This
is
a
old
hotel
that
needs
renovation.
Good
points
are
location
is
in
the
middle
of
tourist
area
and
walking
distance
to
water
park,
restaurants,
shopping
centers
and
many
little
local
shops
selling
everything
from
souvenirs
to
clothing,
art,
massage
and
beauty
treatments,
tattoos
ant
guided
tours.
Room
had
cold
air
conditioning
that
was
working
well,
plenty
hot
water
for
the
shower,
clean
room
and
comfy
bedding.
Bad
points...
Pool
is
old
and
falling
apart,
furniture
also
falling
apart,
breakfast
was
unaceptable
on
our
second
morning
there
was
no
toast
or
coffee,
only
available
a
couple
local
dishes
or
plain
eggs
/
omlet
and
cold
soft
bacon.
Terrible
fruit
selection
ect.
If
booking
a
room
I
suggest
not
including
breakfast
as
there
are
many
fantastic
restaurants
with
in
a
10
minute
walk.
Overall
I
recommend
this
hotel
for
a
quite
and
affordable
stay
in
busy
Kuta
location.
