We came to the restaurant as we found it on gojek and we loved the variety of food their offer! I tried chicken wrap for 30k idr tax excluded and it was the best one I had in Asia in 7 months! We will be back soon as they do Friday & Saturday bbq 🍗- all you can eat for 50k idr!

Location is great. You have circle k across the street. The rooms are clean and good size for the price. Breakfast buffet is quite good. A lot of choices. Pool is ok. Could be cleaner. Service is great. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed for 2 nights. The standard room on the second floor had an odor issue and it was too outdated so we switched to an upgraded room on the fifth floor with 200k IDR more per night but it was worth it. The breakfast is decent and it was included. For about 700k IDR per night with a breakfast it’s worth it while I don’t think it is a 4 star hotel.

Clean and tidy! Very good budget hotel. Staff polite. Didn’t have food there so can’t say what it’s like though.

Nice location in Kuta city, amazing night life scenes with roads busy till 3am and clubs available right outside the hotel.. we had a quick pit stop for one day. The room was pretty neat with basic amenities included. Breakfast was okayish with not much option if you are unfamiliar with the traditional Bali cuisine..

So cheap room, bad shower. Nasty view 🪟 for a grey wall outside. When I come to my room there was urinary stink, I asked change room and for my happiness I had new room . Location is crazy, party , bars, clubs - around you and in the night you can hear sound and music from some clubs. Good soft bad, and pillows.

Room 518 had no internet and then they moved us to room 250 which had very foul smell. Breakfast is very good though

The location was great because in the central tourist area. Breakfast was great too, but the room and room coridorwas a little bit dark.

The location is superb if you want to enjoy nightlife in Legian. Breakfast is good. Room is ok. The lobby is very spacy and comfoetable if you are smoking.

Very nice cozy and warm regards from the hotel.. Always be back here in 4years... Close to many venue and Foodism. We Will be back soon...

Best Location for Party goers and Shoppers J4 Hotel is strategically best located to be in Kuta,Legion and Seminyak everything surrounded.Its exactly next to best Clubs like Sky Garden ( Currently closed), Next to Lexxy Night Club. For the price hotel exceeds expectation in every department Breakfast spread Juices,Breads,Sausages,Eggs,2 Veg items and much more.They always have some or the other offer running like every Friday and Saturday they have Barbeque Dinner for just 50K IDR..Ala Cartr Lunch and Dinner menu has majorly covered lot of items..Rooms are nicely done but I prefer Premium Deluxe or Deluxe Room for families rest the lowest category is best for Backpackers or solo travelers.Staff is really courteous and has the swimming pool on the 4th Floor which has a good view. General Manager Ayu Manik always on the toes and ready to help or solve the issue in best possible way. If you want to party this is the hotel, kuta beach within 500m.

The first week of reopening is looking promising. I am not staying here, I am eating the food. Very good. Reasonable pricing and attentive staff. A few minor hiccups with language ( I’m Australian) as I got the wrong soup last night and they gave me complimentary fruit. Bus loads of people turning up and a good vibe around the place. I’ll be back so I can get a good honest decent dinner.

No problems on rooms. Spa room in the hotel is very limited. Good location near convenience stores, bars, spa, shopping and few steps to starbucks which gives out 30% discount on your next order.

Rooms were small, and smelt terrible. I told the front desk and the house keeper did come and mop the room but it still wasn’t enough. Seems to lack air flow so it smelt like urine, mould and chemicals. BESIDES THE SMELL, the rooms were small but still good! The housekeepers did a wonderful job!! The breakfast was pretty disappointing as well, there wasn’t enough food and when there was food, it was cold. They kept the containers open the entire time. But the staff were quick to clean up everything. That being said, the hotel itself was nice, the staff were helpful and very friendly! The restaurant had good food (we ate at the restaurant and ordered room service and it was a very good experience!) The location was also perfect.

Exceptional service. Great location and very helpful staff. Make sure you grab a room on level 5 pool and restaurant level. Food and shisha available. Staff was amazing especially Ari she made my stay amazing and a memorable one.

Very good place to stay during holiday, near by kuta beach shopping center etc. the room is pretty spacious and clean. and best of the best is the staff which had a warm welcome and beautiful smile especially IRMA in front desk who always help us with everything we need and all staff in the restaurant is very helpful. very recommended

Right in the heart of Kuta and loud nightlife if that’s what you’re after. Unfortunately the hotel lobby can get very loud after 4am when all clubs are closed with no concerns for guests. My room was not cleaned properly, bed remade with dirty sheets until I stripped them myself they weren’t changed. Room was not cleaned properly, dirty dishes and rubbish constantly left in room unless cleaned yourself. Constant disruptions, noise late at night and early morning awaking from room service or loud guests. Very dark, no natural lighting at all and only view of sky garden wall. Shower was horrible and did not work properly at all. It’s affordable and obviously In party central, so if that’s what you’re looking for! Staff are very friendly and cafe service was lovely.

J4 is a good family hotel right in the midst of shops, eateries and night life in Kuta. Although it's not beachfront, you can access it via a lane few meters to the right of the hotel. It's about 20 mins walk to Kuta beach. Our stay here was pleasant and it offers good value. Room is average, clean and good air conditioning.

Room is quite decent. We booked the deluxe double room with balcony hence we got more room spaces. The washroom is spacious and the bed is king sized. The location is fantastic. Covenience stores all around. Plenty of international Restaurants around. Plenty of bars along the streets. Right near a club that opens till wee hours (around 2-3am) Breakfast is decent with a mixed of cereal, toasts and bread, local food and your usual eggs and sausages. Depending on your taste bud, the breakfast can be a hit and miss. Rooftop pool for swimmer and kids. They provide electric bike rental. Just ask the concierge. Parking spaces for car drivers. Their front porch is large enough to allow a tour bus. Security is friendly and mindful The only setback is that during wee hours. Music from the club might disturb light sleepers at the room I am (level 5). I don't have a problem with that but might need soundproof the room more for a decent night sleep there.

Staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly. Rooms were really nice, they had everything you needed. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was really good. The location was really good as it’s located right in the heart off everything

I like the view from the first floor (lobby and check in place). It is lovely and cozy. The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom equipped with amenities except shaving tools. We didn't hang up notice to clean our room on our room's door handle, but the cleaning service clean the room anyway. Well, its fine and everything okay. The breakfast menu is good. There are salad too. The area breakfast quite big and comfortable. The servers are kind. They are cleaning the dining table so fast. The swimming pool located near the dining room area.

Good place to stay during your vacation,.. Hotel is quite strategy to go around kuta and seminyak, price affordable..

Hotel was nice, the personal were always helpful, kind and friendly. It's not far away from the beach, took only 10 minutes to walk until the beach. There are a lot of shops for souvenirs, tattoo and massage.

hi at the weekend the rooms near the street is very noisy for my family . ( because o night club near the hotel ) we couldn't sleep in first night but they change our room in second night . location is perfect . breakfast can be better . pool can be cleaner . summery acceptable.

Very friendly people, rooms only had 3 clothes hangers, no draws or wardrobes, so lived out of suitcase. Room felt damp even with air condition. Lovely rooftop swimming pool.
