The restaurant was busy when we arrived. The owner welcomed us and helped to get a table. What a humble person! We had bulgogi beef burger and pork belly bowl. Both are exceptionally delicious! Definitely will come back to try other menus!

So nice to have such an amazing comfy place that caters to non alchohol drinkers like me. Its one of my top two places for premium coffee. You are always welcome. The staff is very chatty and speals English really well. Food is superb as well. Internet speed is crazy good. Only sad part is their prices are on the high side. Thank you friends. I will be back.

The food was top notch! Definitely worth the hype! Everything I ordered was really tasty, really recommend their Brunch Ramen Dry… Most importantly, 10/10 for their hospitality , the owner, Chef William Salim, he was really kind. Definitely will be back to this place.

Amazing taste. One of a kind! Try the textural of mushroom it's the best dish. Korean scrambled egg is also generously portioned and taste yummy. The ramen is overhyped i think. Always crowded. Ice cream sandwich is DIVINE. MUST TRY.

The Textural Mushroom is genius. Taste amazing. I can not believe I can enjoy sort of vegetarian dish this much. The dry ramen good too but my noodle at that time was not cook done enough. Too al dente. But the sauce taste is great. I think most of the food taste great. 2 drawbacks. First the place is jammed and bestseller food may be sold out by 2pm. But since their place is small, they can't afford to take any reservation. I understand this. So do whatever it takes to secure your seats. The food will make it worth it. Second, too hot. The 2 AC can't handle cooking heat and people jammed in the restaurant. I would have open the door or windows to let some breeze come in.

Finally had the chance to try this place. We had: - Pork Belly Bowl - Corn Ribs - Pistachio ice cream sandwich - Sweet potato chips (forgot the pic) Service: Fast and friendly. My order was out in less than 10 mins. Disclaimer: there were only 2 of us so it was pretty fast to get a table. Looking at the crowd, service could be otherwise. Taste: Some hits and a few miss. Love the pork belly bowl. It tasted rich and pork was crunch. Let’s just say I wouldn’t order the corn ribs again. But the best part is the Pistachio Ice Cream Sandwich!! 🔥🔥 Cleanliness: I came during brunch time and it was crowded but the place was kept clean and bright. However, toilet could use more lights. It’s worth coming back for trying a different menu. And thanks for the warm service.

Love their new place! They have spacious indoor and outdoor seats. The food quality still same and even getting better. I noticed the slice of their corn, it’s smaller and easier to bite. I ordered brunch ramen dry, artisan tea, their famous corn and homemade sweet potato (the best!). Highly recommended

The dry brunch ramen is PURE MAGIC. I have never tasted anything so unique and exquisite. They are the best noodles I’ve had in my life. If I lived in Bali I’d be coming back again and again. Please drop by if you’re nearby - you won’t regret it. We also had the prawn pasta - it was very fresh, light and flavorful all at the same time. Pistachio brioche ice cream was good. But I’d get double dry brunch ramen if I could. 😀 You might see the chef around. I love how the menu is filled with photos and inspiration/stories behind each dish. Please come to Singapore!!! ❤️

Visited multiple times since their previous place, hooked on their dried ramen, a must-try. The pork rice bowl is delicious too. Quick and excellent service, though it gets busy in the morning. Ample bike parking, prime location. Big edamame portion, but a sauté option would be a nice touch. Latte could use some improvement. Quick note: Entrance is on the right side; saw a few folks puzzled. Maybe a clearer entrance sign would help.

In terms of a weekend, the waiting list is absurd. Yet it indicates that the cuisine is excellent. They provided excellent dishes. They had crispy quesadilas and bacon and egg rolls, which I tried. It tasted just right for brunch, too. It's a pleasant atmosphere there as well.

This place is exotic for the sake of being exotic. Showering (what seemed like) bland gluten free bread and avocado with (what looks like) coconut shavings and dehydrated kale might make it look fancy and justify the price a little more but it doesn't add to the taste in my opinion. The breakfast burrito is bland tasteless and the smallest dish ive ever spent 80k on in all the 10 years I've been in bali. The avocado on toast was covered in stuff you'd have thought would make the flavor sensational (what looked like but had no taste) like gojji berries and shavings of dries vegetables. The gluten free bread was soggy bland and the only taste on the dish was a watery poached egg. The matcha latte was however very smooth and tasty. So we ended up getting two. There's a lot of hype about this place, but in my opinion, I don't think its justified. First time, last time.

Best food in Canggu for sure. Everything is so delicious. You can blind pick them and it will still taste great. The service is also excellent & very attentive to your dietary. One thing that threw me off a bit is their drink, it could've been better. Major pros is you'll get free refill water once you sit in your table. Please do come early to avoid the long waiting list, even on Monday. Food that I will recommend you to try is prawn pasta, textural mushroom, dry ramen and miso pancake. Heavy on prawn pasta and miso pancake, so good.

Place is unique, recommended by some of my friends. Short waiting list. Check the house rules there is a friendly dog inside named Benny he is sleepy. I ordered dry ramen, pork belly rice bowl taste good, one thing I dislike is the side dish salmon, its taste bit weird. I think it is trout salmon. Maybe the staff need to recheck the quality of salmon. Car parking vallet is available. Cars are prohibited to park on side of the road. Toilet is available, need to improve cleanliness.

