The service has been awesome, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. There's even an on-site DJ at the lobby for the music. The room that we had an ocean view and the view was stunning, had a great sound system and lighting fixtures. The bed sheets including carpet are really clean. The all you can eat breakfast had Balinese, western, Chinese and Japanese options, has been amazing with good hours such that you can stuff yourselves up enough to skip lunch. Here are the questionable parts. If you are traveling with elderly, the shower we had may not be for you. I slipped and broke my wrist because the floor tiles are so slippery after the soap and water on the floor after shower. I can imagine the situation would have been a lot worse if you are older. If you are traveling with folks with respiratory system issues, then stay away from this hotel because they don't have smoking or non-smoking area separated when it comes to restaurant seating. Moreover, you also want to skip rooms with the glass skylight window in the shower during the rainy seasons because it's going to be really loud inside the room, we woke up at 4am due to this (loud enough as if someone is throwing stones on glass). If you overlooked these I think it's a great hotel.

One of the most expensive hotel I've ever had. Luckily I have it for free 🤑 The room is big. Enough for 5 person I guess. The balcony with ocean view is outstanding for sunset time. The bathroom pampers everyone, I guess. Bathtub, standing shower, overhead shower. You can even open up the rooftop (covered with glass. No one's peeking 😆). The service is excellent, except when you check-in. Quite took some time. Only steps away from the beach. The food, outstanding. Especially for the breakfast. Snacks for meeting are also well prepared. Recommended place to stay if you have enough budget 👍🏻

Very trendy, party-like hotel. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and competent, especially at the lobby bar & the lobby bar manager. The protein shakes they serve at the bar were also a novelty to me and tasted absolutely delicious. I can strongly recommend visiting the place if you can afford it. Also be sure to try the hightea, it is absolutely delicious.

We had a phenomenal stay at The W. The service and attention to detail here is top notch. The staff were so attentive, especially during meals. True professionals. The resort itself is stunning. We loved spending time by the pool and having a selection of daybeds to choose from. Would absolutely recommend staying here. We’ve been to Bali a few times now, and this is by far the best accommodation.

Book without hesitation! Reasons why this place was top notch. 1) service is utmost, never once felt like I was a bother to anyone. Every request was answered with kindness and no hesitation. 2) Breakfast buffet is so good. Tons of coffee, natural food, veggie, meat options. It was always my favorite meal of the day. 3) the design and look was great! I loved every inch of this place. Nothing felt outdated or cheap or like you weren't getting your moneys worth. In the end the drinks and food were good, the staff in the front, servers, taxi, spa and gym were all so kind and attentive. I went to potato heads to check out the location as that's the one I was contemplating prior to booking but it was super over packed, cheap drinks and the music was boring. I am glad I chose the W. My only tips are that you should book ocean view because garden view didn't have a nice view at all. And I wish the bed cabanas sat on a pedestal or were higher so you can overlook the beach a little better.

Just one thing. They should change the towels I been there so many time / years. Always complain and they say they will do better. But than the towel is almost so torn. Come on W. U can’t afford to change all towel with the price we staying? The starfish bloo. It change to vegan. I don’t know it is right. But I don’t think it should. So I have to go out and eat every meal.

They say 5 star ..... It's a solid 4! That is not the problem. The prices are insane! Literally 3x anything off site. Hotel is showing its age! If you love W's as I do .... Total disappointment! The prices drive everyone off site so there is zero nightlife and zero opportunity to interact with other guest's. My advice... Just don't.

We loved every single bit of our stay here! Was a bit concerned at first to travel as a family with young kids as some review mentioned that this hotel is not for young kids. But I’m grateful that i decided to go anyway. Room was superb, they kindly gave us complimentary sofa bed for both our toddlers and was a perfect and comfortable bed for them. All staffs are very friendly and always go extra miles. Foods are so amazing whether it’s in restaurants or in-room dining. We would definitely come back again for sure! One of the best stays I had in Bali. Yes the room are quite expensive but if you were a baller please consider this place, you could consider this room/villa. The only downside was, I couldn’t see any beaches, cuz it was in the middle of hotel complex. Since main entrance to our villa require some walking, they always chauffeur buggy us in/out from villa. Service here are absolute! Room are super clean, cold AC, big bathroom and vanity, separate toilet,shower,bathtub. Private villa, so you could sunbathing without worrying anyone watching. Fun to stay in, and we arrived there too early like 8 in the morning, we could place and tagged out luggage here till its time to checked in, also they complimented us for early check in at 10

Went here for staycation with my husband. Our stay here was a true delight. The hotel room is gorgeous with stunning view of the beach, especially during sunset, with amazingly varying pools. The sunset is spectacle from any angle of the hotel, being not only in the room’s balcony but also from their daybed and seaside bar. We also ordered food from its Fire restaurant via room service, it was tasty and well served. Apart from the high class cuisine for main courses, I can say that the carrot cake for the dessert is a must try ⭐️ The breakfast was energizingly awesome too, we requested something ordinary out of the menu and it was executed perfectly that it becomes special with meticulous attention to detail. All in all it met expectation and beyond 👍🏻

An absolute gem in Bali! My family had a great time, it had the best villas, world class facilities, delicious food and a really great beach. What also made a huge difference were the amazing staff, the were super friendly and helpful, it made all the difference!! We will be back!

