We stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The hotel in general was good but in our room there was a lot of noise due the air conditioner machine of one of the rooms next to us. The breakfast was super good, the best option for us was the omelette. We had just one issue and is that the last day (we did two bookings) that we booked the night separately we had no breakfast included and the service just advised us once we have ordered it and the price was 120K rp per person what it's really expensive as you can eat a similar breakfast in any of the restaurants nearby for 60-80k rp.

Hotel with interesting architecture and room design. Located at main road of Canggu, beach is still in walking distance. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Breakfast is ala carte menu. Simple but delicious. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Get a free 15-minutes foot massage, which is very good. Thank you the Kirana, looking forward to come and stay again in the next trip.

Dirty room, dirty toilet, bad design-always hit my legs of bed’s corners in the tiny room. Very moist air and you can’t choose a room on higher floor, because upper floors are closed. The elevator doesn’t work too. Swimming pool is dirty. I am disappointed so much. Also there was blood spots on bed linen😖 Noisy place. Lots of insects in the room and the AC doesn’t work at all. Though the stuff is nice.

Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, spas and F45 on the main strip just outside the hotel. The room however was run down, door did not close properly, bathroom and bedroom was dirty. Floors had not been swept, with many ants. There was no hot water in the shower- which was never brought to our attention upon booking. You would have to jig the tap a certain way and change the dial of the shower to turn it off successfully. It was like solving Da Vinci’s code every time you try to turn it off. Highlight of the stay was the welcoming drink- Apple and basil juice. Never had that combo before. Was delicious!! No hate on the hotel, just something to be aware of. Otherwise would be an ok stay if you just need a bed for the night.

Service good. Rooms were ok but needed maintenance. Pretty much everything that should have been screwed to the wall was falling off the wall (bath taps included). Walls and floors were pretty thin, we had to put up with an Irish dancing elephant in the room above us for our whole stay. Good location, walking distance to beach and many great cafes and restaurants.

Good value for money. Great location in Canggu. We had an issue on the first day with the aircon leaking water onto the floor but the staff fixed it the next day. Breakfast is a la carte, not buffet, but everything else was fine.

Very good place to stay. We took advantage of the Spa and it was wonderful. Can’t say I felt like a new man but I definitely felt a lot better. The food was good and the cappuccinos hit the spot too. We tried the raspberry mojitos and we very pleased. The pool was always a nice spot to hang out and the water was always cold (a great thing on a hot day). Would definitely stay here again.

Special mention to Front Office staff especially Ms Irma. She is very helpful and cheerful towards guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They come with full amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Quality and variety is very good. Minutes away you can find Restaurants, Cafes, Spas, Convenience Stores, Laundromats, Souvenir shops and Boutiques. Batu Bolong beach is a 7 minute walk away. Here you can chill out at numerous bars and cafes while watching glorious sunsets. I do highly recommend this hotel.

Service: I rated service 4 out 5 because the staff were friendly, they helped me to carried all our luggage up stairs and they also fixed the broken ceiling light when I asked for it. Location: The location of this hotel was so convenient, it took us 5 min walk to the beach. A wide variety of restaurants located near the hotel.

For me the best hotel I did in Canggu. The staff is lovely, it's very clean and quiet. Perfect location because the hotel is next to the sea and in front of a yoga studio

Great place to stay! - Location : very accessible to the beach - The Staff : everyone was super friendly and accommodating, the receptionist Yunita even remembers my name! - They also shared a foot massage voucher when I arrived which was really sweet! - Facility : the lobby interiors were nice, felt very Bali vacation vibe - Rooms : nice room with a balcony view. Generally ok but could use a refresh especially the bathroom. some facilities like the shower switch the label of hot and cold and I had to ask the lobby Would recommend if you’re looking for an easy place to stay that’s a 5-min walk from the beach.

The reception is spacious and clean with lots of couches and tables to sit at for work or dining. The staff were really friendly and helpful they carried all our bags up the stairs for us while we took the elevator. The room was ok sized and very clean, we also had our own balcony overlooking the pool. Our shower broke during our stay and the staff were so helpful fixed it straight away! The location is excellent right off the main streets in Canggu walking distance from everything!

After having initially chosen very badly with Bali rich villas in seminyak, me and my wife checked in here for our final 6 days in Bali and it was amazing, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, there were a few small problems but nothing to give a bad review over, the food was good, rooms comfortable, huge beds. There was 1 funny moment whilst sat on our balcony, a huge Black dog came out of nowhere and swam the length of the pool then got out and ran away, I'm so glad the pool was empty at the time 😂😂

It was kind of comical how nothing really worked in the room but the most important things! Good for a night, but i probably wouldnt stay in the particular room i was in longer than that, here’s the list of what worked: - Hot water - AC Like i said, just the most important things! :) (Toilet worked, but just barely) I do appreciate that the room was relatively clean. I don’t like when hotels call you at 9am to remind you check out is at 12, we know… let us sleep please. I would say this hotel is fine if it wasn’t the room I was in, which also had mold issues. Just ask to be moved, i really like the staff, they were great.

Photos online are not true to itself - false advertisement. We booked the penthouse and it was very dirty, glass/mirrors need wiping, floors need mopping, toilet seat needed wiping as it had stains, one light bulb was out and there were dead flies on the left window of the toilet seat. Dried myself with the towel and it ripped, as it was a very old towel. However the staff were very friendly and polite. Massage spa at the hotel was great. Location is awesome, on the main road of Canggu close to restaurants, pubs, beach clubs etc.

