Okay fast food, great service, and actually has decent view from second floor. Fast food like BK is always the choice whenever in doubt where you want to eat. Taste was decent and the burger was not bad. Looking forward to come here again.

I bought all this food and drink with total price around IDR 147.000 Taste just average both burger and chicken Fries also average taste because its only big cut potatoes with sprinkle of salt. The fried chicken taste same like JFC Ice cream also average taste with small portion (almost half of a cup) Overall 6/10 Better spend your money in MCD, trust me

What I like it that this place opens 24 hour. I landed lately in Bali from Yogya, I was hungry. Just remember this place and awesome I could found burger and chicken rice. It helped me alot. Thank you

Quite convenient place in the middle of Teuku Umar Barat - Marlboro street!... Tomato and Chili sauces station maybe need to be added also in second floor!.. overall not bad.

Disappointing the right location. I have visit BK in many countries - the quality can fluctuate a bit. But the food on my visit did not live up to anything - not at all the beautiful poster on the wall. The bun was almost like dead - the "burger" a slice of meat sausage. Sure ok for some - but so far too expensive compared to their colleagues. So sell an item that lives up to the great photo

the price is cheaper rather than other fast food. Their seasonal menu is another game, now they have seoul burger. With fried cabbage and patty and also beef rasher. The place is comfortable, the parking lot is big. The staffs are friendly. The air cond also working nice.

Good place to hangout with family. Although the playground was small, but it helps for parents to relax and enjoy the snacks. And we love the kids meals. The parking lot was quite large.

Pretty disappointed with going here yesterday. I went for the drive-through and upon arrival at the microphone, I was told in a barely understandable message to order at the next window. First being confused, I continued to the collection and payment window. There I waited for the previous family to receive their order before I could order myself. I asked for a promo but was bluntly told that it was not available because they were out of chicken burgers... Changing them was not an option. So now I'm standing there with no menu to choose from and having to change my order. He luckily offered some other promo's, so I ordered one of them and one that I found myself. Mine clearly said Buy One Get One, Mix and Match. When I asked which burgers are available for this promo, with a laugh he told me that it's like the image. I gave up, completed my order and paid. It took quite a while before my order was ready, I guess he was making everything himself. While waiting I noticed that you will get a toy with every drive-thru order, which was also listed on my bill, but when I opened my bag at home, I was yet again disappointed with the service I had received. So, to summarise, the staff doesn't follow the efficient system of a fast-food restaurant, doesn't know how to handle customers and probably has a lot of kids toys at home. Next time I will go to another Burger King instead.
