The location very strategic and close to many spot such as restaurant, pie ejie, and many more. The room was well clean, but the basement parking very low. For the car with roof box carrier should be careful.

This is a huge hotel with large rooms. We stayed for 5 days for Vespa World Day 2022 event, during when we also used the meeting room and enjoyed the dinner menu. We are satisfied with the facilities, esp the large bedroom with its own sink, refrigerator, and drying rack in the balcony. All the staff are helpful. The cleanliness is well maintained. The only downside is the hot water that was barely there and the distance from our room (2202) to the lobby is quite far, but apart from that, I'd visit this hotel again if I go to Bali.

Sufficient Place.if you only need to get sleep. No decent facilities for sure. Size of the room great for family. Amenities sufficient. Fit for family looking for a huge room with decent amenities

The only word to describe this hotel is one word : BUDGET It just happened I am travelling on a short biz trip to Bali and company paid accomodation which I have to " receive" without questioning its skewed economic consideration made by a company Boss. IF I were on a budget , I would not force myself to bring my own family to stay in this hotel. It would be a great disservice to do so to my own family. The only redeeming values about this hotel is its people who are working hard to make this hotel at least liveable for customers despite its run down facilities... How should I describe this hotel??? White washed Ghetto perhaps ?? Fortunately It is a short biz trip... Otherwise I will have to dig into my own pocket and stay at another hotel or perhaps rented room. I felt sorry for those who were taken in by the posting of those forced positive thinking reviewer , not to mention not so accurate photos of long gone glory days of this hotel.

It was not so good, the room's readiness was bad. Found still some spot on the pillow and blanket.

I tend to love harris hotels and often book stays with them when I can. This one was a bit underwhelming. Pros- 1. usual top notch service from hotel personnel including quick response to maintenance issues. 2. Awesome food as usual albeit a bit expensive as expected 3. As an ASR member I book direct when I book with them and they even caught me paying full price for food and gave me the discount. 4. Accommodated rather late checkin and smooth process checking out with a lot of luggage. 5. Price reasonable as usual for harris. Particularly for bali. 6. Rather quiet 7. In suite amenities were reasonable quality as I would expect from a harris stay Cons 1. Area rather run down and views arent great as advertised (I do understand the hotel cant control this but don't advertise these points) 2. First room key card didn't work. Then the second room the toilet didn't flush and the A/C was rather weak. 3. Floor plan was rather confusing and easy to get lost. Felt like working through a maze. Could use better signage 3. Spa was closed the full time we were there and difficult to find. Pools were somewhat ugly and run down. First pool was empty. The wooden deck was rotten and felt unsafe. 4. Room service kind of just barges in very early in the morning. Thank heavens the bedroom is divided or they would have seen me and my partner not decent. 5. Seating area for the restaurant wasn't very straightforward or good looking. Overall its a soso place to stay but not the high quality I expect from a harris stay. Definitely could use some renovations

River VIEW and city view facing slump area. Pool view was arguably? The better? Among the others? Pool started at 7am or so was informed by the staff? Every Sunday some weird events required loud music and commotions started at 6am with permissions from the staff. Of course from your vice president right? Or from your president?

Very nice and decent hotel to stay. The price is also acceptable. Have 2 large swimming pools which is nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay with family there for 1 week. There is also kids room where my daughter hang out often. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel. Staff always friendly and smiling and remembers your name giving a personal but professional touch. They have 3 pools that are maintained and clean. A small but decent gym en a kids area. They also have a free shuttle service. Had a very pleasant stay here

Clean Room. Nice riverside view. Strategic place. A lot of food and shopping place around the hotel. The services and staffs good, fast, and diligent.

Was okay No proper AC available here Toilet flush was not working properly Washroom was not good

Staffs are helpful and friendly but need more lights, the hallway is too dark. Btw, the river is very poor.. This is my second stay at this hotel, I got bigger room, but the facilities need to improve.
