One of the best hotel rooms we had in Indonesia! The bathroom and the shower were perfect. The pools of the hotel were beautiful. The restaurant offers high quality food and big portions for a competitive price. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

First time staying at the febris and will definitely be back again. Location is perfect for us and rooms immaculate and very clean and big size and prices are on point. Food and drink choices aren't massive but absolutely delicious and staff are just so friendly and amazing and definitely go out of their way to look after you and your kids. Best part is the day spa as a whole family we absolutely enjoyed this experience and found best in Bali by far

Checked in on 23rd Jan 2024 & checked out on 27th Jan 2024. The room, bed, balcony, toilet and environment are nice & clean. Can't thank enough to the dedication and friendly hotel's staff. They even surprised me with bed decoration on my birthday. We took quad family room (Room No. 2205). Above & beyond expectation. Worth every penny. Looking forward to stay here again on my next visit. Will surely recommend to our family & friends.

Haven’t stayed here in the rooms but have been many times to eat over the years coming to Bali. The food is great, tasty & affordable. They only charge 10% tax which is lower compared to other restaurants which can charge up to 21%, I believe this is a mandatory government tax not a restaurant choice. Will continue to eat at Febri’s every time I visit Kuta! Thank you.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the gardens beautiful. The rooms were a perfect size and the folding of towels into animals was a nice touch. The restaurant served delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Kuta. Will definitely be back. Thankyou.

We had the romance package here with my mum in the day spa and it was hands down the best spa treatment I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. From start to finish they were professional and attentive and it all ended with a lovely three course meal all for under $100 per person I highly recommend this spa We didn’t stay here at the hotel but it looked simple enough and the pool looked really clean

Nice 3 stars hotel with 2 swimming pools. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants as well as shopping two malls and shops. Transport available at any time. Safe and quiet and clean rooms and facilities. Has excellent spa but l recommend that you make your reservations before you arrive since there is a big demand during my stay and could not get the time l wanted. Above all, a wonderful and friendly staff and personals.

Great hotel, in a really convenient area. I stayed at Febri's for a long girls weekend and we loved our stay. The rooms were really clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. The pool was a good size and was lovely to relax by. The restaurant food was reasonable, with the standouts on the menu being the chicken satay and banana fritters. We had a couple of massages in the Spa that were fantastic, All in all it was a great hotel.

Beautiful, warm and family-friendly hotel located within walking distance of some great nearby restaurants, malls, and Waterbom Park. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accomodating, and always leave you feeling seen and welcomed. The spa offers a wide range of massage services that feel amazing, and the pool is exceptionally large! Great hotel for anyone looking to just relax and have a chill-out time in Kuta 👍👍

Our family came down from the hotel to get a massage and treatment. My wife and I got the “Essence o Bali” treatment which included a hot stone massage (oh boy was it good!). The kids got a Febri Paradise which was a footbath, Balinese massage and facial. The other one got a manicure and facial. The staff are fantastic and professional. The venue is super clean and the ambience was so good. Just outside is an area where you can grab a quick meal and drink. This place is always busy though so make sure to book ahead! Definitely recommend!!!

Although I only stay for 1 night, I experienced a great homey feeling here. Clean and well maintenance room is what you get in addition to that. I didn’t get a photo to my room, because I am too busy to enjoy it. Very recommended hotel to stay !

We have stayed at this venue on a majority of visits to Bali finding it suited our needs in more ways then one. Location ( mins from the airport) quite, limited hustle and bustle, close proximity to eateries, shopping centres etc. The staff are faultless with service, the rooms are very comfortable, cleaned daily. Massages of all descriptions are available on site to please and rejuvenate the weariest of people, my personal favourite, favourite, favourite, "GLOWING TOES", nothing like a great foot massage at the start of your holiday and again at the end, everything else in between... well, it doesn't matter, if the physical things in life are taken care of the everything else falls into place. Swimming pool with fresh towels provided along with sun deckchairs for the natural tanners in life. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available onsite. All in all a great all rounder, great venue for families as well, ability to cater for bigger families with kids.

Top quality massage from clinically clean facilities and well trained skilled masseurs. This is in the hotel complex and always fully booked. You need to book at least a day in advance. Price is non negotiable and we paid IDR $550,000 for 90 minutes couples massage.

We used this hotel as a layover hotel for 1.5 nights and it served its purposes for sleeping & showering only. We had a late check-in due to our flight so security met us and checked us in a little after 11PM. The room was super humid and we could never regulate the temperature correctly before leaving, nothing ever dried and everything was always damp/moist. They include breakfast from a set menu, not many options but a few. I’m guessing it was the rainy season as it rained torrential downpours most of our stay, that was out of the control of the hotel but the most annoying part that did involve the hotel was the fact that they appeared to have added additional awnings throughout the property and it’s all made of tin, the rain outside beating on all of that tin magnified the sound by 1000 and at night you felt like you were basically sleeping outside in the rain. So needless to say our quality of sleep was lackluster along with the breakfast options. The breakfast includes one entree and anything you want outside of that comes at an extra cost, it is not a buffet. The dining area opens right to the street sidewalk so breakfast views were interesting. The grounds are covered with artificial turf that just doesn’t work well in most conditions, it was super soaked and very slippery in the rain, hard to roll luggage through. It boasts that it has a spa but when we sat down at breakfast and saw that the spa was this outdoor space adjacent to the dining area with some chairs outdoors & staff giving foot massages I was underwhelmed, it’s super hot & muggy and there’s no way you get a serene spa vibe when you are outdoors on the sidewalk and across from everyone eating breakfast or lunch, where does the tranquility come in?. There’s a note in the room that asks you not to stain the towels with makeup, lotions, soaps, etc because they work hard to keep the linden clean and you will be charged a surcharge for stains that can’t be removed…well to begin with, the linen to was never truly white, check out the elephants in the pics, they looks light grey 🤔 so we took a chance, it served a temporary purpose but I don’t think I’d go back if given a choice. Others guests seemed to enjoy though.

