Love love love this place!! The people are beautiful, go above and beyond. Food is excellent.. best buffet breakfast I've experienced. Kids club has so many offerings and the foam party is good fun! Would definitely return and recommend

At first, my family and I planned to stay for 4 nights. You know what? We decided to extend 1 more night. This hotel is so homey. I love the vibes. I also very impressed how all staffs treated us. In summary, I would like to describe this hotel with great hospitality, cleanliness, and great food. We will come back again, for sure!

Stunning resort and incredible service. Loved the staff that went out of their way to accommodate every request. The breakfast was lovely with custom vegetarian dishes on request. The pools were well maintained and fun. The place had a happy and friendly holiday vibe. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Will come again in a heartbeat!

This is a must stay resort if you are in the area. From the moment you walk into the foyer area you're greeted by very friendly staff in an absolute gorgeous building surround by beautifully kept grounds. Everything about this place is amazing. Too much to name. Some key amazing points - Beautiful huge grounds with lush plants - Friendly staff always happy to say hello or help - The best breakfast buffet ever. A ridiculously huge amount of delicious options - The rainforest high tea was the most magical high tea we've ever been part of - A huge pool We will definitely be back to our home away from home! Wow, we only stayed 7 nights, could have easily stayed another 7. Middle aged couple, traveling without our kids, it was wonderful. Even had welcome flowers, fruit and a special cake fir our wedding anniversary Lots of families with kids staying there, but certainly not an issue, it’s so large and spread out. The adults only infinity pool overlooking the beach is wonderful, happy hour drinks at the swim up bar even better! Rooms are huge, beds are huge and so comfortable, block out curtains, hairdryers, abundance of daily toiletries, 6 bottles of water per day. We could barely hear any outside noise from inside our rooms. Breakfast is amazing, we found we didn’t need to eat again until dinner, so many fresh choices and the coffee service was fabulous. We did the free bike ride, did it at 6am, it was so good, also tried the archery and walked through the garden, animals etc, if you had little kids they would love it. Departure lounge (we used on arrival due to morning flight) it is excellent, towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryers, storage for bags, coffee/tea Staff bend over backwards for you, so friendly and accommodating. Money changer is the same rate as on the streets, no commission, tour desk, everything you need is there. Location is excellent, you step onto the beach in 2 minutes, or go out the front door straight onto the shopping streets. Felt totally safe at all times, we would highly recommend it, yes it’s more expensive than others, but splurge, you wont regret it👌

Absolutely highly recommend this resort. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Club Lounge access. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The room was always very clean. The food was great. The Spa staff were excellent. I've been to Bali seven times and this is in my option the best place to stay.

Went there for a meeting. Instead of a meeting, i could say that it felt more like a vacation😁 Receptionists are really helpful and polite, really great hospitality. The area of this resort is massive, you can walk from corner to corner and feeling tired because of its big area. But i think it's very dark in the night time, exotic, but creepy as well😅 The room is wide and old designed. There's a bathtub, complete complementary toiletries, hair dryer, and any other facilities. There's balcony as well, best place to enjoy the scenery outside. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets are the top notch. Plenty choices of foods, and it all tastes good. But what i love the most about this resort is......their swimming pool! It's a big loss if you stay at this hotel, but you don't swim. So don't forget to bring your swimsuit to enjoy this pool. Overall, it's the best hotel that i have ever visited. Top notch.

As good as I remember it 4 years ago. The 2 highlights of this place are the staff, and the gardens / surroundings. The pools and gardens are huge and very well kept. The staff are the most polite and helpful people I have ever seen. They knew all our names virtually straight away. Spent 8 nights here could have stayed forever. We will be back next year. No request was too much trouble. We stayed in the garden villas which were spacious and very private. Lots of bars and restaurants in the street surrounds, direct beach access also. It’s beautiful hotel, you have a direct access to the beach. Hotel service is great and family friendly. There are swimming pools for children with slide 🛝, save and fun for them. Near the children swimming pool there is a Kids’ Corner too. I really enjoy my stay with my family there and it is really recommended. Thanks Padma Hotel ✅.

