Staff make this place great. They all deserve a pay rise. Always went above and beyond to sort any issues out. Rooms were clean and overall food for breakfast was great. Never had a bad vibe staying there. It’s located just off a very busy street but not too far also to walk to the beach 5min. For the price we paid I can’t fault it. If I paid premium of course you could always find something to negative but truly amazing value.

Room : Family suite. * The room is big. 1 king size bed, 1 sofa bed (double size bed). Comes with 1 separated shower room, 1 bathtub room, powder corner. * Breakfast: the room only provides breakfast for 2 people. The spread is good, lots of variety. * Bar : Live music in the evening, nice ,cozy and warm set up. Love it. * service : the staffs are professional and tentative. Thumbs up * Facility : Kids club (4 - 8 yo ) , gym, spa, pool table * Location : inner side of Kuta area. It is located around 900 meters from the Kuta Beach, about 12 minutes walk. Not so friendly walking experience for family with small children. (Stroller is not recommended)

Loved it!! Our experience stay in here is almost perfect. All staff are truly friendly and helpful. Room, pool, and all area is very clean. We also enjoying the breakfast moment. So tasty.... For parents who is traveling with kids will be very happy since the hotel provide so many kids menu such as porridge, waffle, pancake. I also try the massage service ❤️❤️ 60 minutes full body massage only 150k... Affordable for hotel price! And we surprise since never read about the jacuzzi/ whirlpool, yet we see it in the middle of the main pool. So warm and relaxing. Me and my daughter enjoying the jacuzzi. Surely will be back here again when we go to bali sooon!!

The room is clean. They provide toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, soap, hair dryer. Recommend to bring your own hair dryer if you have thick hair. There are convenience shop, cafe, massage just outside the hotel. Staff will greet and smile at you every single time! Ground floor swimming pool are accessible 24hours. Breakfast bali fried rice is so good! Definitely coming back again.

Our room is magnificent and the pool is amazing. It’s in a great position and we are really enjoying our stay. Would come back in a flash. Looking forward to our remaining 3 days here. The best thing by far though is the wonderful staff, such beautiful people!

Spent 3D2N here and I would say our experience here was above average. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good with variety of food to choose from. However the facility was slightly under maintained. Went to to kids pool and saw the signboard mentioning "under maintenance"for the void deck area however was told by the staff that we could still swim in the kids pool. But to my dismay the pool was dirty as I could see tissue paper and some plastic wrap in the pool, not to mentioned that the few of the tiles on the pool floor were actually came off. In my opinion it was dangerous to allow children to swim inside bearing the possibility they might cut their foot while swimming in the pool. The whole area should be cordoned off for proper maintenance. I hope hotel management would look into this seriously. On the other hand I went to their spa center but the massage was just average, could have had a better massage outside with cheaper price.

I would like to highly recommend the all you can eat seafood BBQ at the front of the Four Points hotel. I recently went there with my rugby team while on tour to Bali. The food was incredible, and plentiful. As far as I could tell, our whole tour party was highly satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food. When we wanted more, the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I am so glad our leader and provider, Peter, recommended this place. We will be sure to return there for the next ten year anniversary. Thank you so much.

Stayed for 6N and enjoyed every minute of it. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel manager, Parta was very personable and couldn’t be more accomodating. He was there at every corner. The pools were very clean and cool. Would have liked the rooftop bar to have stayed open a little longer than 8pm with more vibing music for the adults. Loved the extra touches from room service with the towel animals. Great range of food for buffet breakfast, however, the dinner could have been better. Fortunately we used our food vouchers. As an observation the gym could have done with an extra exercise bike. Highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel.

Very satisfied with Four Points by Sheraton, Kuta. One of the best BREAKFAST I had in all hotels. Pools are good to relax and refreshing. Staff are very polite and kind. This hotel made me and my wife happy for our travel in Bali. A tip. When you start a trip early, request a breakfast box. Highly recommended.

Service from this hotel is INCREDIBLE I always get asked "is there anything we can do for you?" with the brightest smile they have or "is the service not good enough for you" but the fact is everything perfect. Not the best food here but the service covers it all. From housekeeping, front office, restaurant, I love it. I even got welcoming drink even though I already checked out and waiting for my driver🤣 in the morning the restaurant staff even offer me cold cappuccino and when I said I wanted chocolate ice they said yes and deliver it to my table! I really love the hospitality here and probably going to stay here next time in Bali. Thank you four points!

