So good, I would totally recommend the Bottega Italiana restaurants to everyone who is in Canggu and looking for affordable but super authentic handmade pastas and Italian dishes. The staff was also super friendly. Book ahead of time to get seats since the Batu Bolong one esp is really small. The duck ragu pasta is a signature and for good reason! You can also buy fresh pasta to take home to cook :)

I tried tanggliete pasta with pork , spaghetti pesto, and fetucinni carbonara all are perfect delicious. Their spinach salad is so yummy. The coconut fresh and cool. Orange juice is pure and fresh. I'll award 5 stars since your restaurant is consistently busy. While I may not be an expert on Italian cuisine as an Asian diner, the thriving crowd suggests the food is excellent. However, I'm disappointed by the smoothie served in a glass with a bulging bottom. It would be preferable to receive a full glass rather than a 3/4-filled one, and I believe this small improvement wouldn't incur much cost.

Really expensive compare to other places in Canggu/Bali. Instead of guanciale i had pieces of beef in the pasta. Some of the pasta was overcooked, some wasnt cooked well - tasted like they put old pasta into new one. Wine was great and the service as well. Looks cosy but we had the pleasure to spend the dinner with yelling kids next to us. I would not reccommend this place.

Amazing italian food in Canggu!!! We saw this little Italian restaraunt was always busy most days as we were walking to the beach and we made sure we gave it a go. The service was 10/10 and the food was just as amazing. Price wise this was brilliant food for the price. Would strongly recommend to anyone staying nearby. Only photo I got was of the small cheese and small meat board which was a great start. The gnocchi was best I've had and the other pasta we chose was brilliant.

the reviews are right. i had the best ragu tagliatelle bolognese here. the pasta was cooked al dente to a perfect chew and the sauce was delicious. love the ambience, perfect for solo travellers in their indoor seating. what a quaint little spot and this has to be on the top of my list for next time in canggu.