We very recently stayed 7 nights at the Padma Resort, being my families first time to Bali we were not sure what to expect. The Resort was Amazing !! Everything was clean, all staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious and fresh. The breakfast buffet was next level and we looked forward to it each morning. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay and give this Resort 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best maintained hotels during the pandemic. For those who love lots of swimming pools n garden in the hotel in Kuta area, Padma Resort is one of the best choices. From kids pool to infinity pool, just name it, they have all. From pools to Kuta beach its just steps away. Staff are helpful n friendly. Love the non alcoholic cocktails 🍸 😍 Definitely recommended 👍

Fabulous 6 nights stay. The Club Lounge was an experience that we will never forget. Sumei took care of us throughout our stay, the most attentive and professional service we have ever had, thank you. The resort is beautiful with peaceful gardens, ponds and architecture. You really don't need to leave the grounds. We are an older couple and even though the resort is family friendly it was remarkably quiet. Breakfast in the restaurant or the lounge was faultless, an amazing variety of beautiful food. Our first holiday in Bali but definitely not the last. What a beautiful place to stay. The resort was amazing and all of the staff were wonderful and caring. I cannot find one single fault in the whole overall stay. If we come back to Bali again, I would only ever stay here. STUNNING!!

Stayed here for 4 nights in Room 125. What an amazing experience the service and people here were amazing, from Indra receiving us Maggie looking after us at the club, Wiki for the amazing archery lessons and everyone else saying hello with a smile thank you so much for the amazing stay. Room was amazing stepping 3 steps into the pool then swimming up to the great pool bar!!! Breakfast was delicious everyday!! Love from Aus

The Padma in Legian is worth every cent, absolutely gorgeous Hotel Resort everything that a child or and adult could ask for. Very clean very relaxing very lush atmosphere the gardens are beautiful could not fault the resort one bit. Excellent experience very happy to recommend people to also have the great experience I had.

Wow what a place. A truly top class place to stay and so laid back. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Sumei the manager at the Garden Club lounge and all the staff there. Fantastic service. Went out of their way to treat each and every person like royalty. The resort is a true paradise and I recommend you explore the plantation at the rear of the property as much of the food is grown organically on the property. Exceptional place. Very very clean and manicured and we will most certainly be back 😊😊😊

What I love about the resort is the open feel, kids friendly, nice pools. What I dont like about the resort is - not the best customer service, especially after experiencing great customer service at Double six resort just few days back. Feel employees are kind of tired, maybe its busy lately here, but sometimes they talk in their own language when you are still there and you know its about you. Asking someone multiple times something as simple as pool towels, took 4 requests to get it done. But except that most customer service was kinda good. Smiles and greetings are good.

Very worth the price! Stayed in the family room, it was clean. And there are many swimming pools and 3 amazing slides. Also the staffs were very friendly, and very honest. I left my valuables in the safe deposit box after check out, and managed to recover them thanks to the duty manager and security.

Padma I love you!!! Thank you for the most beautiful, relaxing holiday! This resort is exceptional in every way. All of the staff during my stay were kind, friendly and accommodating. The gardens are radiant and perfectly manicured. The pools are sparkling clean and I loved the adults only Infinity pool at the front of the property, overlooking the ocean. I was fortunate to be upgraded to one of the renovated Deluxe Chalet rooms which was simply a pleasure to be in with a beautiful garden outlook, comfortable bed, sparkling bathroom and very quiet. And the buffet breakfasts! Wow!! What a treat! Such an enormous selection of a huge variety of foods and I was so grateful that you provide gluten free options and even had delicious Gluten free bread, muffins, donuts and pancakes! Felt like I'd died and gone to heaven staying here and cant wait to return!

We stayed for 7 nights in a 1 bedroom balcony room with club access. Absolutely perfect! The room was great, service awesome with everyone extremely friendly and quick to help. The facilities are really well kept and maintained. There is heaps of things for both kids and adults to do, but the daily pool games and archery were the things we experienced and enjoyed. Can't wait to return.

We stayed here with friends in April/May. We booked a Family room as we were travelling with our two sons. The Family rooms have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and most importantly (if you are 8 and 11) two tvs... Our sons loved having their own space, as did we. The Family rooms are in front of the kids pool and it has great slides for the children. The hotel more broadly was beautiful - very green and lush. We found the Legian area very quiet although this might be because we were at the tail end of Covid restrictions. We loved this place and would definitely return.

Loved the resort, to be fair you would not have to leave there at all but what is a holiday if you don't go exploring. Staff at Padma Legian where all fantastic, friendly and helpful. The resort itself was clean, well kept and all the facilities where top notch. Pools where awesome and location of the resort was also very good. All in all a very good experience and I can not fault this resort at all. We will be back......

Excellent hotel, great pools and swimming especially for the kids. Good restaurants a short walk out the main gate, but it is a busy area. Breakfast was fantastic, poolside menus good and service was excellent. Staff very welcoming. It's a busy resort but lots of space, worth getting the better rooms as the cheaper ones are in a big block.

Best Resort! My partner and I spent a week here and loved it! Location - Excellent, Breakfast - Excellent, Customer Service - Excellent! I stayed here with my partner and we both loved everything about the resort! No negatives from us!!! Definitely coming back with our kids!