My partner and I stayed at Febris for 5 days and loved it! First of all, it’s in an excellent location- a short walk to many great food stalls and shops. The service there was also authentic and we really loved how kind and sweet all the staff were. I had 3 massages during my stay, Balinese, Lomi- lomi and hot stone, all of which were great. I’d highly recommend Tari for her quality massages. The massage area is also clean and extremely relaxing. I paid approx 250,000 idr for each massage- All lasting 1.5 hours. Overall, both spa and hotel aspect of this stay was excellent value for money.

Great location. Bright and clean rooms, nice staffs. there are 3 choices of breakfast: American, English or Indonesian (ordered the night before) it is nice and okay; there’s a mini library beside the pool. Surely will come back.

We spend one night at Febri's. Team is friendly. Free parking is very convenient, as the location. That's why we booked this hotel. The rooms has a good size. The mattress is very confortable. After that, the room is outdated ( back to the 90's), missing outlet to charge phones and computer.. and the wifi is super slow. For the F&B, they prepared a small breakfast to take away. We appreciated.

It was ok. We'd booked two rooms (one for the kids and one for us) and specially asked to be next to each other, which they'd confirmed. But on arrival, we were not only not together, we were in different buildings. It could have looked better too, the place was covered in artificial turf. I've seen a lot of places in Bali and I'm usually impressed with how beautiful these places are, but that doesn't really apply here. It's very close to the airport though, about 10 min. So very convenient for a long stopover. The rooms are clean and very good. Nice pools too. All up, very good for long airport transits, wouldn't really go there for a Bali holiday and booking two rooms next to each other is hit & miss.

You can’t fault this place for price, cleanliness and service. We stayed here midway through our holiday as a budget option and were impressed. The family room was spacious and well appointed. Not luxury, but so clean and neat. The staff are always ready to help and accommodate in any way they can. The breakfast choices are not my style but generous and interesting; the kids loved them. The pool was large and fun fir the kids and they also have a quiet pool aimed at adults near the rear of the hotel. The only negative, but certainly not the fault of Febris, was the loud behaviour from quite a few neighbouring guests who came home around 11pm onwards each night. I highly recommend this hotel for families who want to stay somewhere very comfortable.

Good place to stay and noticeably the building is well maintained. Rooms are taken care of and although lacking character, are immaculately clean. Even the wooden doors and stair frames look welltaken care of. Very nice sized pool and great to relax there in the afternoons. Lunch/dinner menu reasonably priced. I didn’t get a massage here but others staying with me loved them and booked multiple times. Book the rooms early to get good rates.

Very close to the airport. Walking distance from 2-3 beaches. Several restaurants close by. Very calm and clean common area and pool. Complimentary breakfast is tasty but no much options if you are staying over 2-3 days. Majority of the staff are very polite, pleasant and welcoming. Housekeeping is very professional. Wifi is slow or sometimes don't even work for few seconds to minutes straight.

I first found out about the Febri's as I used to have breakfast there while staying at the Dynasty across the road. I thought it would be a good place for me and few mates to stay while on a boys trip because of my past experience and the good things I had heard about the place, and I'm glad I was right. I stayed in a regular room down the back of the hotel, however this was everything I needed. For roughly $40 a night, I got a comfy bed, a nice bathroom, and most importantly, cold air-conditioning. The room was cleaned every day to a great standard as well. The hotel had two pools, the large main one at the front of the hotel and the smaller one towards the back. This was very convenient as me and mates had rooms at both ends of the hotel! Staff were super friendly and were always willing to help us out. The only thing I could suggest is bringing back the old buffet. The breakfast provided by the hotel was still good, but that old buffet would take it to the next level. Will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here 20 days! Comfortable stay right on the main street , Has two pools . One small and other main is big. Best part of the stay is they have in-house incredible SPA . Best Massage and quality staff starts at 8 and end by 5pm book in advance. Slot gets filled pretty early here.

Had a spa package at their "outside cottage room" . Was absolutely fantastic for couples. Touch of luxury with the outside bath experience. Friendly and very helpful staff. 10 out 10. A must try in my opinion

Only booked one night here as we had a late flight and it was cheaper and closer to the airport than the resort we were staying at. For the cheap price we were pleasantly suprised how clean the rooms and facilities were. Definitely a great place to stay if you are on a budget.

The massage and facial combo I had was outstanding! My massage therapist provided amazing service. Only complaint is the massage room isn’t sound proof, so another guest snored, grunted, and belched throughout his whole massage, which negatively impacted the experience for everyone else in the room.

Well, even not a modern hotel, Febri's offers a wide excellent hospitality. Cleanliness just wow, amenities quite complete, location very strategic, good breakfast, well maintained infrastructures. Pleasant stay!

There is something about this place that just appeals to me. The rooms are so clean and tidy. Although aged but kind of in a good way, like they are stuck in time. The service isn't quite 5 star, but that's unfair as it's not 5 star prices. The massages are very good from what I was told.

Very clean, not new building but had been renovated. All staff friendly. Pool wide and warm, surrounded by garden and play ground. I was stayed in family room, it has big size enough for 4 people. Love it..😘

A great place to stay, loved the staffs attentiveness. Location is prime, with the beach at 5 minutes walking distance and airport at 10 minute ride(They have free drop service too). The food at the restaurant is good. Can be better with options. But the quality and taste is good.
