Ordered some chicken breasts and they were without skin and bone. The packaging was very neat. I do recommend getting fresh chicken breasts unless you need them for later consumption.

I tried many times to confirm that their free range, grass fed beef was indeed the real deal. I even contacted the manager and Midfield in Australia. After everythign they didnt get back to me with the details and i was unable to confirm the details on this beef, despite even buying a full 2 KG to check.

I ordered prawns, chicken and mahi fish. The prawns had the lowest quality I ever seen, looks like they put it in some liquid before selling. I sent this review to company, they read it and ignored. I am not recommend to buy products in this shop.

Good qualities groceries and fish

Meat was not fresh. Expensive steak cuts were very chewy and did not taste well. Packaging was not good and meat was not vacuum sealed. The seller takes more than a day to respond to WhatsApp. Seller mostly doesn’t care about making a sale or solving a problem when the food delivered is not fresh. Overall terrible experience

I'm happy with the quality of produce. This is also sometimes the only place to get organic cauliflower and Italian basil. . I enjoy the berries very much and glad we can find them here. They deliver to my home regularly -- no minimum quantity -- and payment is easy.

I have used Bali Organic now for the past 6 weeks. The website is incredibly easy to use the fresh produce is always delivered the next day. The produce is fresh and the barramundi fish is delicious! The staff are happy to get back with an approximate delivery time when asked and What's App works well for this communication.
