If you're looking for a nice comforting Vietnam food this is the place. Authentic taste and friendly staff. Tried the chicken Pho it was nice. Spring roll was just ok. There's a waiting list during peak hour (dinner time) but don't worry they serve the food quite fast.

Skipped the breakfast at the hotel to come here! Great sandwiches and yummy pho. Coffee was nice and strong. Also the tropical fruit bowl with yogurt was delicious! Atmosphere was great, people-watch the shoppers at Bintang Supermarket and just chill out. Next time in Bali, I'll be back!

So so so good. This is a do not miss place. Put it on your list. Food is simple, light and excellent. Just as Vietnamese should be. Service is prompt, attentive, knowledgeable and with a smile. Prompt food from the kitchen. Dish of the day was the chicken and beef pho, the crispy pork banh mi roll and chicken spring rolls were a close second. We will be back Vietnam Bistro. Mr B

I love the Pho Ga (Rice noodle soup with chicken). And enjoyed also the tea pot of honey, lemongrass, ginger. Very good for flu :). Price is normal. Located right on the Bintang supermarket complex in Seminyak. Next to Periplus book store.

Am pleasantly surprised and delighted to find such authentic & delicious Vietnamese cuisine here in Seminyak. We ordered prawn rice rolls, beef pho soup noodles and Bun Cha Hanoi. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😋😋😋

The food is good. People are nice. The problem is the hot room temperature. Assuming it is a 90-96 square meters room with 4 meters height, and number of people in the room is around 23 to 30, the room required 52K-60K BTU air conditioner. It's equal to 4 units to 5 units x 2 PK air conditioners. The requirement is that big because it's the "whole kitchen". One of the solutions is to create an exhaust from the kitchen to the top ceiling. Segregate the kitchen and front side with doors. Install "air curtains" units on the top of the doors. This is required since there is a lot of guess in front. The door is open and close frequently. By putting the kitchen segregation and curtain, the requirement can be decreased to 42K BTU, which might be equal to 3 units x 2 PK air conditioners + air curtains. The number of guests is not a problem. The place is crowded, but it's a good sign... people love your food. Keep up the good work, guys.

We passed this Vietnamese restaurant everytime we went to Bintang supermarket. Monday 13, 2023 November @ around 1pm. My husband and I decided to have lunch today. When we arrived it was a bit busy inside so i looked at outside table i saw somebody had left a mobile phone, the waiter took it and gave it to the cashier. Hopefully the one who left the phone will get it back. After a small wait we got the table inside, the food was nice. Im sure will be coming back here next time we come to Bali.

My 1st experience for Vietnamese cuisine and I loved it......amazing taste, great presentation and wonderful service....also love the way they greet everyone after entering and exiting the restaurant...
