Best chirashi in Bali, and the most authentic Japanese restaurant in Canggu by far. I normally skip the side miso soup, except the one at Tema Doma because theirs is particularly tasty. When I first came here I was unsure if this was a restaurant because of the layout, but it feels really homey and quaint. Since then i’ve been a regular customer of this place 🌸

This amazing Japanese restaurant is located minutes away from the beach. The place has a clean and simple Japanese design accompanying by a beautiful garden and a koi pond. My wife and I ordered tuna chirashi and a sushi lunch set and both were excellent. The ingredients taste fresh and the flavors were all there. We also ordered homemade passion fruit ice cream and finished it before we even got a chance to take a picture. It was that good. The staffs here are super friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a 5 stars experience for us.

The service or decor isn't that great, but the food really is. Super delicious and authentic Japanese food which you rarely see in the more popular sushi places.

Be sure to bring cash because they don't accept credit card, debit card, nor QRIS. Despite the inconvenience, I love their chirashi don! Read other people's reviews about it and decided to ordered one. It tastes just like authentic home food, that I much prefer. They serve it with sushi rice, tamago, tobiko, and your choice of raw fish. I like their katsu don as well, it's very mild and big in portion. Though, the price is a little too expensive for a katsu don.

OMG the food was so fresh, tasty and honest; the venue is awesome, little piece of quietness amongst the business of Bali's streets, great service, affordable and overall a fantastic venue; will definitely be back!

Foods are really good! On the little bit expensive side for the portion we’re getting. This place is for those who appreciate the quality rather than quantity! Will come Back!

Went today for lunch , got my favourite Mentaiko pasta (japasta)😊, loved it amazing taste as usually! Hurry up before Mentaiko ,that arrived from Japan directly, finishes And don t forget that you can get beautiful organic vegetables and much more at the Saturday market inside the restaurant area!

Cute and quiet place, tasty food, great find for busy Berawa! Modern Japanese appeal (I especially loved the tea sets!) Yumiko the owner is so lovely, she put together the menu herself using organic ingredients, even though she’s an artist :) we were a group of 7 people and everything we ordered was delicious, plus the presentation is on point! There’s also pottery classes, and an organic vegetable market on weekends. I’ll be back for sure!

A go-to place for an authentic taste of Japanese cuisine and a healthy meal. Everything is freshly made with organic ingredients , carefully picked and prepared . Let food be your medecine! The place is all about art , not only in food but also in the space. The restaurant is opened on a beautiful garden, and in the back you'll find an art gallery and ceramic workshop There is a small organic market on Saturdays, with fresh vegetables, miso, rice...so it's also a good opportunity to visit!

very nice, fresh food , amazing atmosphere - while all places around are full of people and you need to wait so long for your order, here is just calm and peaceful, everything came fast and was delicious

Visiting on the dinner time. Choose Chirashi and Hiyashi Chuka. It was very good, so tasty! The miso soup also delicious. They also have pottery class. The ambience so natural. Feel more in japan than in canggu. Wanna come in canggu with japan taste. Come here..

This is a review of their Saturday market, not the restaurant which I have not tried yet. I thought The market would a nice alternative to the supermarket down the road but the selection is not quite there though the vegetables are fresh. It is about the same maybe a bit more expensive than frestive around the corner. I go there more for the fun of it at it's across the street from my neighborhood coffee shop LAIZ coffee, otherwise I probably wouldn't make the effort. If they had a better selection I worldly mind paying the higher prices. It's a lot smaller than the farmers market in batu balong but that one had arts, crafts, clothing as well.

The food was really good, but the hosts were almost surprised they had guests and did not act very welcoming. They insisted on paying only cash, which was a bit awkward.

Very tasty food for a fair price. Really liked the quiet Japanese garden and the staff vas very attentive and friendly. I ordered the chirachi bowl with tuna and a miso soup and it was very tasty. I was kinda full but still ordered the tuna sushi because it was so good. Also had a nice tangerin juice and some Javanese drip coffee.

Amazing, authentic Japanese food in Bali. Ive been twice now and will continue to go back. Great service and beautiful setting, it feels a little hidden away and is great for a reasonable priced date. I mentioned to the manager how authentic the food tastes and he said the owner lives in Tokyo. The kitchen looks sparkling clean and I feel like the food safety would resemble that of Japanese restaurants. Hidden gem in Canggu

Loved it! Authentic Japanese in Bali. Highly recommend the sushi and sake. You see the good being cooked, fish was super fresh. Beautiful customer service.

Nice and quaint. I like the patio setting with the garden and the decor. Food was good, I had the udon and was quite satisfied. Hubby ordered the poke bowl and didn't quite like the texture of the cooked fish among the raw. A bit pricey.

A large parking space on the premises. We ordered 4 dishes and all tastes delicious. The portion sizes are large.

First time Chirashi, it was very good, so tasty! Also the miso was good and I liked the unagi. Unfortunately there were no guest besides me, but that did not influenced me to try their food. Makanan di sini enak sekali! I would come back for the Chirashi!
