (it is a rooftop) but we're there for the brunch! Yeah, this is Bali, we don't know breakfast, it is too early to wake up. Moonlite has a brunch set and menus that we love. More to the Asians cooking, fresh and taste very good. They don't have the long list menus for this, but why we need all when all the good yummy food is there, right!

Moonlite Bali was fantastic! We spent our anniversary dinner there and it did not disappoint. Widi our waiter was so friendly, funny and kind. The food was delicious, and having such a beautiful view just topped it off. Highly recommend!

Very nice roof top bar and restaurant. Great food and delicious cocktails with good service. Pricing is on the higher end but that's justified since this an upscale place.

Unbeatable view. Great food and generous drinks. Portion sizes are a slightly below medium. Pool table inside for challenging your friend after a couple of drinks. When I was there a guitarist provided live music. The kitchen is open and beautifully done, so you can observe the chefs at work. There‘s also some cool neon signs for pictures. Overall awesome ambiente.

We had a lovely night here! We really wanted to go to a restaurant that had a lovely sunset view, and Moonlite is absolutely perfect for this. Although the weather was pretty bad when we went (super cloudy and started raining very shortly after we left), we could still see the beautiful sunset colours through the clouds. We each got a cocktail, and shared the pad thai and the butter chicken. The waiter informed us the pad Thai was spicy (appreciate him flagging this with us as I’m not great with spice) and had the kitchen make it a bit less spicy for us. Staff were incredibly kind, and allowed us to move inside halfway through the meal (the clouds were looking really threatening). It was pretty quiet when we went, but I can see this place absolutely buzzing during peak season! Posting this review 2 days after we ate here just to confirm everything sat well in our tummies :)

I can’t see anything that stands out from this place. I went for Christmas Eve and only found out that the food was just average! I’ve been to many 5 star restaurants in many countries and I can assure you that this doesn’t deserve 5 star. The service was good, they have done their best! This hotel should have done something about the taste of the food tho. I agree that the sunset was very nice- which is from nature- but I have to admit all they do was just giving a place to watch the sunset. The food itself was not great.

An excellent restaurant with reasonably priced food and a beautiful view! The team at the restaurant were friendly, welcoming and had great recommendations for specials from the menu. They did a fantastic job feeding a diverse group composed of several exhausted kids with very diverse palates. I stuck to the Indonesian cuisine which was spicy and exciting!

Such a lovely experience! We came for dinner at sunset and had an amazing view. Service and food were top notch, and there are tons of places to take nice photos. Bathrooms were super luxurious (weird comment, but worth mentioning) and there is a live band (Saturday) and pool table inside. We had the sate ayam, ayam kremes, nasi hainan, pork ribs and mushroom cashews. No room for dessert but lots of options!

The staff here are just so accommodating and attentive. We ordered the ribs and wagyu rendang and it was so tasty. Recommend the fried banana for dessert too.....delicious

i have been there for birthday dinner twice and the service is really professional even i am a local. the service is handled by Kak Okta, she was very helpful and nice! i hope to see you again Kak, you did great. also for the foods, drinks, and atmospher are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, i order ayam mekalas and the urap is my favorite. cant wait to comeback soon especially for sunsets dinner!😍
