Stayed here for 6 days - Very friendly and honest staff.✅✅✅✅✅ I left my watch in their lounge and I got it back hours later♥️ - Breakfast buffet was ok. Not too much choices, but enough to make you full👌🏻 I enjoyed their salad station. Staff again are very friendly and nice. - Beach view is stunning!!!🌊🏖️

First-time Bali goers, so we wanted something easy to find, with lots of amenities, and Bali Gardens didn't disappoint. Love the included breakfast with lots of options. Eggs done your way, tea, coffee, toast and spreads, cereals, juices, fresh fruit, etc. Made starting the day nice and easy. The massage services were great, and although they are probably on the expensive side, compared to home, it is very well priced. Love the swim up bar and cocktails less than a minute to the beach. The rooms are spacious enough, well kept, and have everything you need. Changing money and booking activities can all be done within the resort, and there's a mini shop for items you might want, like paracetamol or drinks. This resort has been a great base to visit Bali. You could spend the day there or head out into the rest of Bali by foot or vehicle. My only dislike is the gym, very small with minimal equipment, some not working. All good, went for a run in stead

We loved the resort and preferred it over some of the more well know family resorts up the road. The service, gardens and pools were fabulous. The rooms were a little dated and breakfast is simple but its otherwise a great value for money resort. Location is convenient and easy to come and go from, feels safe and plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants.

Great location. Great breakfast. Really nice pool and gardens. Our first room had issues so we asked to be moved. The second room was much better. Our only real complaint is that the wifi cut out so frequently that it was basically unusable. The resort can use a little TLC, but we still enjoyed our week long stay.

Absolutely rubbish attitude of reception staff who openly lied. We were allocated a room 463 on Level 4, lift, walk round corridors endlessly and then drudge up a flight of stairs. No signage at all so got lost several times. When asked to be moved due to mobility issues, told by reception they were fully booked and not possible. Went online and rooms were available at half the price I paid . Restaurants and pool empty and impossible rooms were fully booked. Restaurants don’t do room service until late night so had to limp up and down again. The discomfort may be acceptable but to lie to my face that all rooms booked when they were not….. Told late check out not possible for midnight flight next day as all rooms fully booked but whilst in lobby watched family leave their room late evening with luggage. Appears preferential treatment based on colour of skin. ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

Stayed here three nights. The pool is large and beautiful. Beautiful garden. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy. The beach was beautiful and clean. The rooms are in need of some updates. The location was perfect close to restaurants, shops, bars, and beaches.

I highlight the positive aspects of the hotel, including its excellent location, friendly staff, and the quality of the rooms. The staff was friendly and likely contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. The pools at the place left a strong impression, indicating they were a notable highlight of your visit. The beach view was the standout feature, suggesting it provided a picturesque and memorable backdrop. I do recommend getting to breakfast early to avoid the crowds, which indicates that it can get busy during breakfast hours.

Bali Gardens is a hidden treasure! Beautiful hotel & rooms with a stunning transformation from the business of Kuta street to the tranquil & stunning gardens, leading to 3 pools, all with seating / sun beds. Situated right on the beach so the sunset views are simply divine. The restaurants food & drinks are fantastic along with the options available for dietary requirements. They also partner with neighbouring restaurants too for good discounts. All are reasonably priced & the added service charges are more than worth it. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating… they truly make this hotel the wonderful experience it is! The rooms are well equipped, clean & comfy. I loved my stay here and will definitely come back & stay longer. I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know … a found paradise!!

Room 4/5 Bed too soft for me. Decoration is general. Food 4/5 Compare to hotel price range, it's good in normal standard. I like to see the view of garden while have breakfast. Omelette is overcook on somehow. Fitness 2.5/5 Need to maintenance on some equipment and quality is not that good. Service 4.5/5 You have to take welcome drink by your own. I just saw when I check out. Overall staff is good service.

Renovations... who does them at their busiest time of year, on four cabanas around the only swimming pool for family’s. Ten days of power tools around the pool, no music playing because the power tools were using all allocated power... the hidden taxes on your bill are steep. Staff were absolutely amazing though , this is an area they have nailed .. management needs a wake up call for dismissing people complaining about renovating..

A wonderful resort with a stunning garden and lovely architecture. Lovely pools to relax in and literally steps away from the beach. Still some renovations going on post pandemic but would like to come back and would recommend it. Fantastic western breakfast options as well.

A lovely and an extremely well and professionally trained, friendly Staff with great sense of humours. The Chef Ketut was excellent.(I accidentally called him Kuta,LOL!, we all laughed!) Highly experienced, professional and friendly. I had the privilege to have been taken a picture with him and a lovely young girl working and delivering her prompt excellent service. I must confess, I had the best salmon I ever had was prepared by Ketut. I literally got addicted to his dishes:) The girls at the reception were lovely & rambunctious :) We had abundance of jokes and laughter:) Especially with "Lovely Mita" who "purportedly" sent my "postcards" which impelled me to reconfirm with her on several occasions!(On purpose, of course!) In fairness, she appreciated my true purpose as to why I had to reconfirm same and thus could manage to get off her stress from work, at least somewhat:) Another nice experience I had was to have had been recognized by three ladies in the breakfast room. I was in this hotel about 8 years ago and they were still able to even remember my name! What a nice surprise! All in all, I had a great 10 days despite having caught cold on the sixth day of my stay which I would only impute to my own negligence. But this didn't stop me liaising with the lovely Staff when the needs arose on my part. In short, I had a very nice time but was inevitably fugacious!

