Easy to recommend this hotel. The room is clean and nicely designed. The location is perfect in the heart of Kuta area, means close to everything. Stay for 2 nights and the breakfast was good, they changed the main course everyday. While the check-out took less than 10 seconds, the check-in took more than 1 hour, even there is no other costumer waiting in the check in counter. Likely the reception officer Mas Sahid forget to inform me again that the room is ready. And, a lot of rooms are under construction in many area, so the noise is what you notice. And, for the 4 stars hotel, almost all the staffs are less care to greet and smile to you. Will back again when I make a trip to Bali, hopefully everything will be better.

Check in process a bit slow, as only 1 person in charged. No welcome drink. Room was fine, just need to improve the interior wall. Breakfast was good. Please put sign "no smoking" in restaurant, some guest was very annoying by smoking inside restaurant.

Nice location near the main road, connected with Bali Galeria Mall. But unfortunately parking is very difficult even for drop off and for your colleagues wait at the car for a few minutes. Bed linen is clean. Bathroom is separated between shower and toilets. Unfortunately the house keeping didn’t do the job properly to take out the leftover empty LeMinerale water bottled. Food variation is limited at breakfast but food quality is good. Overall nice place to stay. Hope next time got better.

Good value for money for budget hotel, although the rooms are not too spacious but the service was ok, rooms are clean, and they serve decent breakfast. Don't forget to mention they have direct access to mall, so looking for foods is not difficult from there. Bathroom also has grip handle for older people, so it's kinda safe

The location is good. The hotel quite clean BUT the smell of the sewage was too obvious so smelly. Eventhough the hotel might try to put lots of fragrance Yet it can't overcome the bad smell. I will not prefer the hotel eventhough, walking distance to the Mali Mall. Bad choice of place to spent night... so toxic not good for health.

This 4-star hotel has direct access to Mal Bali Galeria and turns out to have an aesthetic and cozy lobby. Many wooden ornaments with earth tone colors, combined with unfinished style walls, and terrazzo pattern floors. Even though it looks modern, Balinese characteristics are still there with Balinese carvings/reliefs on the stairs leading to the lobby. I stayed in the 22sqm Premier Pool View room type. The rooms are also comfortable and most importantly very clean. The sleeping area and bathroom are separated by a sink which makes the room feel more spacious. For entertainment, the TV has Cable TV channels with a fairly complete selection of channels.

We are one very happy customers. We came with 3 kids and rented family loft room. Service from staff was exceptional they are very caring and attentive. Room was super clean, comfortable and mint condition. Our daughter got hurt playing staff quickly provided first aid and arranged car to hospital with no charge. Once we checked out and came back two days later to rent room for 3 hours as we were going to hospital for follow up appt which is across the road, Episode hotel provided us a nice room and charged nothing. They care about you and your comfort not money.

A uniquely designed hotel with easy access to the mall. The staff are friendly. Good breakfast. The room is soundproof. However, there are ants and a little cockroach. The bathroom isn't clean and quite small (it's like 1.4 meter x 2 meter). Expect better cleaning on the cup. It's a nice hotel but expect better for the price.

Stayed here for one night for the business trip The hotel building has a very good air circulation. The soft breeze can be felt throughout the hotel from the lobby, restaurant, to the room corridor The room itself is pretty neat and clean, and the AC cold enough for me to make my sleep comfortable Last but not least the foods in the restaurant are great. It’s a local cuisine restaurant with refreshing taste to enjoy throughout the meal

Great place to stay near the airport perfect for those late night flights and near Galleria. Good breakfast buffet serving Indonesian food. Rooms are well kept although a bit small. Overall, great value for its price.

The room was lovely and cozy. It was a bit small but it's okay. The hotel is in strategic place, with galeria mall beside the hotel, and Krisna souvenir shop nearby. The breakfast was all good, and please keep up the salad, it was super tasty 😋 And the most important thing: they have fitness center, and this pretty pool in the center of the building.

BIG NO. HOT AC. Horrible experience in Bali ever. Stayed for 5 nights. In Family Loft room type. Been complaining since day 1, no response. No hospitality of front office. Located tad far from the beach. Jammed access eventough located on wide street. Small bedroom. Hot. Tiny bathroom. Small water pressure . Tiny pool. Seriously NO. Especially for family please don't. Thank me later.