GREAT FOOD AND THE BEST PART IS, IT'S NOT OVERPRICED. Honestly, I've been to their place a couple of times (before they moved to this location), and tried so many of their dishes, they have never fail to impress! My most recommended dish: The textural of Mushroom. PLEASE NOTE: I RECOMMEND YOU TO COME EXACTLY AT 9 AM, IF YOU DON'T LIKE WAITING. Because by the time the clock hits 9:15-9:30, you probably have to wait. Or maybe just come outside of normal dining times to avoid the wait list.

Great, lowkey place with a friendly owner. Food looked beautiful and tasted amazing. Completely worth it for the price. The owner was cooking and interacting with guests - it felt very homey. A minor negative is that it felt like there were too much staff for a small space. Some of the waitstaff/baristas seemed like they did not have anything to do most of the time. Covid protocols such as wearing masks while handling food should also be better implemented.

It is another level of dish, new taste and unique experience. Love the ramen, and also the quesadilla. Great service and atmosphere. Lucky to have a seat here due the hype. Cheers!

Seats are limited due to small space. Delicious food and drinks make up for it though. Cold brew is pretty refreshing so I recommend it on a hot day. Iced chocolate is perfectly bittersweet. Eggs on toast is amazing. Brunch dry noodles is delicious too. Shoutout to the kind staff and Benny the dog.

We loved all the food we ordered especially the chicken ramen and the mushroom. So tasty. Will definitely come back to try other menus. And chef William, the owner, were so friendly and humble, he greeted and opened the door for us, checked if we liked the food and Service.

The dry ramen was really refreshing. It’s unique with so many different flavors put together in one dish. The one standout dish for me though is the Miso Pancake. 1 word to describe it is wow. Sweet, soft, crunchy, cold and hot all at once. The perfect dessert for brunch.

We went here couple days ago. We heard this place is a must-visit for a culinary experience. But at that time already 18 names in the waiting list..!! So definitely we need to have good time planning. Today we did that. They were punctual on the time schedule. Then our culinary experience began… we ordered dry ramen, soup ramen, baguette smoked salmon scrambled egg, sweet potato crisp.. it all so tasty… well balanced fusion style.. must return place. Recommended 👍

Fantastic food! I'm usually very skeptical of "viral" restaurants, but have to admit that SENSORIUM does know what it's doing. Especially love the dry ramen here, but the pork belly rice bowl is also phenomenal.

my fam will always recommend your restaurant to relatives and anyone who visits Bali. we have a delightful lunch in December. the food is really good, of course, i have my most favourite and least favourite ones, yet the least one can still called a nice dish. I would say your quesadillas are top notch! I've visited your place twice actually, the first one is the old place in Batu Bolong, and this is our second time visiting your restaurant at the new place (congrats!) in Batu Mejan. no need to worry about the car park, the staff will help you to do a valet service for free! the atmosphere become a lot better since it is more spacious than the previous one. we still get to meet Benny, sleeping underneath the table. We would strongly recommend your place:) the only thing that sucks is the line, but it is worth trying. usually, i will avoid lunch time and after, will come here as early as I can to cut the waiting time. I am going to visit you today, but it is so packed! it's an achievement tho to see lines of people who are very curious to try your dish. congrats once again mate

Really great food and the owner is super nice/explains how to eat each dish. Highly recommend the bulgogi burger with additional fried egg - combination of flavors is fantastic. We got the smoked salmon scramble and loved it as well. Lychee cold brew was very refreshing. Ice cream sandwiches were a great mixture of sweet and salty. Wait can be long but is definitely worth it!

A nice place for having food & drinks with friends. Good food & drinks, price are 80-100k per main course, still good value with the quality and service. Place is comfortable although small. One suggestion that i think it's better to put the extra cheese not shraded and inside the bulgogi beef burger. Thank You Sensorium.

I was staying in Bali for a month now and food are great, but sensorium is the best of the best I have ever tried, from the little love letter starting from the menu to the variety selections of food, I deeply feel the passions and heart that the owner and the team of running this restaurant. Servers are efficient and friendly and the food was completely mind blowing. Love it! Will definitely come again!

Its totally worth the hype. The new place is spacious and have lots of natural light. Service was quick, food was amazing. In the salad maybe a bit too much nuts/ texture that it hurts the roof of my mouth but the rest is all good. Super soft and moist pancakes, love the brunch ramen dry as well, cannot wait to try other stuff.

Heard this place so much on the social media, not only from tourist but also by the locals. This was their new place. Since they didn’t accept any reservations, I came here around 11 o’clock and found out the queue already long. I got the queue for 3.30. Good thing that they allowed us to leave and come back at least 10minutes before our time. Tried their famous dry ramen. It came look very beautiful And indeed it’s great. The soup version is not as we expected, Their quesadilla is also perfect.

