The baked egg was a wipe-out: my partner and I are not huge bread fans but we needed more. Every mouthful of the angel hair pasta was umami. And that beef wellington was worth every second of the wait. That crisp pastry skin and mushroom smeared medium rare beef actually existed as a single entity!

The tartare was a bit disappointing as it tasted a lot of onion, the beef didn’t sparkle as much as I would like it, but overall it was okay. The grilled ribeye was absolutely perfect. Cooked to perfection, the meat was melting in my mouth, sitting on a truffle mashed potatoes which was super tasty. Chapeau! Don’t let me start to talk about the desserts menu, so many choices, all looks very yummy! I had the hazelnut eclair, ça Va sans dire, it was perfect 😊 Hands up also about the service, friendly, attentive, spotless! Prices a bit bougie but definitely worth the experience!
