Very friendly staff, very clean hostel. Perfect location for access to the airport.

the kind and hilarious hosts make the experience 5 stars. We had lots of fun hanging out and playing pool, games, and meeting with new people! The space was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great value. definitely reccomend!

Absolutely brilliant. I've stayed at a number of Hostels across Bali but this is by far the best there is. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The place is spotless. There is always someone in the reception 24/7. Beds are comfortable, and each capsule is spacious. They also give out free ironing, you can use the laundry and the hair dryer. There is no other place that I'd rather stay at.

Great for when going or arriving to the airport. This is an amazing hostel. Prices are a little better than average. No free breakfast, but it is a hostel. The rooms are very very nice, everything is opened by keycard, including lockers. Bathrooms and showers are very nice. I was sick and staff gave me free medicine, even went to the pharmacy for me and wouldn't accept my money. Real nice rooftop, chill atmosphere, closely located to the airport.

We only stayed one night as it is located fairly close to the airport making it convenient for travellers. The beds are huge and the dorms/bathrooms are clean. The staff are friendly too! What we really didn’t like though was the fact that the windows were that thin that it literally felt like we were sleeping amongst the busy traffic!

Best hostel ever!!! Don’t even think about staying anywhere else in Bali, bang for buck best place around. So clean and great facilities, awesome communal area in the reception too. The boys who work their are the best of the best, so loving, hearts of gold! Miss them already!

So friendly host Room is quite clean with the good price Elevator and lobby space are small. But there is a public space to self-server in the rooftop with some game such as pool table, darts, boxing, guitar,...

The hostel ran out of water and I couldn’t even wash my face & brush my teeth in the morning. No apologies too. The worst hostel ever. Plus, I really hate the locker that makes digital noise. Not comfortable to use the locker at night coz it’d wake other guests up. Not a hostel for socialising too.

Staff is nice and tries hard but a lot of things need improvement: The toilets are dirty most of the time and the light above the bathroom sink should be exchanged for a brighter one. Breakfast should consist of 3 eggs (hard boiled), toast and 3 types of fruits, however I just got 2 types of fruits and 2 eggs (+ toast) - the eggs weren't really good though. The AC in our room was leaky, the locker system is quite nice. We also asked them to do our laundry: The first time was acceptable and our clothes were tidy and smelled good but the second time they didn't used softener and our clothes smelled "wet" when we got them back. The hostel is a bargain but a few things can be improved.

hands down to one of the best hostels in Bali. look no further, this place has it all. perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff(s), and very comfortable bed. what else could you ask for? 👍👍

I had a pleasant stay here, the staff are great and the pods are top notch for the price you pay. Walking distance to Kuta Beach and there's loads of food options nearby. Keep in mind that you have to pay extra for a towel or blanket. I was comfy without the blanket. I'll be back for sure!

Super clean rooms + lovely hosts 🥰 Thank you for your friendly hospitality. Even though we just stayed for 2 nights, we felt very welcome all the time, and they treated us like family! We were singing together and played pool 😄 such a good and relaxing atmosphere 😌 thank you guys :)

very clean very modern and very welcome. just they dont provide blanket AT ALL. i mean no needs to be thick one just cloth for covering body from ac. the ac works well—too well—so it's cold but i only have my sheer jacket to the rescue. and also towel please at least provide hair towel. but if you really need the quiet area, please take a note this hotel is on the big road so ...

The perfect spot to start your Bali trip. The staff here was so helpful. They helped me to get everything in order when I first arrived. Can’t recommend a better spot!

Bali Caps is one of the best hostels I have experienced so far.the rooms are very well maintained,the location is great and close to the airport.the rooftop bar is great and very good for meeting people 😃

The Best Hotel Under 10$ Dollar On Kuta. Great Hospitality by Staff, Great Staff. Reasonable Price on Lounge. Very Clean in the Bathroom and bedroom. Cleanliness is very great. Really Recommended this hotel if you want to backpacker in Bali. Near Mall, just walk to go to mall Bali Galeria.

Pros: amazing staff. They serve breakfast for you everyday, and not just toast and cereal. They actually make eggs (however you like them) and toast/noodles. Beds are nice and cozy with plenty of space for stuff. Right next to a convenient store and a mall. They have washing machines for free use. Quiet atmosphere. Cons: no tours so you'll have to plan ahead. plumbing problems with shower but depends on other guests. Kind of far from all the attractions but only a few minutes drive (not a con if you like to avoid bars and beaches)

Very kind receptionists. Home-feel-hostel. I highly recommend. There is a big collection store for souvenirs and mall nearby. Washing machine is provided for free in this hostel as well.

We had a very late arrival and staff were great to accommodate this however, despite booking for two our bed was only left with one pillow. (double) The air conditioning was broken and dripping on the floor all night and thus the room was very hot. Loud from the road. The security of the plafe with key cards is good, room clean as we're bathrooms. Maybe good for a quick stop or if in the rooms not on the front with working AC.

Best hostel i get in my life. Perfect Beds, nice staff and friendly..they have a pool table and you can play all day for free. Free laundry. Cheap beers. A/C full all day. Free water, Free Coffee. They clean all days toilets and rooms. This is one of the best hostels i stay arround 72 coutrues.. Perfecto lacation whit a gojek you paíd less than 1 dollar to the beach.

Good location. Right by mall. Very very clean hostel. Has all the necessities covered pretty well including free laundry, outlets by wall, own night light. Even got pull down table and mirror for make up and drying hair. The only bad thing I would say is that the staff could be trained better. They are very friendly but a little slow when working.

Clean, modern, spacious hostel. Reasonable pricing. Beds were wonderful, lots of space and privacy. More locker space than you could dream of. Handy keycard opened multiple doors and your locker; very effective system. Chill area/lounge/games rooftop area has a good atmosphere. I was very comfortable here. This hostel ticks nearly all of the boxes. Good enough location other than the fact that it's difficult to cross the busy main roads nearby. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Though, when you check in they ask you for lots of personal information; you've to fill out a form and they make a copy of your passport. Facilities were more than you can ask for. I had a lovely stay here; I would recommend it.

I am so impressed with this place. The service, the price, the cleanliness, and the vibe. . . So good. The beds are really comfortable and capsule styles are my favorite, it's like a mini hotel room! They offer free coffee, tea etc. And the lounge has a pool table. Free dinner on Thursdays and you get to sit down like one big family. I like the style, its homey but super clean and sort of industrial looking. Big and open spaces.

I liked the place very much because of the spacious and comfortable double bed in the dorm. They've treated us with delicious yellow rice and fancy donuts on the house. A perk hard to beat, so make sure to arrive on Thursday before 5pm. To be fair I have to mention that bathroom doesn't smell the best, only one shower works properly and sinks are lacking some lighting, but don't get discouraged by that. Also a really good price and friendly staff.
