I
tend
to
love
harris
hotels
and
often
book
stays
with
them
when
I
can.
This
one
was
a
bit
underwhelming.
Pros-
1.
usual
top
notch
service
from
hotel
personnel
including
quick
response
to
maintenance
issues.
2.
Awesome
food
as
usual
albeit
a
bit
expensive
as
expected
3.
As
an
ASR
member
I
book
direct
when
I
book
with
them
and
they
even
caught
me
paying
full
price
for
food
and
gave
me
the
discount.
4.
Accommodated
rather
late
checkin
and
smooth
process
checking
out
with
a
lot
of
luggage.
5.
Price
reasonable
as
usual
for
harris.
Particularly
for
bali.

Rather
quiet

suite
amenities
were
reasonable
quality
as
I
would
expect
from
a
harris
stay
Cons
1.
Area
rather
run
down
and
views
arent
great
as
advertised
(I
do
understand
the
hotel
cant
control
this
but
don't
advertise
these
points)
2.
First
room
key
card
didn't
work.
Then
the
second
room
the
toilet
didn't
flush
and
the
A/C
was
rather
weak.
3.
Floor
plan
was
rather
confusing
and
easy
to
get
lost.
Felt
like
working
through
a
maze.
Could
use
better
signage
3.
Spa
was
closed
the
full
time
we
were
there
and
difficult
to
find.
Pools
were
somewhat
ugly
and
run
down.
First
pool
was
empty.
The
wooden
deck
was
rotten
and
felt
unsafe.
4.
Room
service
kind
of
just
barges
in
very
early
in
the
morning.
Thank
heavens
the
bedroom
is
divided
or
they
would
have
seen
me
and
my
partner
not
decent.
5.
Seating
area
for
the
restaurant
wasn't
very
straightforward
or
good
looking.
Overall
its
a
soso
place
to
stay
but
not
the
high
quality
I
expect
from
a
harris
stay.
Definitely
could
use
some
renovations
