I mean its a ~$20 something a night hotel, so Ill try to review in context. Pros: - clean - easy check in / helpful staff - decently decorated (thought its kind of worn out) Cons: - no mini-frig, which youll want for cool water! - hot water only lasts <5min (so be quick! and the second person going in is screwed lol) - no free drinking water (they offer you some kind of water at the front, but its not bottles so who knows where its coming from, good luck!) - no lockbox (if you care) - no community pool (only for the private villas) - AC wont stay on without a key, so you will come back to a hot room - staff is pretty noisy in the morning (at least wait til 9am!?) (for the same $ the Ping Hotel was much better!)

Our 8-day stay at Destiny Villas & Residencies was pleasant due to the welcoming nature and warm greetings of the manager and staff there. We came a few hours earlier to check in but they still efficiently managed to speed up their room and cleaning services to give us comfort after we requested them. All requests were fulfilled up to a high standard. Devi was an amazing manager who was always very cooperative and kind. Every morning the breakfast came right on time and all needs of all guests were considered and taken great care of. The homely ambience of the villa with the well organised kitchen and provided electrical appliances made our stay much more comfortable then we had intended. A child amongst us guests at the villa required gluten-free food and after our special request, they cooked gluten-free noodles after we bought them a pack of them from the local supermarket. Their hospitality was one of the best experiences we've had and would love to stay again there if we visit Bali again. Every day the room service met our expectations and any difficulties we had regarding keys, food, taxis or comfort were solved effectively through quick customer service. The exotic experience of the pool accompanied with the provision of fresh towels everyday was memorable. The location of this villa is perfect for tourists in Bali as there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops and fast-food places within a walking distance which was one of the best advantages for us throughout our trip. I would recommend this villa to anyone going to visit Seminyak, Bali as it's the ultimate, homely villa and will make your experience much more memorable.

Our stay of 5-days will be unforgettable as our 2 families rented 2 villas next to each other to conduct our children wedding; it was perfectly setup for a private family wedding with all flower decorations. Perfect location to get all kind of food by the main road; and the villa has 4-bedrooms for a a family stay.

Only recommended if you are staying in the normal room for one or two night. No mini fridge. Air con wasnt working properly. They gave us an air cooler to fix the air con situation. The wifi was decent. Like the other review mention, the hot shower only lasted less than 5mins. The location is quite strategic. There is a market nearby and lots of food place to eat at. Not too near the main road so it is not so noisy. Maybe stay here only if you are staying at the villas.

Nice and clean villa. Good staff, parking space is a bit tight, but not a big deal for me.

Very nice place. Nice people. Best thing probably has to be the free breakfast. That breakfast is so filling compared to other free breakfast offered in nearby places. Definitely worth a good chunk of the actual stay. Only reason why I didn't give it 5 starts is because the shower started off with a good amount of hot water without much fluctuations in temperature, but a few minutes in the fluctuations got bigger and the hot water was running out.

Great location being outside of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. Rented a bike which makes it easy to get everywhere. Staff did an amazing job to cater to all our needs. Surprised my girlfriend with cake and flowers which were arranged by the manager of the resort. Morning delivery of breakfast was great and tasty. Villa is a bit run down and could use some maintance here and there. Villa is very spacious for 2 people. Recommend to stay here (price vs quality is certainly good enough)