A great hotel! The rooms are spacious enough and clean. We've really enjoyed our stay here and the staff was super friendly and helpful :) It has a great pool and the hotel is located in Batu Bolong, which was nice surrounding many different shops and restaurants, also a 5 min walk to the beach. We would definitely come back here!

Ena and Irma at the front desk are super lovely and the most helpful people in the world! We had to cancel our hotel right after we checked in due to personal reasons and the staff were understanding and helped to accommodate. Upon stepping foot into the property we were greeted with friendly smiles throughout the whole time. Hopefully will come back soon.

Convenient location near cafes and shops however it was a bit dated. There was absolutely no hot water when showering so unless you’re ok with that if not stay away

Perfect location, happy, helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. Also recommend asking for the healthy tumeric juice. Yum! We indulged in the couples massage package which was heavenly and so convenient. Loved the infinity pool and proximity to beach, bars, awesome Luma restaurant just next door for the perfect date night. Elevator in hotel made access to top floor super convenient. Plenty of bike parking out front too and set back from main road so peaceful in the rooms and pool area. Only lost points for a super leaky shower (from bottom of glass door being unsealed) and a noisy Aircon (which we got used to), no big dramas at all. Would recommend and stay again :)

The spa is a class service. It is clean and professional. The service is attentive and they will change the depth of Massage to suit you. There is soothing music and good aroma. The best I have found in Bali.

This is not a 4star hotel you can expect. It is very run down, in the room , i.e. cracked flooring, aircon leaking (even they tried to fix a few times), paint on the wall peeling off, and even the electric kettle has rust inside... on the kettle, spoke to the reception and interestingly they told me all the kettles are similar conditions more or less. Location wise is not bad, and people are nice. Just the place is old and need proper revamp.... Forget to mention, I have already changed room once...

We stayed in a pool side room for 5 nights and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff here. They are so accomodating and welcoming, greeting me every morning on a first name basis. The breakfast that was included was great also! We had delicious coconut cream pancakes and eggs your way. I went for two massages during my stay there, at a discounted rate included in your stay, and would highly recommend the hot stone massage. The location is amazing, within walking distance to the beach, awesome cafes and cool shops. Truly in the heart of Canggu. I gave the rooms at this hotel 2 stars, as the bed was comfortable, we slept great, and the room offered us everything we needed, however the room we selected was not in the same state it’s advertised. The room desperately needs a paint, there is mildew in several areas and overall it looks quite shabby and run down. If the owners of this hotel would take the time to put some love into this place, it would be 5 stars straight across the board. Due to the stark contrast in what is advertised and what we received, and the high availability of accomodations in the Canggu area, I would not recommend this hotel to others. Hopefully the owners put some love into their property as this place has everything it needs to be a real gem in Canggu.

Our stay here was overall great. The staff will greet you with this amazing apple-basil drink and the rooms are sooo comfortable. Plus the location is a 5-min walk to the beach and aside from that the streets are walkable and has a lot of various stores that range from food, apparel, etc

The Kirana is such a convenient location, five minutes from the beach and on a busy road with lots going on in terms of bars, restaurants, shops. The room was comfortable and it was lovely waking up to the cool oasis of the pool each morning. But the highlight of the stay had to be the staff- front of house, maintenance/housekeeping and the spa staff. Every single person was smiley and welcoming, always asking how your day was. It made the whole stay so amazing, 10/10 would recommend. Thanks to the wonderful staff!

Excellent and attentive service staff. There were unfortunately a faulty safe and light in the room (rectified quickly). Excellent location, good value for money, and housekeeping is chef's kiss.

Very nice with good service. Not amazing but generally great service in a nice looking and well serviced place. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of shopping and dining options. If you stay here you won't need a motorbike or car as it's centrally located to plenty of options. I recommend it for pretty much anyone.

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. The staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The facilities were clean but could have done with a little face lift. Our room was spacious and in-house breakfast was nice. The location was near to perfect. Value for money 10/10. We will be staying here again next time we visit Canggu.

Excellent hotel, great location and wonderful staff. The spa upstairs is fantastic, the staff are amazing and it's super relaxing. Best spa I've been to in Bali. The food at the hotel is delicious.

This hotel is very close to the beach. can be reached on foot. but when I visited during the pandemic, there were only a few visitors. Breakfast were ala carte during the pandemic, and it was ordered from outside. They have rooftop, and basement parking lot. the swimming pool is rather small and the water is a bit cloudy. The water in the shower is a bit slow

Stayed here before and I had a pleasing experience! The location is perfect, surrounded by culinary spots and is near to the sea, however, the bathtubs were unusable, please inspect it and fix it immediately, other than that, the rooms are so comfortable that I passed out on bed as soon as I arrive

This beautiful little hotel is an outstanding value in busy Canggu. The staff is lovely and accommodating. Rooms are first rate. Surroundings are QUIET at night, which is unusual for 'downtown' Canggu, the party-central of Bali. A very safe spot I will stay here again... it feels like home now.

Super friendly and helpful staff. But the first room we got on the 2nd floor was very moist and smelt from moist. The second room was overall okay, but just like in the first room the rain-shower/shower-head-system was broken and I gave up trying to get it fixed/replaced after the third attempt. When taking a closer look at the other installations (e. g. breaking down wooden balcony/disfunctional elevator) it seems that the hotel is lacking financial means. Also the amount of breakfast provided is not sufficient.

Room I was given on my 1st night had no working wifi, front door could close properly, no TV reception and water pressure was a dribble at best. Front desk staff was nice to change room for me... to one that at least had wifi. TV reception and elevator were not function for my entire 3 nights stay. Only thing going for this is its location and staff. Owners need fix place up