I love this hotel. The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. It’s a great hotel for couples or families with older kids as it’s in the back streets so not beach front it is a more boutique hotel rather then a large resort. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. It is worth upgrading to the pool access room as you have your own chairs and swim out balcony. The breakfast is delicious and on par with the larger hotels. This was my second stay but certainly won’t be my last.

One of the best Marriott hotels I’ve ever stayed in, 5/5 ⭐️ through and through. The smile from every staff member is so genuine. I truly enjoy every moment of my stay here. You get greeted everywhere you go, the front desk, the restaurant, the concierge, the housekeepers, the guards, EVERYONE! The hotel is well maintained with some upgrading work going on, but never impact my stay here. I got upgraded to suite from my Marriott Platinum. It’s worth mentioning this because I’ve been to top tier Marriott properties that didn’t recognize your loyalty nor offer an upgrade. Location is perfect! Many local shops, massage, and eateries around. The beach is just 10min away by foot. Breakfast is good, just the right amount of spread. Did I mention the barista?!

Stayed there with my wife and two boys. Amazing experience. Breakfast was amazing, my kids could not be happier with the food. Pool was great, hot tub was ok, just needs a little clean. We had Australia BBQ and it was amazing. They had great meat and and the host did a fantastic job. Transport organised through the hotel es fantastic and reasonably priced. Staff are great and more then accommodating. All our needs were met. The kids club is a great idea. Overall a great experience, with a little love and maintenance, this would be an even better place.

We spent one night here after an exhausting couple of days. The plush bed and great service made for a restful night and we found it hard to do anything other than sleep in till an hour before checkout at 12pm. Our balcony sat over the pool and was a lovely view. Only wish we had more time to enjoy it. Parked our bags with the front desk and had a little journey on foot to a nearby spa for the afternoon. Everything was seamless and smooth, 10/10 would recommend if you absolutely have to find yourself in Kuta (please explore other parts of Bali too!). Other notes: 20 minutes from the airport even with a bit of traffic. Very well located with a 24 hour Mini Mart just outside. Shower was hot with great pressure. All linens spotless. Aircond worked without a hitch. Security made us feel taken care of with metal detectors for every vehicle entry and bag checks at the lobby entrance. Something to be aware of would be the balconies do sort of link to each other if someone was determined to squeeze through the foot wide space between. Keep the sliding doors double locked to be safe.

One of the best hotels that I've been to, staff is very friendly, they greet you everytime with a happy face even if you bug them for a million times in a day. Their Breakfast buffet is something not to miss, lots of options including local noodles and rice everyday, guaranteed to feel like a king, their family suites are really huge and well planned. They do have two bars located in the hotel, one in the lobby and the vertigo roof top bar which has happy hours from 4-6pm and 9-11pm. So you don't really have to leave the Hotel for anything, unless you want to. Kudos to the manager Parta and the staff for making our stay amazing

The hotel itself is very well located in the heart of Kuta and has two lovely pools (one of which can actually be accessed directly from your balcony depending on the room you chose!). But the main reason for this review is actually to praise the hotel staff. Just a few days ago I had a relatively serious accident just outside the hotel and as I rushed in, I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members who not only helped me straight away but guided me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole time while I was receiving the required treatment. Sesko Sunny, the Loss Prevention Manager, went well above and beyond what anyone would expect and I can safely say any company would be lucky enough to have him. Once again, thanks for all the help!

Very happy with the service and food. Toilets in rooms a bit shoddy, no ventilation to rid smell. The towels looked sad. No stationary. TV only shows local stuff. Restaurant staff above expectations. Morning breakfast 7 star.food and service. Night buffet, embarrassing. Spoilt the whole experience. Happy to pay the money but when a buffet is advertised and you can choose 1 piece of prawn, 1 pieces of this an that and any amount t of vegetables, ...not on. I would suggest not to offer such a buffet, unless the Banquet manager is trained correctly on buffets and budgets.

Convenient hotel with an affordable price, near Kuta Beach region. The staff was helpfull, the room was pretty good in terms of cleanliness. The problem is, the hotel itself located in a narrow street of Kuta. So i think it is difficult to access, but it's still accessible by car. You can park your car in hotel's basement. Breakfast was great. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel.

Loved this hotel. This will be our new home away from home. Clean rooms, lovely staff as always, good food and drinks. Ari at the bar is awesome. Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Pools were great both on the ground and the rooftop pool with swim up bar. Stayed here with family of 4 and the family room was great. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning.

We love the location, it is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas. We love the pool, very nice. The only shortcoming is the pool closed at 7:00pm, which is a bit too early. The jacuzzi pool with warm water is a major PLUS. The service of the staff is great - especially staff in front counter, concierge and restaurants. Love the hotel. Truly.