Didn't stay here but came over to relax in their pool. As expected of W, beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere, well thought out design and architecture. Pool was beautifully laid out. Staff attentive and welcoming. Would recommend all to come and enjoy and relax here. Prices may seem a bit high for drinks but that's a given for a 5* hotel.

This suite truly lives up to its name! Luxuriously spacious, it's decked out with its own exclusive spa facilities that provide a private sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. While the pool area was stunning, there could be a slight improvement in terms of managing competition for space. But it's a minor point in an otherwise impeccable stay. The dining experience at Fire restaurant was a culinary journey I'll never forget. Each dish was a masterpiece both in taste and presentation. And the Sunday buffet? Simply divine! It showcased a plethora of gourmet selections, each better than the last. All in all, W Bali in Semiyak is a haven of luxury and hospitality, and I can't wait to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Sunday brunch was an excellent experience. Great food, music, views and all around vibe. They celebrated the guest’s birthdays! Make sure you wander around to find all of the buffet offerings as they are spread out. We arrived quite early and hung out at Woobar beforehand to burn the time - the minimum spend is usually 2 million rupiah however they waived this as we had booked the brunch.

The absolute best! Beautiful hotel, beautiful location but what makes it really shine are the staff. Balinese people in general are the kindest, loveliest humans - but the W seems to have hired the nicest of the nice to look after you during your stay. Wish I had stayed longer and hope to be back soon.

Excellent property maintenance. We stayed in a pool villa & enjoyed the floating breakfast during our stay. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home. Deva from concierge made us feel so welcome during our stay. We can’t wait to return one day!

We sadly only had one night at this lovely resort. The entry into the hotel is truly breathtaking (especially at night!). Instantly upon arrival the staff made you feel welcome and like a VIP. Checkin was quick and efficient. The rooms were large (spectacular ocean view) with great amenities. They even delivered a small cake welcoming us to the W. The pool was relaxing. The restaurants were excellent (we only had lunch) and they pool bar was fun. It had easy access to the beach as well. We would definitely return here.

Just got back from an amazing stay at the W Seminyak Bali! We splurged on the Marvelous 1 Bedroom Suite and it was totally worth it. The view of the beach was breathtaking and everything was top-notch. The pool area was spotless and the drinks, food, and service were all incredible. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

I loved it since i first time came here. Very luxurious with many facilities including here. First time when you come here feels like heaven. Beautiful sunset and the pool, it's nice. All waiters very kind and so warm to guided me to come to my room.. when i arrived. Feels like my own home.. everything is beautiful, so clean and the interior is very luxury. It's affordable to come here with anything what's you get in here...

Open space, very airy, and top-notch service. I was here to do wedding planning stuff for my sister, and this hotel was great to come back to and relax. Loved the copious number of day beds, lounge chairs, etc. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. There's a 24 hour spa and 24 hour room service, plus you can't beat the sunsets. We got breakfast every morning, there are TWO restaurants that you can choose from. Food ranges from Chinese to Balinese to Western and the staff is attentive. Side note: try the Balinese coffee. It'll wake you up.

My husband and I have been to this hotel twice, once in 2018, and again in November 2022. We loved it so much the first time, we had to go back. The rooms are great (very cozy beds), we loved the huge hallways in the main hotel and the pools are fun for adults and kiddos (we traveled this recent time with our one year old). The first time we stayed in pool villa so we wanted to experience the main hotel this time, and both options are a win! The hotel plays great music, the staff is phenomenal and super helpful, and overall, the hotel is a vibe. Oh…and don’t miss out on the Sunday Brunch - worth every penny!

One of the most amazing hotels I stayed in. The service was over the top, haven’t experienced such service anywhere actually. The room is huge, we had our own villa with the pool. It was amazing clean and the amenities smelled amazing. The hotel has two restaurants which are very good. And the room service was very good especially the pizza. Just delicious. Two options of breakfast restaurants with a big variety of food and a menu. Must stay if you visits Bali.

Beautiful clean rooms. Amazing facilities including pool, spa and gym. Food is delicious. Incredible service from staff. When we got sick and had to cancel our flights, staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and help us in any way they could.

I was quite lucky to experience this hotel. The service is top notch. The room is huge and amazing. To be fair, the room might not be suitable for family with kids (they have open bath concept), and you can hear wave sound at night (I had sea view room). But other than that, the swimming pool is cozy, they offer free ride to seminyak road, staffs are nice, and the breakfast was one of the best that I ever had. Thanks W Bali!

W Bali has a world class ambience. The moment you step in their campus you feel the amazing vibes. It has its own beach which is a very good point. There are multi level swimming pools and many restaurants in the hotel premises. One can enjoy the beach view and sunset sitting on a lounger and chilling with a cold drink. Rooms are spacious with a huge balcony and ocean view, staff is very courteous, and it has lots of parking space as well. So come here, enjoy your stay and be assured that every penny spent is worth it.

Great location, fabulous drive/walk through the long entry leading to the vast facade of the hotel where the lavish lobby with a backdrop of the pool area and the ocean welcoming you. Warm greetings welcome you from every staff you meet. The resort is well maintained. Our room was spacious with a great view of the pool area and the beach. Restaurant menus were well thought of. The other side of beauty of the resort comes to life at night with its beautiful lightings that cuddles the entire resort. Will definitely stay in W again when I get another chance to go back to Bali.