Stayed for 4 days and the breakfast was super duper awesome, way better than outside class restaurant. Hats off to the Chef. The bed is comfy and the place is quiet. Staffs are so friendly.

Great experience! The staffs are really nice, always greet with good attitude. The gym is relatively small with few equipments, but it is comfortable enough for me to do my workout. The swimming pool is fantastic with a perfect height of 150 cm, lol. The interior are gorgeous and the lobby always smells so good, I wonder what kind of perfume they use 🥹 The breakfast have various options, western and traditional. And they are taste delicious. Located right beside Galeria Mall, I could easily buy lunch etc. within walk distance. Overall, really great experience. I will be back for sure when I’m in Bali again ❤️

The room was really small and the bed and toilet/bathroom are under 1m apart. The bathroom and shower was dirty. The location is greatvif you intend to only visit the mall but otherwise there are very limited food options nearby, which is unlike most areas in Bali. The breakfast was shocking. No toast, no butter, no jams, had to wait 15 min to get a single fried egg. Staff at restaurant were nowhere to be seen. I ended up not having breakfast at the restaurant and bought breakfast elsewhere. Never again. I now know why this hotel was so cheap

We loved it here! Super convenient location and people here are extremely nice and helpful. We stayed for 4 days and the breakfast was so yummmy 🥺 not to mention the staff were the sweetest!!! My first time in Bali and this has been such a great start to our trip 🥰 Only thing that I want to mention is that the rooms are a bit tight. We had the loft room and getting luggage up and down the stairs was a bit of a struggle. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cute hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Didn’t like how open the bathrooms were but overall the rooms were very nice to stay in. Breakfast was alright, a good variety of Indo food, not bad at all. Also convenient location, the mall was in very close walking distance.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights and I am very satisfied with the service and facilities. We booked 3 rooms, all rooms are nice and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and the breakfast was also nice! If you want to stay at nice affordable hotel that next to Mall Galeria in the center of Kuta, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Episode recently whilst in Bali. The staff are lovely and the hotel is very comfortable. In particular it has a great restaurant and the chef is incredibly accommodating (even giving us some lovely Tofu for when we requested a vegetarian meal). The only small drawback is that it could use a few more communal spaces for socialising.

Beautiful hotel but the maintenance needs some work. The stay is comfortable. The pool is great! Also recommend breakfast there.

The place is clean and easily accessible to travel around the town. There is a mall right next to the hotel which is convenient. No complaints as such except that the AC system makes above average sound.

It was actually quite nice, but the number of units with weird "views" are a lot. It's a bit misleading calling the rooms with different names because people will be unaware, should just call it as it is. For example : no view, garden view, and pool view rooms - or at least each view of the rooms are written. Cause initially I got the the no-view room where windows was a frosted glass, so my initial feeling when arriving in the hotel was very awkward and unhappy (some more i was trying to impress my dad hahaha) where in fact just by adding 80,000 rupiah it solved all my worries. If i knew how to choose my room i would definitely choose pool view and be very OK. because the photos can be very misleading as if all rooms are created equal where it is actually not. Thank you the rest though were very good. breakfast good. room good. bed is good and comfy. everything is nice actually and easy access to everywhere

Excellent stay at the hotel, nice pool, staff and rooms. Stayed for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We are vegetarian and kitchen even took care of our requests! 1 feedback - it would be much better if we can have microwave :)

One of the best 4 star hotel in Bali, with a superb variety breakfast with a decent price. Service & accommodation are very well maintained by all the friendly staff, that are ready to attend to the guest needs. Will always come back for another stay for my next Bali visit.

We stayed at Episode Kuta for 10 nights.  We were treated very well  by all the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Room: When I first entered the room, it smelled musty. After a couple of days I got used to the smell! However, the housekeeping staff were very helpful and ensured the room was clean as much as possible. Our room was very spacious, we had a interconnecting family room. Location: The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall, hospital and a couple other small convenient stores. Food: Breakfast was great,  lots of choices. We had dinner on the last night,  very limited dishes but we enjoyed the music and entertainment. Overall experience: Good place to stay. First time being in Bali with my family, we were treated very good with the staff at Episode and really enjoyed the time we had there. The hospitality was excellent, the food amazing, room service good and great communication and assistance given. Thank you to all the staff at Episode, will miss you and till we come again for holidays

Stayed here for vacation and I’d recommend their breakfast more than anything. The staff are great and decent; the loft was clean and recommendable. Definitely would come back!
