I would honestly rate this a star higher but I do think they took customers for granted. They set up a high price and give food third priority. The calamary was cut unevenly. For that kind of price, at least cut it evenly, give the best portion of the meat. The breakwater view looked stunning from where my seat was though. The coconut trees kinda blocked it, but it's okay. Look, I would also rate one more higher star if it wasn't for the annoying question if I was about to enter the club just for "walking". I came in, ofc I want to order your food. Your security guard didn't even ask any ONE of those BULE the same question. I mean, couldn't one of them easily be just wanting to walk through, too? Racist much? Idk if you could be racist to your OWN people, but it did happen. So upsetting. I saw there were other comments mentioning the racist and discriminatiom tendency here. I do believe you guys have a lot of pekerjaan rumah ya. No use asking around for feedback if you're not gonna do anything about it. Look, your cafe singer even sang "I'm starting with the man in the mirror." So, this is a wake up call for you, the manager. This is super uncool, dude. This is an issue and managers address and fix issues. This rating is a result of annoying, insulting combos from mediocre and overpriced food, lazy food preparation, and the security guard's treatment. The two stars are for the beach and the friendly waiters, just so you know who deserves the pay raise. :) Update: I added one more star because the management responded to this review well, unlike their neighbor of which the management often sounds defensive.

Disgusting. If you like lack of service or being ignored this is the place for you. Due to traffic our day bed was given away after 20 minutes even after I called to let them know. Not the best way to start the day. So just remember don't be a second late or your day bed will be given away. Food and drinks were lacking flavor, asked for a medium rare burger and got well done, the fish tacos lacked any flavor and was just hard to even finish two little tacos. The drinks were full of sugar and hardly any alcohol in any of the drinks and we got three different ones to make sure. (I've been a bartender for over 18 years) My coffee was disgusting and asked for soy since I am lactose intolerant and was given milk. Bathrooms are also very unclean. Staff was lost and walking around aimlessly, you would try and grab their attention and they would just look at you and walk away. And it wasn't just us with this issue, idk who is running this place but they can't keep doing this to paying customers. This place just wants your money and don't give you the hospitality that you would expect for a 5 star resort/beach club. There are better places that you can sink your money into! Just don't risk it doing it here.

Went here for sunset. They have a lot of seat and all of them was no smoking area, so you need to jump off the fence for smoking. But otherwise their cocktails was good, the price is fair, the service was excellent, and they have no minimum payment. 💯

Popped in for a coffee whilst on a walk up the beach. We got taken to a nice little spot at the front where we could hear the waves and enjoyed an ice coffee with oat milk which wad excellent. We even decided to stay for a nibble and my husband enjoyed his fish tacos. The staff were friendly and attentive even as we weren't staying at the resort 🙏🏼

Pros: beautiful beach side ambience. Great sunset views. Cool music. Cons: food is very variable and (unsurprisingly) very expensive. Service is flaky. Cocktails are either super weak or don’t have enough simple syrup. I mean if you are staying at the Como, you have no choice. Otherwise enjoy the sunset and eat elsewhere.

We have stayed at Como for five nights, and I really cannot fault their beach club. The food is delicious, and if there are any issues, they will go out of their way to solve the problem as quickly as possible. They are so accommodating to the children and try to make the food exactly the way they like it. Such a great space where all members of the family can truly enjoy themselves.

We had some foods which were Soto betawi, honestly this more like laksa rather than soto betawi. Good but not that good. For us who come from Jakarta, this is not soto betawi... Soto betawi usually use beef, this is chicken. Mie goreng just average taste... Sate Ayam(chicken satay) the peanut taste need bit improvement. 1 menu that i like it's fish of the day, this is really good, the fish not fishy smell and fresh taste. Baked splendidly with good taste of salad. Drink only have 1 drink the rest of my family just water, but forgot the name but it's recommended it's coconut with cucumbers and lemon (kind a forgot) it's refreshing and really suit with the beach conditions. Anyway the staff was nice and helpful with everything. My opinion maybe the western food it's much better than the indo food.

Outstanding service and great healthy selection of food! Cocktails were also delicious. Great sunset and beachfront views with plenty of space - there is a Live DJ event every Thursday and Saturday. From the moment we booked, entered the premises to the very end - service was exceptional. Our waiter, Putu Dodik, was extremely attentive and he memorised our individual names to be able to customise and tailor the service to each individual. When booking, you text them via WhatsApp but they reply instantly so it's really straightforward. Would definitely visit again!

Instead of going to nearby beach club, this one is absolutely much better. Not crowded, fancy place, comfy outdoor restaurant and better view. Enjoying the rocky beach with a great sunset. U don't need to reserve days before and no minimum spending. They also has a large pool. It's multiple times better than a fame beach club beside. Really enjoy the smoothies and chocolate cake with choco whip cream. Cant have any complaint.

The best beachfront in Canggu and one of the best places I visited in Bali. The food was great, very relaxing atmosphere. The service was food and the waiters were very helpful. It is never crowded, definitely the best spot to watch the sunrise. The pool area is also very appealing although I didn't have the opportunity to try it. It started raining when I got there earlier. There is a consumption minimum for the pool around 700k as I remember. Definitely I would put it 1M, it is a food filter.

Nice view of echo beach, unfortunately Bali was cloudy and rainy last week when I was there so cant get the sunny view of the beach. Very cool spacious place of the beach club, so quiet in the restaurant area eventhough it was lunch time. I had ceviche, it was not as tasty and as fresh as I was expected. The exterior of the Como villas are so nice, really tropical. I would love to try to stay there next time I visit Bali

We only had a little afternoon snack here but was good overall. Coffee was one of the best I had in Bali and came with amazing biscuits. We were hoping to sit close to the pool so the kids can jump in. There were free spots but we had to sit on the very far end - I believe they were getting ready for dinner and didn't want us to sit on the dining tables. Anyway, good place, friendly staff and clean toilets.

We went here as a family with our two toddlers, and got a day bed for sunset with a minimum spend of 500k. For us this was very reasonable since we didnt have a pool at our villa. It was family friendly and the food quality was good. I’d definitely come back.
