Don't go to this hotel. Was about to check the hotel for the room, pull up into the parking lot and This very rude parking guy, SCREAM at us told us to move our car because the bus will come into the hotel. Was politely asking at him but he kept screaming and screaming at us. this hotel should just close down. Seem the hotel is as bad as it service. NEVER NEVER COME TO THIS HOTEL!!!

Hotel location is the only thing which is good about this property. Rooms are tiny, very old property not properly maintained as well. Service staff don't know anything about the room service. Only swimming pool is nicely maintained.

Here are my comment during staycation on silence day. Please see on the positive way when I share this experiences for better improvement of your property : 1. Late night check in everything were went well but FO team not in their uniform 2. There was ink spot on the folded duvet cover 3. White stain in the glasses 4. Ants in the kettle 5. A lot of dry leaf along the corridor leading to my room during 2 night stayed 6. No water replacement on the 2nd day 7. Wooden blind are not working properly 8. Different design of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. 9. Need to reduce packaging plastic for amenities 10. Cigarette buds a lot on the standing waste bin beside my room and lobby since I checked in. And a plastic bag on the floor near standing waste bin left for 2 days 11. Red bean bag around swimming pool are not cleaning and re set up. There are empty mineral bottle water, pool towel still left 12. 2 pcs wet floor sign swimming in the pool when I left the hotel early morning 13. It is only F&B staff on their uniform during my lunch time 14. Dust and ex cigarette burnt on the sofa cover lobby 15. Wash basin area in front of lobby not cleaned and block by motor parking With the current condition of covid it would be good to if your team can clean and wash the hotel to make them back on your standard.

Sadly only stayed one noght as the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the past year. The room was very small but for one person enough. I am unsure if you can even get 2 suitcases into these rooms. In addition, the walls are extremely thin so you can hear your neighbours talk the whole time.sadly cannot recommend this place even as a cheap stay

The rooms were probably great a few years back but are showing age now. The only interactions I had with staff seemed clinical though cleaning staff were very friendly.location was awesome for me. 8 minutes walk to the main streets but away from the madness itself. You do have to cross a busy street though so bare that in mind. The pool is nice

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were a little small but very comfortable. The pool and restaurant area agree very comfortable, and we enjoyed the facilities whilst sipping on a Bintang. The hotel is located in the bustling area of Seminyak, with plenty of restaurants and other stores nearby. The trip to Seminyak beach however is quite far and no doubt better undertaken on a scooter or by taking a taxi.

(+) The hotel was modern and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. (-) External noise come from roads

What I like about this hotel : 1. Great location. Near to many F&B, laundry and supermarket. 2. Good Aircon 3. Quiet place What could be improved : 1. The bathroom is definitely needs repair and proper housekeeping. Bathroom has lots of hard water stains from walls to fittings, shower head filled with deposits from hard water that hardly there's any pressure. Mirror has rust. Leaks on bidet. 2. Safe deposit is too high and difficult to reach. 3. Bathroom mat is made of half torn old towels. Though I support recycling, but there's better and proper way to use recycled linen.

Very basic but dirty hotel. The shower room look liked it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Very off white towels and pool wasn’t the cleanest. Only good thing was friendly staff. Wouldn’t stay again though.

The rooms were probably beautiful when first built but are starting to show signs of age now. Mould on the ceiling, dirty mirrors etc. Beds are comfortable and iys a walk away from great dining and entertainment so location is excellent. Pool is great too. Shower in the bottom floor was amazing

April 2023 The place is so strategic. There is burger king across the hotel, and there are many local restaurant surround which can be reached just in minutes by walking. The room is standard. Food is spicy in all dishes, too much pepper and absolutely not kid friendly. The only breakfast my kid can eat just bread and jam.

That hotel is old, clearly. Overused bathrooms, rooms. Breakfast tho is very good and theres a clean, large pool.

Service was fine, however the room needs to be improved. Room smells like full of mould, AC was cold but the wall was super thin. It feels like sleeping on the road since you can hear the cars and motorcycle passed the main road, but can't complain since it was pretty cheap. Breakfast was super standard, need to request to the staff for eggs station.

Room was spacious and comfortable. But the smell from the bathroom and not soundproof. U can hear loud voices from outside your room

RUN AWAY as fast as you can. When we arrived the room reeked of a weird smell and was super super dirty. When we complained they said they sent someone up to clean and said “it was clean”. They then sent up a cleaner who spent 2 minutes in the bathroom and said “I cannot clean more”… The photo included was the shower AFTER the cleaner “cleaned” it. Just don’t do it.

I just got robbed in this hotel. They stole 500 Australian dollars from me, which is equivalent to 5,000,000 IDR and they also took around 400,000 IDR and the hotel people did nothing about it.

It is a deserved hotel with that price. The room is not so good, but the location is very strategic with the affordable price. The atmosphere is also very live because we still can see many people swim at the pool.

The rooms could use some work, but not a problem if you're not so picky. Service is great tho! Staff helped extend our stay with no fuss when our flight was delayed. A bit far from the happening in Seminyak tho.

Stayed for one night, you have 4 walls, one roof, enough. The place look old and unmaintained. Room are more a guest house style than hotel unfortunately. Really nice staff, good location

Big hotel near the sunset road. Stayed 1 nights. For that price is good quality/ratio. No need to expect something spatial. I would not stay here for long time or vacation.

Strategic location, near sunset road. Clean rooms. All good, but should add more variety off breakfast. The variations are boring for those who stay more than 3 days.

The front staff is very rude and not friendly at all. We booked for pool view access room for with double bed. Upon arrival we were given at the back of level 3 with twin beds. Staff did not show any empathy on the situation. This is a misleading pricing as we paid extra for this. Make unpleasant feeling for the start of our holidays. We been to so many other hotel and never experience this kind of service.

The location is strategist, the room is clean,decent but not spacious, the bathroom also clean. Was cheap for room with breakfast so we didn't expect much about the breakfast. The breakfast was not so variant, one time i ate the soup but i taste strong msg, but still okay.

Recommended Hotel in Seminyak Bali, only 2km far away from Seminyak Beach. The Location is very strategies, near Sunset Road. There is small plaza in front of Hotel, so you will easily find food or other equipment. The room is cozy, clean swimming poll, but the breakfast need improvement especially for the main course.

I didn't mind staying here my first 3 nights. It's in a really good area of Seminyak. Many good cheap restaurants nearby and beach 2km. The room was fine and comfy but didn't have a fridge as I thought in booking. The pool was nice and large to take a dip and sunbake. Staff were friendly.

Pleasant stay both for business or pleasure. Staff was friendly and informative and they are very helpful, makes me feel like Bali older days. Pool was huge and nice - price is very affordable. Location is convenient only hard to access due to the entrance located at the busiest traffic light.

The staff was kind but the room isn't that big. At least it's really close to the main road and have a large swimming pool which I really love it.

Strategic location for club goers because it's near most of the good spots. Their service however is lackluster, had a blackout once from around midnight until 10 a.m, their lack of effort to turn it back on really grind my gears in disbelief..

The hotel and staff were nice and helpful The room is kinda small and the bathroom has no actual roof so mosquitoes can come to the room if you left the bathroom door open
