I don't often write bad reviews, but this was catastrophic. I am so dissapointed and yet, don't know who to even blame. The time for delivery on A sunday night was beyond two hours late... They are unprofessional and do not even offer A valid phone number. There was no way of reaching the store! As someone who considers being hospitable and considerate of others, this goes to show how very much they did not show the same. I would avoid ordering 100%...

This is not like American Dominoes, be forewarned. With that said, for a medium 1 topping pizza, potato wedges, breadsticks, and 1L coke we paid $5.60....that meal is easily $30 home. Food was good just kinda dry and lacking any flavor. Service was fantastic and counter rep was very patient. We are in and it was clean and cold ac. Overall pretty satisfied :D

Definitely 5 stars for customer service. Very accommodating. Wanted a promo which is only for online orders and they happily accepted. Taste wise (comparing to other pizza places in Bali) is average, although quite generous in toppings. Relatively quick service.

I have to give this whole experience 5 stars. We ordered online, to a difficult-to-find villa, and we could not have asked for more. The driver was the best. That being said. Sweet cream cheese inside of a pizza? I actually was sick. It is not a good flavor combination, or texture. Definitely avoid the stuffed pizzas unless you like sweet cream cheese layered into what would have been a tasty drunk food Dominos pizza. The spicy chicken nuggets get 20/10 stars. We made our own sambal to go with them. My biggest regret in puking, was my loss of nuggets. Anyway, try it! It was an experience. I would order again- but strongly avoid anything stuffed or added “cheese” or “cheese sauce.” Hope this helps.

Waited too long. An hour and half almost. We order when we were starving until its not even hungry anymore. Had to contact a third-party and their customee services. And they did not even give us complementary. The distance was only 1,3km.

I ordered 2 Pizzas and arriving time was 8:09 pm. Delivery guy arrived 8:43 pm , even they are 2 street down. And driver was even showing attitude and after I asked him thT why he was late , he was asking how much you paid and start checking his pocket for give money back. Very poor service and delivery time...

ABSOLUTELY AWTUL. DO NOT ORDER. Arrived stone cold and tasted absolutely awful. One bite and it went straight in the bin. Delivery service was shockingly bad. The latest it was supposed to arrive was 8:05pm. Didn’t even hear from the driver until 8:20pm. Finally arrived 25 minutes later. Then when I tried to reach out to the driver to explain the disappointment and hope they could re send the order he completely ignored me, despite reading the messages. I wasn’t even blaming him as I doubt he was the one who prepared the order, I was just hoping for some help. Honestly don’t waste your money on this. No matter what the other reviews say.
