I
recently
had
the
pleasure
of
dining
at
Warung
Nia
Balinese
Food
&
Pork
Ribs
for
lunch,
choosing
to
forgo
a
cooking
class.
The
atmosphere
was
buzzing
with
multiple
cooking
classes,
all
of
which
seemed
engaging
and
fun
–
something
I'm
keen
to
try
with
friends
on
my
next
visit.
The
culinary
highlight
was
definitely
the
pork
ribs.
They
were
the
best
I've
had
in
Bali:
superbly
tender,
juicy,
and
packed
with
flavor.
Alongside
the
ribs,
I
ordered
the
Mixed
Satay
Set
A,
featuring
a
generous
assortment
of
eight
pieces
of
pork
and
chicken
satay.
The
BBQ
sauce
used
here
was
a
standout,
lending
a
delicious
and
rich
flavor
to
the
already
tender
meat.
Among
the
satay
options,
the
pork
was
my
favorite,
thanks
to
its
juiciness.
The
plethora
of
side
dishes
accompanying
the
meal
were
all
remarkable,
each
adding
its
own
unique
touch
to
the
feast.
To
combat
the
sweltering
Balinese
heat,
a
Coke
Zero
with
ice
was
a
refreshing
choice,
perfectly
cutting
through
the
oiliness
of
the
grilled
meats.
Finishing
the
meal,
I
was
left
thoroughly
satisfied,
already
missing
the
place
and
counting
down
to
my
next
visit
to
Seminyak,
where
Warung
Nia
will
undoubtedly
be
a
must-go
destination.