Dated rooms. Have not changed in 30 years. Booked room back in June, checked room number Day before arrival and when we arrived that room was not available. Reception staff could not or would not change us a to a ground floor room as requested due to no availability. When I wrote to reservations they managed to find not one but two ground floor rooms we could move to a couple of days later We were told they do not hold rooms on reservation but when you talk to others they got the rooms they requested. Different rules for everyone. The story changes from guest to guest. The staff doing the rooms are lovely, the girls in the breakfast room are great. Dont ask for room service as the service fee charged on every purchase in the motel and restaurants does not cover them walking to your room. Great place to watch the sunset.

We spent 5 days at this resort and have been wonderful. Super professional staff and decadent service. We highly recommend the SPA for any kind of massages, the girls are very professional and helped to make our holiday staying a truly success. The restaurant staff in front of the sea as well was very attentive and professional, congratulation to all of them for making our holiday so wonderful!

My stay at Bali garden beach resort was amazing. The staff were all super friendly and always happy to help. The facilities were awesome and everything just had a very good vibe about it. I especially enjoyed the outdoor area and multiple pools set up as it is a perfect spot for relaxing, watching the sunset but also just having some fun! Breakfast buffet is awesome, particularly the lady who cooks the eggs. Very happy with our stay and will definitely come again. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend!!!!

Stayed here after a bad experience at a Hotel nearby. Very impressed with the facilities and staff. All appears to be pretty much business as usual. Great central location. Clean, tidy and reasonably priced. Will be booking again in future.

We're having a great time here the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is a bother to them and they will actually go out of their way to assist you. Centre of kuta next to Discovery mall and opposite the Waterbom Park. Wife and daughter had the duo massage and pamper package and were so happy that they've booked a few more little treats in the in-house spa centre. Money change on site and a very fair safer and higher rate than outside money changers

I'd give it 5 stars however there was lots of construction going on whilst we were there. The beach is also not clean, and there's lots of hawkers around the beach. The breakfast served needs work. When the construction is done I'm sure it will be excellent place to go.

We stayed for 3 nights. Upon checked in, we realized that the room wasn’t the one we booked - should be Superior not a double bed. We got transferred afternoon due to unavailability of the one we booked. (Maybe they’re thinking we’ll not complain) then we moved to new room which was the same ambience but one queen bed. The room itself wasn’t so good - very old type and light was so dim. Has NO BIDET in the bathroom, Wifi connection is always interrupted and the front view of the resort itself is kinda messy (Under construction and far from old set up) the view along the beach with infinity pool was different from reality and the socket is very limited for charging. Well, the breakfast was nice. Over all, it’s just OKAY! Not amazed.

Rooms are really really dated, no toiletries supplied, mattress was not comfortable. When we arrived mid October the ponds were full of dead fish which really smelt bad, worst than that was the dead fish were left in garbage bags in the heat, we had to ask for them to be removed because we couldn't sit outside. The wifi is non existent, had to complain a few times for a router to be put in the room, which was really frustrating as we had work emails to do. Breakfast gets really boring, nothing changes, when you're there for a few weeks, it is horrible. We have stayed at BGBR a few times, but this visit will be our last, it had declined a lot. we had booked particular rooms a year in advance and were told we had the ground floor rooms X3, only to be given 3rd floor rooms, after reorganising we got ground floor rooms near breakfast area, we noticed a wedding party and all the guests were given our rooms.

This was my fourth visit to Bali Garden Beach Resort and this was by far my favourite visit. On this occasion I was by myself and all the staff all throughout the Resort were very helpful, friendly and always happy and then I didn't feel alone. I'd say my favourite part of the Resort would be the swim up pool bar and the beach bar at the back of the resort but overall it was one of the best holidays I've ever had, also the buffet breakfast was outstanding especially the section that makes eggs and pancakes the young lady in the section was just really good at her job and always had a smile on her face. So to sum up I think this resort is perfect for your relaxing holiday and it's the perfect place to go to forget about life for a while.

Nice location in centre of kuta direct beach access with couple of good pool and pool bar. It’s good for short stay one or two days cause breakfast everyday same and very limited variety. If you Can’t eat everyday same breakfast then look for different hotel/resort . For pool you have pickup towels from hotel reception which is not practical.Mattress are not comfortable. No room service ,no barista coffee available and etc ..

We had a very relaxing week here. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Food is tasty and there is a good selection of cocktails that can be delivered to you by the pools. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily. We will be back!

The staff are amazing just lovely people been here for 3 days n nights the rooms are always cleaned daily to a high standard. The bathroom shower so clean and excellent pressure. Wifi painful keeps dropping out. Breakfast is a delight the Egg n bacon lady is amazing to watch .. so quick 👌 but the only glitch I experienced was the slow toasters they definitely require big upgrade. I give a 4 star rating as there is always room for improvement.