  • 5/5 Widya A. 11 months ago on Google
Worth to try, a new taste that I've never experienced before. The place is really comfortable and homey. I ordered the dry ramen and my boyfriend ordered the prawn pasta. The prawn pasta lives up to its name and tastes like the ocean, but it is really delicious. I really enjoyed the spring tea, as it was so refreshing. Oh, and we also ordered the corn ribs, which were just okay. Overall, the place is a must-visit, at least once.

Super popular Australian inspired brunch spot with fusion dishes, the rating on google review says it all. Dishes were well thought and balanced, price is affordable. Be prepared to wait for a table if you have a big group.

  • 4/5 Helen T. 7 months ago on Google
Sorry for the 3 stars rating food, it's not bad, it just that I need time adjusting the flavor 🙏 I think this is my first time trying a fusion dishes, and its a whole new flavor (For me, the best one is pork belly rice bowl - SUPER GOOD). Love the food presentation so much, its so pretty! And the whole vibes created at the restaurant, the open kitchen, the doooggoo, it was so much fun. I tried the matcha latte too and its suppppeeerrrr goooooddd!!! People, you should order the matcha! Notes : I wish the toilet will be nicer, cleaner, and fragrant. It does smells bad. And 1 of the wc is wobbly. There are no parking space for car in front of the shop, but the security will help you with a valet system (don't forget to tip!)

  • 5/5 Naila F. 1 year ago on Google
The quesadilla was by far the most delicious one I've ever tasted, no kidding. Went for a second visit 2 weeks later, but it was full and had a looong queue, and rightly so. The only feedback I'd give is to please expand!!! Will recommend it to many friends, and will be a must visit next time I'm in Bali.

  • 5/5 Gny P. 10 months ago on Google
Failed attempt at getting a table during the first visit. Came back the next day, bright and early, and the restaurant filled up quickly. All the dishes we ordered were tasty. They also take their coffee seriously which is a bonus (perhaps something to do with the owner being Australian Chinese). Sensorium has a photo book menu, detailing the story behind every dish. I like having something to read while I struggle with food decisions. The owner has a few dogs, really cute to watch as they laze around the shop.

  • 5/5 AC H. 10 months ago on Google
Hands down this is the best brunch in town. Come early to avoid the wait! We arrived at 11am Sunday and luckily made it in without a wait. Others who came slightly later joined a waiting list. The dry ramen is a must try. The ice cream burger is also legendary. Corn is also yummy. The service is outstanding! Would definitely recommend to all friends visiting Bali.

I heard about this place way before i visit Bali. I arrived before they open because i heard that the queue usually starts earlier than that. Imagine the shock i had when i arrived and the place was empty, i thought they were closed, turns out it was a blessing for me because i get to be their first customer 😄 Everything was amazing! The food, the ambiance, the friendly staffs, all was 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Loved all of their dish, even some of the unfamiliar ones. My favorite was the egg with lapciong & their noodles 🤯 Will be coming back here 👍🏻

Very decent and comfort food. Benny the best fur kid in the house to make the cafe feels like home cafe. Plus you should read through the history of their cafe from their sensorium book. Every single pages is filled with love, just like the food they serve to every of their customers. NGl, it’s my best dining experience by far in Bali. Last but not least, the chef aka owner, benny’s dad is also super nice to people. Defo a worth try here. Will come again if I visit Bali again next time ;)

Excellent dine-in experience. Can’t complain on their take-away quality too. Super vegetarian friendly. Must try brunch in Canggu! 100% recommend

William, the head chef, truly puts his heart and soul into the food, and you can tell. The food is bursting with unique flavors that you can't find anywhere else in Bali. Truly delectable and delicious. William changes the menu from time to time to keep his customers on their feet, but every time the quality of the food remains the same. This will always be high on my recommendation list. When you go, William and his staff make you feel like family. It's a lovely place to eat... but be careful... once you go, you'll constantly be craving the food. :)

Flavorful burst in your mouth. I'd say this is probably the best restaurant in Canggu, hands down! Really glad to try their brunch menu during the very last day of 2020 - a perfect close to somewhat strange year. Chef William really did his magic through the 3 dishes we ordered: dry brunch ramen, crispy quesadillas with beef, and textural of mushrooms. All of them tasted wonderful, with different beautiful taste at one shot. I was so happy, as the great food really brought up great mood. I've tried dozens of restaurants in Canggu and Seminyak, including some popular Australian brunch places, but Sensorium really upped the game. It was worth my every penny. I'll be back for sure. Ps: My only concern was seeing the kitchen staffs (except Chef Will) did not wear masks at all, which scared us. Hope they will wear masks next time.

(Translated by Google) Amazing place - whatever you take, everything is delicious! This is just a must visit for everyone who lives in Canggu. I especially recommend the Japanese chili scrambled 🌶, the brekkie croissant, and the Asian version of benedict. I just haven't tried the rest. 😆 Also in the cafe there are very nice staff and a cool chef, whose portrait you can see on the cover of a glossy magazine (lying at the checkout). The chef himself goes to the guests, which is nice :) What else says a lot about the owners of the establishment is that they invite couriers inside and pour water while they wait for an order. While everywhere couriers are treated with contempt.
