Best vegan breakfast I’ve had in the whole month of being in Bali! I ordered the Avocado toast, which I’ve ordered all over Bali. This was by far the best! I substituted the sourdough bread for one of their delicious looking croissants. It was so beautiful I didn’t want to ruin it by eating it. It was so tasty I couldn’t stop though! Was super filling and beyond delicious! The beetroot spread was amazing! Will definitely be coming back to try more!

My partner was delighted that they offered us free water, he said this is what a good restaurant should do, like in the states/other western countries lol. I really love the spices and chilli thai sauce they served with. Once I taste it, I can't stop myself. Another dish I had was Spicy Bakso Laksa. It's tasty, but a bit dissapointed because it was not spicy at all. I expected to get that Spicy from the soup not from additional chopped chilli. Their desserts are tempting tho, I'll come back to try the dessert.

An absolutely amazing place. Firstly, the food is outstanding — jackfruit sliders, tofu scramble, pancakes, meatball pasta, ramen, nachos, croissants, the list goes on... The service and general vibe is also fantastic and the prices are better than other similar (and in my opinion, not as good) places. Keep up the good work 💚

I love the vibes and everything about this restaurant. A perfect (and less touristy) brunch place in Canggu Berawa! Located next to soccer field, the restaurant had great air circulations and outdoor seatings. They served great selections of plant-based foods with reasonable prices (extra 20% discount using the Manggis' Instagram filters - creative way to do marketing!). I had the pancake and avocado toast - great taste. I'll definitely come back!

This restaurant is by far the best restaurant in Canggu, and I've tried pretty much all of them in my almost two decades of visiting this island. Coming from a family that has a history of 3 generations of culinary cooks and food tasting conosours, to say the least that I'm a very strict critic when it comes to food and reviews. This is my first 5 star review in over 3 years here on google, and Manggis has earned it. The service was super friendly and they went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of and comfortable. The food not only looks amazing but tastes amazing. I've eaten at 5 star resorts that cater with the best professional chefs in western europe, and the dish I had (Katsu Curry) is one that almost had me on the floor when I tasted it. My partner had the (House Salad Bowl) and if that Salad was able to provide for a family of 4 then I'm almost certain she would have left me for it. Stop reading this. Open up your google maps, type in Manggis in Canggu, and go. Every minute that you're reading this review and trying to figure out if this place is worth going to, is another moment that you're missing out on everything and anything Bali has to offer for your tastebuds.

I have been couple of times in this restaurant quite over price but the food is good and view from top floor is nice. I recently gojeck and ask no spicy and no mayo. Many of the rolls arrived with spicy mayo when I contact them to let them know my complain look like no one very care about customer experience. I think for the price your charge for rolls (one of the most expensive restaurant on area) you should have a better customer service ! I will of course never order again, come back or recommend your place !

The sushi is superb! The miso soup is really salty. I think it was almost perfect although it was quite pricey. Service is really professional. Ambience is great!

The sunset view is 6 stars, the food and service is a solid 4. I like this place but I wish the service was a little better. I rarely complain so I hope the owners read my review and address these simple things that will make this the best japanese restaurant in Canguu as I think it can be. The rolls were perfect, the fried tofu (forgot what it is called) was excellent and the sushi platter was outstanding. What was better was the way the food and the ambiance, breeze and the view made for an unforgetable dinner with a really nice dinner partner. So I gave 4 stars but would have given 5 had it not been fo the following; First the miso soup never came but when it did, I wished that it did not as it was too salty. I like to start my meal with a clean miso soup and this would have ruin the meal before it started. Second, edamame was sold out??? How can this be as it is so basic. The two dishes I always order to set the tone for the main meal was missing and that was disappointing.

I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and was so exited to try their version of it. Unfortunately the cashew sauce completely ruined the dish for me because it tasted very very smoky (which was not mentioned anywhere). When I asked to return it, the waitress only offered to remove the sauce. It still left the rest of the dish tasting smoky. The soy satay skewers were great and I’m sure the other dishes are just as delicious. This incident just ruined my mood for the evening, which is the reason for my rating.

One of the best breakfast places in Canggu for vegans/vegetarians. We tried: - Açai Bowl - Falafel platter - Coconut brew - Almond Brownie Everything we ordered was delicious and was probably the best food that we had in Bali so far. Highly recommended.

Our breakfast at Manggis was increadibly good. The vegan hollondaise tasted very fresh and was perfectly seasoned. Also the avocado sourdough was very tasteful and had so many different snd fine taste components. The prices are a little bit higher, but they are totally worth the quality of the food! Also the service was very friendly :)

The menu is exquisite and we loved the story of its creation. We ordered pasta bolognese and spaghetti with basil pesto e liking and they were both delicious. What made the experience even better were the most attentive staff. The special shout out goes to signature drinks. If you’re visiting Manggis in Canggu, you must try their signature drinks. Godles choco brownie shake is an absolute killer!! A fabulous thing about the place as well is that tax and service charge are already included in the price so you know exactly what you’re paying.
